Great Halloween costume selections for all ages. Very helpful and engaged staff. They also separate the little kids costumes from the scary big kid costumes. I highly recommend this store.

It was good. Not as organized as it used to be. Call ahead for balloon orders. Took 20 minutes to blow up 6 balloons. Great selection. Employees seemed grumpy. Maybe because it was later in the day? Fair prices.

Craig has decorations as well as games, and he can even customize some of the games that can be used with a computer by writing the software himself.Craig and his family offer complete customer service to every one.

Hi, Im a costume designer who was sent to work randomly in Roanoke for a month, and I could not have made half of the stuff i needed to happen without Craig. He was so extremely helpful, sourcing things I needed whether he had them in store or not, emailing me tons of options, and catered his schedule alot around our projects insane schedule. i highly refer him for any film or theater work you may have in the Roanoke area (or even with in a few hours). You will not find another like him...believe me, I looked!

Very rude and disrespectful lady. We had rented a pop corn machine and when i picked it up they hesitated to help me load it in my car then when i dropped it off i asked about a refund for the unused pop corn and the lady told me it was after four she wasnt going to discuss it with me. This was for the scouts and needless to say I will NEVER go back and would not recommend them to anyone. You are running a business you need to learn how to treat people with respect and kindness.
