Will never shop at any other candle store. Bath and body works products are of a higher quality, much more diverse smells then any other company. Even my boyfriend finds scents he loves. Theres a scent for everybody! (:

I went to this location today to take advantage of the $3.95 sale and bought 11 items. Upon going to check out Michelle the cashier rang in my order for 12 items and when I corrected her, she abruptly snatched the bag she had stuffed the items in and started to count them. When she got to 10, she said 11 and looked at me and began to count the items over again at which time, I said to her there are only 11 items as I told you from the beginning. This woman has plenty of attitude and when I ask her for another bag she rudely told me that the store was running out of bags. I told her that was no fault of mine and she threw another bag inside and I politely told her that I am a paying customer and that she should not argue with a customer over a bag. I complained to the manager who quickly supported the fact that the store was running out of bags. What a poor excuse not to want to give paying customers a bigger bag if they ask for it. I spent a lot of money in this store and usually go to the Nashua NH store where the store workers are nicer and actually helpful. This store do not even carry the perfume (try me trials and cards to test the product smell). I will not go back to shop here and certainly will not recommend this site to any of my family and friends. Someone need to let corporate know how these employees are treating customers over a paper bag. So not only did she try to cheat me, she did not want to properly bag all the products I had purchased. Stay away unless you like nasty rude customer service. If you dont like your job maybe you should find something else to do.

They are so pleasant. And love the sales. Cant beat the selection of different smells, even for men, children. From candles, sprays for you and your car and home. You just should check it out.

Avery (employee) gave a very kind teenage girl (Jane) who was shopping for a birthday gift for a friend a panic attack in the Salem location. Jane has severe anxiety. Jane, while shaking and uncomfortable, got to the point where she asked me if we could leave the store, due to Avery. Jane was walking around the store smelling candles and lotions, trying to find the perfect gift. Avery approached Jane and I and asked if we needed any help finding anything. I said “we are all set, thanks’” and Jane smiled and said “we’re just browsing, thanks.” At this point I see Jane’s entire demenour change and she asks me “did you see that?” Apparently Avery looked me up and down, and then proceeded to roll her eyes. I told Jane to just ignore her as we were doing nothing wrong. Jane continued to walk around the store, but Avery’s eyes were on her like a hawk (just staring blankly it was rather strange) which was making Jane more and more uncomfortable. Avery stops staring for a minute and goes to the back of the store much to Jane’s relief but shortly comes back to the center of the store (back to her stare spot) with another employee. I was advising Jane to ignore it and continued to smell products. At that point, Janes says “did you hear that?” Apparently while speaking to the other employee, Avery pointed directly at Jane while making eye contact and said “they did it.” After Jane heard that comment and had Avery staring at her yet again she frantically asked me to leave with her. Heart racing, blushed cheeks, shallow breathing and all we leave the store.I went back to ask Avery her name because it meant a lot to the girl who was outside of the store trying to de-escalate from an anxiety attack. The whole situation was bizarre as we were literally just shopping in a store like everybody else? Lastly, I was unbothered by this scenario but I am writing this review on behalf of Jane, who was made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and experience a panic attack in a store that is meant for people to come into and buy things? Still unsure on what we may have done....Side note: another employee also asked us if we needed help finding anything which resulted in a normal, friendly exchange
