Based on my recent experience with him, Kenny Martin is a very reputable dealer of used vehicles - and a great guy to boot. I purchased a 20-year-old Tundra from him about 10 days ago, and all I can say is that the experience reinforced my faith in people! With the used pickup truck market in hyperdrive these days (with Tundras especially hard to find) I drove two hours to his little dealership, with the intention to buy the truck when I got there. While the truck was in good shape overall, there was a transmission leak that he was clearly unaware of - he was genuinely chagrined as he popped up from inspecting the undercarriage. Without hesitation Kenny got the rear gasket of the transmission replaced - at no small cost - and sold me the car for what hed advertised it for.People are driving long distances these days to purchase vehicles they learn about on big brand sites like Carfax, but it takes small dealers like Kenny Martin to make the marketplace happen. As we completed the purchase paperwork, we swapped tales of our long trips to buy cars we believed were as advertised on sites - only to find wed wasted our time.All I can say is Americas used car business needs more dealers like Kenny Martin of Competition Cars.

The owner is a good guy far as I can tell from my interactions go. A buddy bought a used 96 Lexus from him and besides maintenance required for such old car. Best thing about this guy is hell tell you what all hes done and what you can reasonably expect to have to do down the road. Friends car runs like a champ!

I was a little disappointed. We let you know when we were coming to see the vehicle and when we were test driving it we felt the flat tire. Just would of thought you would have checked it out before we got there.
