Its been hit and miss. I have a unique Subaru and sometimes they do a great job and other times they miss the mark. Kinda frustrated with the parts dept as they missed 2 crucial nuts for parts I needed but I was able to use the old nuts. They are great with how responsive they are and let you know what needs done. They have room to improve on but overall satisfied

Im buying my dads 08 Outback Wagon, which hed originally purchased from Capitol Subaru. I went in to ask a few questions about fluids and adding a tow hitch to it. The advisor whose work I interrupted was knowledgeable, professional, and conversational in answering my questions. The entire experience was very pleasant and Im excited to begin ownership of an older Subaru knowing that these guys have my back.

Went in for some services. Asked about thule roof rack system. No one really had answers for me about locks . After i asked repeatedly to confirm they were the thule bars that accept locks I bought the crossbars got home and found out they were not thule bars at all. I figured the dealership i bought the car from would actually know about the products they sell for it.

Staff was very nice. Went in for oil change and other services m. They were fast and promp. I was early to my appointment no problem got me right in and took care of me. Very pleased

Ive had good and bad experiences here. My suggestion is to make sure you communicate exactly why your in the shop and what you need looked at. Also double check they put your oil cap on.

Every time I go here they give me exceptional service. They always inspect my car and give me a heads up of upcoming service needs and any problems they see.

They were very welcoming and kind. Kept me well informed throughout the process.

Friendly, efficient and followed state recommendations for Covid 19 safety. One gentleman was provided a mask. It was very comfortable.

Although I had to pay full price for something that is a factory defect the job was done timely and so far no problems. (Subaru of America) would not help to pay for something that was not a warranty issue but a factory defect. Torque converter on a cvt transmission that is a well known issue. $1800.00 to replace the torque converter. There is a service bulletin that should be a recall due to possibly locking up on the highway that could jeopardize peoples lives.

Went in to have Winter tires installed along with new wiper blades. Was quickly done and staff were very pleasant to deal with
