I love this store. Most of my babies clothes come from here, and its always nice to purge some of their clothes here too!
Im always buying and selling from here! They have everything you need when growing your family and as your little ones continue to grow!
Save your stuff and go to Peppypotomus instead. :)
Ive been shopping at OUAC in Salem since the late 90s. I have followed them from each new location. I love their prices, their selection, their great deals, and how organized the store is. Great job!
Great store to fill a childs wardrobe.
I like the place the employees are nice they have never been rude but many of the cloths and toys and strollers dont appear clean like crumbs and dirty finger marks on the cloths .
I had the pleasure of speaking with Angelina an employee of Once Upon a Child (Salem, OR). She was very pleasant, helpful, professional and infomative. Definitely an asset to the store.
Ill be honest, when I saw that this store was on Lancaster, I wasnt quite sure what to expect. I pictured it like a childrens hurricane blew through a building. But surprisingly, the store was incredibly well organized and had a great selection! We got a 50$ gift card for Christmas and went here to get my son his first pair of shoes. We got him these adorable red sneakers that look like theyve been worn maybe once, almost brand new. And some other things, and the gift card is only half spent. Im impressed with this location and will most definitely be coming bsck
Bought a play pen that was supposedly 40, we asked the girl helping us if the bassinet was included as we didnt stay to watch her unfold it and she said yes that it was put in. But when we came home, we noticed it wasnt included after unfolding the play pen. I called and asked about the purchased made but the owner i believe spoke to me and made it clear that all of a sudden it wasnt included. If youre gonna only display something. Perhaps include in the price tag bassinet not included not tell me you bought it because it didnt come with it and then tell me it would have been 65. Even though it didnt look like it was bought, her only solution was to bring the item back and they can refund. If youre looking at the playpens, just ask if the bassinets Attached Are Included in the price you see
It was nice clean quit they were very helpful. Great prices!
Associates are caring and helpful. Very happy that regular priced items have 1 week to return! Thank you, Once Upon A Child!
My sister and I went here for the first time to shop for a 1.5yr boy, a newborn girl waiting to come out and a 7 month old. We had so much fun, the place was fairly spacious and clean. There was SO much stock. So many things to choose from too! Next time I need to ask how the clearance works because I was a bit confused at how that was organized. I got 10 onesies for 10 dollars and I could have kept going - I didn’t even sort through everything. I had to stop myself at what I needed. 1.50 for cat and jack brand summer tank tops “bro tanks” - that’s an amazing deal and it’s my favorite brand for boys! A whole pack of variety headbands - some never used for 4.50. I added photos of my little haul. All the onesies ended up being $1 each - clearance pants were 1.25 each. (Not shown in photos). Carts are provided for your little one to take a ride FYI. No public restroom FYI. I do not understand how previous reviewers say “you pay full price here” lol!!! Where are they shopping?? Clothes are in excellent condition - and to top it off ... every single worker I came in contact with was SO kind, helpful and funny. Lastly - if anyone is familiar with Platos Closet - it is very similar to that. These stores usually buy at a lower rate - and of course will charge enough to make a profit & trying to still make good value for the customer. I honestly feel they do a good job at that. Don’t expect to pay garage sale prices when it’s a business - but for sure expect some great deals on lightly or unused clothing and accessories - similar and sometimes better than what you can find new in retail. (I’m an avid Target shopper - sometimes you can get brand new items as low as .60 - but I’m talking ... rare. It’s usually closer to the 2.50+ mark. With items “on sale” still hitting the $6-12 range based on brand, and how prettied up the item is (frills, detailed prints, thicker fabric) similar goes for Walmart. For sellers - just like at Platos... be prepared to have your goods fairly scrutinized. They have to do intake based on what’s needed and what’s trending. Just because it has tags doesn’t mean they want to buy it from you. Platos Closet has an entire handout explaining how this process works for second hand buy/sell practice. (& it changes constantly - one day they could take one thing - the next week they won’t. Employees are trained to have judgement calls but they aren’t perfect.) Know what you are doing before you expect $$ from a business. Fair business & better on the environment to buy used. I’m totally coming back and came here to say you should too. They deserve your business - but keep your expectations reasonable. Thank you Once Upon a Child - you facilitated a fun sister date - that produced a great haul of baby clothes! This is %100 my own personal words, the business doesn’t even know I had an intention to leave a review. I just truly believe that if I love a place - to say it because other moms and dads may be looking for what they provide and be missing out.
Very clean, organized and the employees were very helpful. First time shopping here and definitely will be going back. We bought a bouncer/walker for my son. Super good price and hardly used. Also got some 9-12 months old clothes that were a good price and clean. 😊
Found a nice penguin costume for my grandson for only 3 bucks =)
Lots to choose from. Great prices. Very friendly employees.
I’ve been shopping here since i was pregnant with my first child. Always find things and at great prices! The owners are wonderful. ❤️ We are lucky to have this business in Salem!
Right before I visit Once Upon a Child I went to Ross and bought $39 for 2 shoes for my daughter. And then though that it was kind of spendy. Got out of Ross came across the once upon a baby. Lots of items are almost new and half price from traditional stores. I found two better shoes for $19, returned the Ross shoes back. Took $20 back, plus better onion and quality of shoes. Just few weeks ago. I went to sell some clothes but they no longer buying newborn clothes due to overstock, that’s a downside. If no relatives or friend brings crib or bassinet. I know where to buy them for half price. They have lots of different strollers as well.
Great place great prices very helpful staff
Great store, great prices, and love their discount program. Seems like the employees are oftentimes tired and unhappy. Makes for iffy customer service. Will keep going there. But the owners should think about how to improve morale and make it a fun place to work. It could be so much better with smiling costumer service.
Very clean and organized. Prices are very good. I bought 10 onesies/bodysuits for $10. Staff was kind and friendly. Lots of clothes anything from baby hats to occasion dresses to swimsuits to pajamas. They also have toys, strollers, swings, etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
This great little shop for second hand kids products is a lifesaver for parents. The prices are hard to beat and they have a great selection of clothes and toys from newborn /premie up to grade school age kids.If youre a parent of a young child and live in the Salem area you truly owe it to yourself to give this local favorite a look.
The first time in, I had a good selling experience and found a bunch of cute stuff to buy as well, but it has been downhill from there. They have a good selection and mostly high quality stuff, so the buying experience is always fine, but when it comes to selling anything, the manager (?) is SO RUDE and condescending. She is mostly focused on not paying attention to you while she is telling you that nothing you brought in will suit them. I felt completely put-off and have gone elsewhere to sell my clothing and will continue to do so for as long as she is employed there. All the others employees have been very kind and I even had one explain to me, while helping me take my unwanted items to my car, that I had good stuff, it just wasnt what was in demand at the moment. Perfectly reasonable and it did not make me feel 2 feet small.
An awesome store for kids things at a great price. The cloths were in great condition and well organized, and the associate working was also really kind and helpful.
I’ve read all the reviews an I’ve been here myself many times, but not in many years. I brought some clothes in I no longer wanted to hold onto anymore an clear some storage space of good quality baby items, I was very happy with what the offered me for the items, I didn’t feel it was unfair pricing at all, it wasn’t the lady I was greeted with but a man seemed to be the manager? He was very nice and helped out as well as the other two women working. I have some more items I’ll be bringing in an do recommend.
Ok prices and had cute cloths for my nephews, but was a messy store. would recommend.
I was in here today and brought in a large ikea bag full of good stuff. I folded everything neatly as I was cleaning out my kids closets. I know good depends on what sells best for the buyer but I have brought in similar items before so I was confused. The man working asked me if I was a personal shopper? And I replied no these are all my kids clothes. I got almost the full bag back and asked him if it was because it was seasonal and he said no. So I showed him a like new old navy girls dress and he couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I asked him if it made a difference if I was a personal shopper and he replied yes we only take seasonal items from them. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just take good stuff from everyone? I told him I felt like it was personal and he insisted no. I was offered 25 dollars which I am grateful for. When I got home I looked in my bag and all of the bottom stuff was still in the same order and folded the same way I had it. They did not look at the bottom. I am extremely disappointed.
We love once upon a child in Salem! Every time we visit Salem we stop in and always leave with great clothes at Excellent prices. They also have amazing sales. Ive only consigned clothes there a few times but the customer service has always been great. Id recommend this store for anyone with children!
My family has often sold used items here and their pricing for buying gently used things is very fair. You can drop things off then return later to see what the buyer wants of yours.I often have shopped here for both new and used and the prices for sale is great. The store is full with wide selections, but it feels neat and tidy. It is easy to find things. The staff are very kind. This is our first and generally only stop for new & used kids stuff. A must-have here in Salem. Keep up the good work please!
I used to LOVE this company. But I brought some clothes in, and the employees wouldnt go through the tubs because they werent organized. They had a handful of stuff they wanted but stopped going through them and told me I needed to fold and organize everything first. So I took everything home,(even the stuff they picked out) went through the tubs, washed and folded everything. I out the stuff they would take right on top and made aure it was organized. They said they would call me when done. So I went to Walmart and waited for 2.5 hours. Finally I went back and they were done, but never bothered to call me. So they handed me my tub, took a few things, messed up all the clothes and gave me 26.00. I was stunned when the things they wanted before, they didnt take and they had completely left my things a mess. I think the staff here are EXTREMELY LAZY. I had brought in a lot of clothes, even clothes from last year from Child Place that jad tags on them. When I asked them about the clothes with tags, they just shrugged. Granted they had about 13 people that had brought stuff in before me, but as soon as I left I told my husband, I doubt they will go through it because they have proven to be LAZY! And sure enough I was right. So if you want to take your stuff there, only take a bag at a time, or else they wont even bother with it. I have been to Once Upon a Child in other states, so I know how they work very well. This is the WORST one I have experienced. In ALL my years on the internet Ive never wrote a review about any organization. Mistakes happen. But being LAZY in no mistake. They wasted my time twice. Good luck!! I know if the owner knew this, he wouldnt be happy. Ive been here often and the only time Ive gotten good service is when he is around.
I brought some stuff to try to sell went in about 1:40 pm the girl at the counter said it would be 40 minutes. Came back after the 40 minutes and they told me they haven’t even started looking though my stuff. I get a call about 40 more minutes later saying my stuff was ready. First of all just be straight forward and honest if it’s two hours before you can look though my stuff than be honest. They bought 31 items and only I was given $33. I had a bunch of brand new items and even special husky sizes from the children’s place I could only order online. I don’t think it’s right to buy something for a dollar and then sell it for 7 or 8 dollars. It wasn’t so much about the money but I truly feel ripped off I was expecting at least a fair price.
Once Upon a Child has the best prices for childrens clothing. I appreciate the wide variety of items they have and the affordability. As a place to purchase it is wonderful.I would appreciate it if they had a keep your children near you rule, as often times there are children literally running around the store unsupervised. My toddler has been knocked over before, while standing two feet from me.For selling it leaves something to be desired. I still bring things here to sell, but its not great. Most places I have been to consign/resell clothes, they tell you what they are accepting and how much for each item they are taking. Once Upon a Child just gives you a total and hands back the stuff they dont want. I am always a little uneasy with the situation and feel a bit ripped off.
My sister in law is going to have twins soon. So, I knew they were going to need lots of baby clothes. I decided to give Once upon a child a try, I was very pleased. They has lots of gently used clothing at a great price. Really important since Im shopping for two babies instead of one. They were friendly and very helpful in helping me find what my sister in law will be needing. I walked out with 3 bags of clothes! I will be back for more soon! I might even bring clothes once the twins grow out of all their new clothes. Great program. Its a win/win!
Reasonable prices used kids clothes, toys and shoes. I can always find something for my growing boy. The down side is when I want to sell or trade something, they can be extremely picky. Clothes brought in have to be in a tub and not smell of anything. Toys are only worth half of what the lowest price found online is.
Went to sell itemsTook my reusable bag, new in tact with nothing wrong.Got it back super torn. Was not mad about it but thought I would call and let them know what had happened with them. Spoke with the manager who was flustered at me and said all they did was look at my items and nothing more. I explained that they returned my bag ripped. The man laughed at me and said “i don’t know what you want me to say to you, the bag was reusable and was like what, 1.00-1.99?”The point was not how much the bag was but that they mismanaged my personal item and did not care what’s so ever and even laughed at a loyal customer?Horrible customer serviceIf I could give negative stars they would deserve it
Drove down to Salem to sell them some clothes my girl doesnt fit anymore... Never again. They not buy ANY of the clothes we had even though a lot were in good condition. I can understand they buy and sell gently used, but a lot of what I had was. Additionally, their sign needs to be update to we buy GENTLY USED kids clothes. Or never used clothes. Not going to waste my time going there again.
DO NOT SELL THEM YOUR CLOTHES! Worst staff imaginable and they rip you off on the items you do buy. Then turn around and mark them way up. Had a buyer look me dead in the face and tell me they werent looking for spring and summer clothes when their website clearly says they are, and refused to look when I showed her the website. When I finally asked to speak to a manager they told me flat out no. They didnt have one in and they werent going to call one. All of this after I drove an hour with my son specifically to trade for cash. They said they didnt care how far I drove, that wasnt their problem. They were exceedingmy rude and disrespectful. DO NOT COME HERE TO SELL YOUR CLOTHES!!
It is easy to bring your used childrens clothes to Once Upon A Child. They sort the clothes quickly and are sometimes done sorting in 20 minutes. They pay you cash for the clothes right then, you dont have to wait to see if the clothes sell like in consignment shops.
I dont go to any other second hand shop anymore! I am from Eugene but still stop at Once Upon A Child anytime I need clothes for the kids and am in Salem. I have been shopping with them since my 6 year old was 6 months old. Staff are amazing - always helpful, I find quality clothes at a reasonable price. I highly recommend for any parent.
Love coming here to get stuff for my 1 year old. They grow out of clothes and shoes so fast is not worth buying brand new things. Ive found really good deals on clothes and things like playpens, high chairs, etcFor clothes, you need to double check them for stains or smells. I guess they are not that strict when buying them, Ive found clothes with suspicious stains on them. NO THANKS! other than that, its great
Always nicely set up and fairly friendly most of the time. I will suggest if you dont want the kids playing with more then 1 or 2 toys at a time then put up a sign. If they are at their level and young they are going to explore the toys. I know there is a play area but there is no sign saying they should be there or only take out and play with so many toys. They were nice about it and my kids didnt make a huge mess (it was all in a small area) and my kids and I always clean up if we take toys out. Just be glad they werent getting into the clothes. PUT up a SIGN if you want things done a certain way. (I usually always make sure before I let my kids play and im pretty sure I never saw a sign)
Never go here! We took 5 boxes and a mamaroo in to sell and they offered us less than 45$! Took all the Nike stuff out and thats it. Told us they didnt want anything else. And that the mamaroo was how it was so much. Really??!
Its a great place to buy discounted baby and kid clothes. Some prices are no better than new clothes on sale, however. Also, the store is somewhat disorganized and too tight to even get through the aisles with kids. The entrance door should be automatic for parents with strollers. And the music being played is inappropriate for children.
Great quality used clothes, extremely organized for a 2nd hand store. They buy cash on spot vs consignment to sell, which is awesome for what they take. The last 2 boxes Ive taken in, which Id sorted our nicer stuff into, they took all of (1 of clothes & 1 of books/toys)
Over priced you can find the same prices on amazon. Infact I found one outfit there that was more that the exact same one new on amazon. They have a huge selection and is organized. But know your paying full price on clothes. Dont go crazzy thinking you are getting a deal because your not just get whay you need. Fun to shop because of the large slection.
What a bargain! Never would I have imagine I would find the quality of clothing I found here for my Kids. I found name brand shoes and clothes for my boys. Im so glad my girlfriend brought me here. I seriously would have never step foot or even known what this store was all about if she didt bring me. Not only did I find great clothes but, the staff was really helpful. The Lady behind the counter was really sweet! Great experience And I saved a ton of Money!
The prices are great and the selection is amazing. I heavily recommend this store for babies and toddlers
Place is not friendly of people of colored or bi racial. We barely made it through the door and our kids touch two toys and a oriental lady jump door our backs about our kids touching stuff. Very rude people. Dont recommend going and will not be back
They had some really cute clothes. Prices were fair, and the items were clean and in good shape. They also have a lot of clothes to choose from. No clothes from the 80s so that was nice. The designer items cost more, prices for clothes I found ranged from $2-$10.
We went to try and sell clothes there. We waited and when they were finally done, they said that none of the clothes were their style, out of date????? And they were over stocked.Cmon jeans dont go out of date. And when we got home, we looked through them to see a few new clothes that we didnt even own were in the box we had??? Did they take something? Why were there clothes we never seen in there?
Great except crowded, candy by the checkout (my toddler wouldnt stop crying because I wouldnt buy her a sucker which made me leave and Im sure bothered others), I was lucky to get a cart but it had no buckle so I had to keep putting my 2 year old back in the seat over and over, and the shoe bins are unorganized.. I ended up looking in inappropriate marked bins for what I wanted. Despite this, Ill be back.
Went in a couple days ago and clearance signs are misleading. Signs said $1 Clearance This was not true. I brought a large cart full of clothing that had all yellow stickered clearance tags on them, came to find out they pick and choose which clearance items are a dollar and which are only 50% off. Some of the clothing I chose had store tags still attached and it had a clearance sticker on it but when they manager noticed they were newer materials with store tags she said no they are only 50% off. After questioning her she declined to honor the $1 Clearance tag. Manager displayed an attitude after the matter and that was not professional at all. All additional workers on hand were very nice but this was a very disappointing experience I had with the manager. Make sure to double check your prices while checking out.
Just tried to sell my 230 dollar Graco double stroller in almost new condition to them. They offered 28 dollars for it 😂😂😂😂😂 That’s all I should have to say 🤷🏽♀️
Lots of great, relatively high quality used childrens goods. Go for the selection, but not as a place to sell your own used stuff. They seem to be well stocked in most areas.
Great pricing on kids stuff! Ive found so many fun items for my daughter and always take her used items in for a cash. Its a great place - if you have kids, you must check it out!!
If you are looking to buy decent clothes and shoes for cheap this is the place to go. The variety is nice but it seems like they are getting lazy. I went looking for boots for my daughter and every pair of boots they have was just tossed all together in a bin and no a shelf so you have to go through, locate and check the tag on every single boot to find ones in the right size. I was there for over an hour just checking boot sizes. The MAIN reason I gave them such a low rating though is because every single time I have been here I have been followed through the store and watched so closely that I have had employees be in the way of my shopping. It is extremely upsetting to me and disrespectful. I get you dont want stuff stolen by the employees go way over board. If it werent for the fact that I really cant afford to shop else where, I would absolutely be taking my business else where.
Great experience! Able to use trade credit as well as coupon to get product and cash!!!! Staff was very knowledgeable and great to talk to! I will return again and again
The store is set up well. They give you a time expectancy if you are there to sell, and its a quick experience to check out.
Every time I go into this place they do have a lot to sort through but my one recommendation is:1) Install security cameras down every isle rather than having at least 2 employees stalk each customer.I spend over $100 each time I go but that’s after I have been followed by at least 2 employees. I went last week and they make it so obvious. The time before last I pointed out that issue to the employees up front that it’s irritating that someone is obviously starring at you while you shop. Not comfortable at all and besides the great clothes this really is a bummer everytime I go this happens.
Some of the staff can be not so nice & they dont give you very much for what they buy from you, but its better than nothing. &&& I love all the items they have for sale but sometimes they are kinda spendy just look & use your brain & youll get your moneys worth. Im coming back to edit my review I want to thank you for responding first off. But I wrote this review off of one person and they could have been having a bad day and they werent rude or anything, but I have been here many many times and I needed to amend what I said because the ladies are amazing here(and fellas too) they always are eager to help me and always nice! You had a very very rude customer come in one afternoon and the employee handled her with the utmost respect, she was calm and nice but the customer was not she was angry and mean from the beginning so I would like to say that everytime except for once was everyone great and the day was just off on the day that was not great nothing bad heck I might have even seemed off too so I would just like to say this store is great and about the prices well sometimes they arent to great but it is life and you have to make money too. Thank you for your awesome store from all the parents and kids out there that utilize your store and you cant make everyone happy but you do a damn good job at trying!!
Rude and unprofessional staff. Unhelpful and an overall terrible experience! I will never go to this 2nd hand store ever again.
They have nice clothes & shoes, as well as nice kids stuff ect. Great prices 👍👌😊
Pssssst....im gonna let you in on a little secret-This is the best place to dress for less! Great place to shop for used childrens clothing. Even in the clearance racks, they have so many options! Start here first and see if they have what youre looking for.
I have been treated badly almost every time I go into that store. I will never step foot in there again. The manager that people are talking about, she is the rudest person in the world. Would do her some good to take some lessons on manners and some customer service training. I brought in articles that still had the tags on it, name brand, but she would not accept them, said they were too worn. Ha, ya right.
Huge selection at a fraction of the price you would pay in designer stores!!! The staff are excellent as well!!
Got $5 for a $45 dollar pair of Nike air max. Would of like to have got $10 . Nice staff
I loved the once upon a child in Fayetteville, NC so I thought I’d try this one out. I wanted to consign my children’s clothes, I had nicely folded 2 boxes and a baby item. They took apart all the outfits and tried to mix and match them. What they offered me was a complete joke, so I asked for my belongings back. I just got home and I’m still missing a few articles of clothing. I also felt like I was being followed by a staff member, and felt uncomfortable with how close she got to my daughter when she was playing with the toys. Super disappointed in this store, they need the southern hospitality as the North Carolina location I loved so much!
Buy clothes from offer up its the same thing help ya moms and dads out. They dont even give you you that much cash back for clothes...
Always love this store! They are affordable helpful and friendly with a great selection.
Great Selection awsome prices
I wish they where more nice
Great selection, quality, and prices. Costumer service could be more friendly.
Terrible place to SELL clothes. Awesome place to Buy clothes!
Great selection, fairly priced items. Bought a high chair and some clothes, saved a lot.
I have gone in multiple times. Seems as if the pricing is too high. You could get something brand new for just a few extra dollars at Wal-Mart. They do not wash the clothes before putting them up for sale so make sure if you buy from them you wash EVERYTHING before putting these clothes on your children. I went in to sell items I paid close to 20$ for such as levis dickies and other name brand items but was only offered no more than 1$ for each item. I also tried to sell a 130$ baby trend stroller that was pretty much brand new to them and they offered me 20$ only to turn around and sell it for 100$+. This store is a huge rip off. Youre better off downloading offer up or using your Facebook to sell your items. Last but not least! As myself and my 3 yo son were waiting outside for the store to open a man approached (the owner) and just because my son was looking in the window he told me son he needed to back away cause they were not open yet (not even 5 mins before opening). He then proceeded to walk in and locked the door behind him as if we were trying to steal items. This place does not seem so friendly to people of color. Maybe thats exactly why all those Mexican girls are so unhappy working there. Hope my experience helps you with yours!
Great store for baby stuff
Staff doesnt ask if you need help, its very cramped in the store, everything is priced nearly what it would cost new, half the time they can only find one shoe to the pair you want and expect a rude reply if you ask any questions. They need to get it together at this store. Very off putting.
Staff can be moody and verbally short. Great place to find just about anything for your kid(s).
I go back, because with some searching, you can find some half way decent items. In my opinion though, whoever does the pricing, needs to learn their name brands a little better, Ive found Nordstrom, Janie and Jack, Hanna Andersen, and Gap name brand items priced cheaper than WalMart and Target name brand items. A lot of the clothing is outdated and worn looking, and are packed on the racks so tight at some points, that is not even worth the struggle to move to get a good look. But like I said, with some searching, you can find a gem. The girl at the checkout could stand to go through a customer service class, when I choose to spend my money in the store that gives you a paycheck, I like to feel welcome, I like eye contact, and if I place cash money in your hand to pay for an item, I expect you to place the change on my outstretched hand, the rudest thing in the world is placing my change on the counter, that would be why I wouldnt pick it up, and kept my hand outstretched until you picked it up and handed it to me.
I like this store. I wish they gave you a range that they would offer for certain items so you woukd know if it would be worth bringing in your big items.
I love shopping here for my girls! I can always find what we need at a great price!
Wonderful place to buy kids clothes! Very, very reasonable, and organized!
It may seem irrational, but I havent stepped foot in one of these stores in nearly 15 years. Id done some shopping, spent $55, and they mis-entered it later as $555 - I dont really understand, to this day, how it happened. My receipt had the right amount on it, but my credit card was charged the $555 and it took almost two MONTHS for it to get fixed. The mistake {though still mysterious to me} would have been one thing, but it was the attitude of the people I spoke with, from the store level all the way to the OWNER of the corporation {dont be fooled, this isnt a Mom & Pop venture}. They were totally unconcerned, tried to tell me it wasnt their fault and that they couldnt refund my $ and if my BANK hadnt been as diligent as they were, I dont know if Id have every gotten my refund. The mistake took my account overdrawn, left me without enough for my rent & my little family was completely hosed for the entire time, no money for gas or food & the staff blew me off.So, Ive never recommended these stores, nor will I ever shop there again, there are many other places owned by more scrupulous people.
Good selection and their sales are unbeatable!
Great place to find used clothes for kids.
Great selection of childrens clothes. Staff are friendly and helpful.
They are rip offs big time. Im never going there again!
First off, I waited an hour for them to look at my stuff, only for them to give me a tiny amount and reject half of my items (I presorted these, so I didnt include junk). Secondly, prices are pretty high for second hand...I ended up spending more on 3 small items I purchased than they gave me for the 4 boxes of items I brought.
Extremely racist.. I brought in 2 pairs of brand new jordans $50 apeice and a $50 outfit and they told me $22 for everything .. tags were still on the clothes
Over priced items.wont accept carseats.small store.always crowded.
Good quality. Good prices.
I brought in a swing they told me it was recalled. I called the company and it was not true. They dont clean the items that they buy.
I can always find whar I need here, sometime what I dont 😉
Awesome store, good prices and lots of items to choose from, they even offer a loyalty card
I did not feel the money offered for my baby products was fair so I have never sold to them. But both times I have shopped there the 4 employees stood at the front counter and gossiped, very loudly. I found mostly stained and terribly worn out clothing on the racks equal to garage sale quality (but certianly not the prices). I will not be back.
Friendly staff. Great selection
Great consignment store for babies and kids with a varied selection. If you have kids and dont need everything to be the newest stuff this is the place to go!
Low prices and great selection!
Worst consignment store ever ALL of their clothes looks worn out and on top of it they dont accept hardly worn clothes or shoes when all of the shoes/clothes they have there are crap. Never going back there again ! Not even worth one star.
