Ace is, in my opinion, the best auto shop ive ever in used and Im 60 yrs old. Ive been to 12-15 auto shops in my life. None compare to Ace. The work they have done was phenomenal and on time. Im bringing my other cars to them also. Great rates, outstanding work and super knowledgeable workers.

So i have a company vehicle, and i do a lot of the basic maintenance myself, things like oil changes, brakes, e.t.c. it saves my company a lot of money. For the larger things, or things i dont have the equipment for to do myself (alignment required repairs), i use the Enterprise efleets account we have for all of our other vehicles. During an approval process, Ben, told me enterprise wanted to also do an oil change and brake fluid flush. I told him no, that i do that on my own. And to share the full reason, its because my vehicle doesnt specify via manufacturer recommendation the type of oil (conventional or synthetic). Well, most people who know a Nissan engine knows that in the last 10 years, know that they were switching from conventional to full synthetic. My car is a 2014, hybrid synthetic is best, AND thats what Ive been using. Plus my car has 160k miles on it, so high mileage oil at that. Enterprise authorizes conventional only because there is no guidance or instruction to pay for the higher priced oil in the manual (there is literally no mention of whether to use conventional or synthetic)... even though thats whats best. But i am a mechanic too, and i work on vehicles.To do it myself is still cheaper no matter where you go. But because im doing my own oil changes, enterprise isnt being updated on these repairs (thats a feedback issue on enterprises behalf- their issue) but the issue i had was when Ben insisted he had to do what enterprise said, as if me, the REAL consumer had no say. I have taken an extreme amount of care with this car. I am a technical manager with my company, not some peon. He proceeded to threaten me saying he was telling enterprise im refusing required repairs, to bully me into submission to do the repairs at ace automotive. To threaten me with informing enterprise that Im refusing required maintenance is insulting and downright unethical. I can only imagine other enterprise-using employees who have similar standings who may not have the clout i do with their companies... only to make a few extra dollars. This company should be embarrassed to have an employee like Ben.My company will ultimately foot the bill. Enterprise is designed to give approvals on maintenance to vehicles that our managers would otherwise not be educated on to give authorization. That is why my company utilizes enterprise. But the money still comes from us. Ben would have put enterprise in a bad standing with my company for double paying on services already performed (not to mention damaging my vehicle for putting in conventional vs the last 100k miles using synthetic hybrid). Ben, learn some better customer service and understand where the real money comes from. I hope you get some training with this. I know im telling everyone not to do business with Ace.

The mechanic identified the problems and fixed them. He knew what he was doing. He didnt go on a fishing expedition like my last mechanic, replacing unnecessary parts hoping to solve the troubles. My van runs perfectly again. Id give a perfect score if the bill had been a little lower, but its almost impossible to get someone who is both good at their job and more affordable. So Im quite satisfied.

I spend the majority of my days driving. My windshield wipers were terrible. I stopped at Ace just to buy some new wipers. He gave me a few options but I opted to order some new wipers that were supposed to be great. They came in the next day and Ace actually installed them for me. Thank you for that, great service. And now I can literally drive in the rain without using my wipers if I want to. Very very cool! I love them! The price was fair and people really nice. I will be back for sure!

Ben and Bob are great! My car seemed to not work with anything that should have worked to fix it. The workers (idk their names) did awesome and were able to figure it out. So far so good! Will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service, the guys at ace addressed my issues quickly and got me back on the road without overcharging me for repairs that were not essential. They do a good job of informing you what needs too be fixed right away and what things can wait.

My company is in Networks with Ace, so I was recommended to check them out. I am so glad I did. Bob is honest about pricing. I have been to several auto shops that may try to tack on more repairs than you need, but you can definitely trust the team here.

I heard a strange sound from under the hood of my car. I took it into Ace mainly because they were close to my work. They identified the problem, after a full diagnostic, and gave me two options; install a new part for $1200.00 or find a used part. I found a used part and I saved over $900.00. I love these guys. Honest, reliable, experienced.
