I was so stressed and busy a prior estimate told me I need to replace the whole windshield not only were they able to get me in right away but they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They FIXED the chip! So sad they were so fast and had to leave but great quality and amazing staff! Definitely my new glass peeps.

I came to speedy glass because I needed a repair, I called on a Friday really hoping for a soon appointment and they got me scheduled for Monday, I spoke to mark over the phone and he was so kind, efficient and so helpful in providing me all the info I needed and even gave me the steps i needed to file a claim with my insurance!! Monday came and my appointment was so fast, people there are all so kind and welcoming!! Definitely recommend:) :)

Called to schedule a repair to the work they did replacing windshield. The gentleman said they usually do those warranty work in the shop but agreed to have the gentleman come out and service it in our area instead. I was greatly appreciative. However on the day he was supposed to come out, we received no call or no text nothing from them. Very disappointed! I have used them in the past and never had a problem with either communication or work that they have done.

Way cheeper than safelight. My window got busted out due to attempted theft and they got it fixed super quick. They even vacuumed up the glass on my seat and floor and out of the door itself. Above and beyond. They are so friendly and make sure your well taken care of. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

They replaced both the windshield and rear glass in my truck and fixed a rock chip in my SUV quickly and all the work looked and functioned great. The prices were competitive, the rock chip repair cost was half of what a local competitor was charging.

This place is amazing! Not only did they come close to another estimate i got but the tech, Thom, was awesome and early. My appointment was set for 11 to 1 and he was here by 8:30. Friendly. Polite. Full of information. They even painted the metal on my car where the metal was showing. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

These folks have always been fair and prompt in their dealings with me. We have purchased several windshields from them. Today was rock chip repair on our Ram 1500.

Went in this morning to inquire about getting 4 rock chips fixed on my windshield. They were able to fix the chips right then and there and were done in about 30 minutes. Everyone was super nice and they explained everything about the process very well. Overall I am very satisfied and happy with everything. Highly recommend!

I came in this week for a rock chip repair. The manager wasn’t sure if it could be fixed, but he experimented a little and sure enough it worked. I have gone to speedy for all my glass repairs or replacements over the years. Everyone is always really nice, and the prices are very reasonable.

A family member of mine went here recently and her 7 month old had a cough and she was told she had to stay outside and sit on the curb until her windshield was done being replaced. that’s pretty disrespectful making a lady and her kid sit outside like that. i’m not sure what kind of people are working there but everyone i’m at associated with will no longer be going here. pretty disappointing that who ever was in charge was okay with this. definitely won’t be supporting a company like this.

My front window on my vehicle was replaced that had a rain sensor on it. I ended up moving out of the area. I did not realize that the rain sensor was not working until it began to rain. Mark- the manager in Salem was so awesome. He called a Speedy Glass place in my state (Washington) and had them honor my contract with him and replace the failed glass. Between these two places - Bothell and Salem Speedy Glass companies- they were able to repair my front window and get my rain sensor working right in time for the rainy season. Wow! $200 less than the car dealer would have charged work and the work was done fast and well. I let them know ahead of time so they had the window in stock. This was the passenger side electric window. Theres a lot more involved in replacing it than a front window, yet they had the whole job done in less than an hour. They also fixed a simple non related issue for free that saved me a lot of my personal time .

I had been going to a competitor and the glass kept breaking with the slightest impact. Your guy took a look at the installation and found that they had improperly installed it. He waived the fee and did a fantastic job. The glass has lasted for over four years now and I tell everyone I know to go to Speedy.

Only place I called that did not give me a giant head ache. They knew what they were talking about when it came to looking up a window replacement, worked with my insurance with ease, and at the time of repair, put in a new window in less than 30 minutes. Kudos to them!

I called for a quote for front and rear gladg installation for 67 mustang. They straight up refused to work on my car. I asked why. He literally said, I guess we just dont know how to do it. Wow, a glass repair shop doesnt know how to replace glass. No problem, illI do it myself! Unbelievable....

Last Thursday, I noticed my very back window had been hit with something and the whole pane was splintered. Pieces of my window were falling out each time I shut the door. It was raining and late in the day. I called Speedy through a recommendation from my neighbor and also found out my insurance company works with them. Even though it was close to 5 pm, Ally, the receptionist was very accommodating on the phone and Tom, the service tech agreed to wait for me to get there. He vacuumed out all of my glass and put on a protective covering that worked very well, even in the rain! They were able to get the correct window and called me as soon as it was in and installed it in less than an hour. Im very happy with the staff and service here. I will go back any time I have a glass repair need and recommend them to everyone else! Thank you!

I was referred to this business by my agent. Dustin took the call and when I explained that two windows had been broken due to break-in, his comment was, Dude, someone didnt like you! He never apoligized, claiming it was a joke and that I should calm down. I have already filed a complaint against this company with State Farm and have recommended they no longer refer claimants to this company. I am headed over later to speak with Dustins boss. This is not the kind of customer service rep a company wants working for them. Find another company or deal with someone other than Dustin.
