October 4, around 2 pm I went in to the West Salem Or, store and the nicest young man helped me. He was knowledgeable and efficient and he explained how to work the online system to pay and added my minutes. I had been trying to get a phone that would take my att min I already bought for a week on a locked phone he explained it to me in detail and I was able to use another phone phone I had. The store was clean and they did not just rush me out. I will continue to go to that store even though I live at the coast and just visit a couple times a month I will go to that store my business for the great service.

Amazing customer service!! I went into this AT & T Store to get a new IPhone, and Juan went above and beyond to ensure that I had a very positive experience. I really appreciated how attentive, friendly and professional he was. He thoroughly explained all of my options and his details on the various plans and phone was incredibly helpful. He is very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the fact that he didnt pressure me, and he showed me each phone and the various features. When I selected the phone, it was a very easy process, probably the best experience I have had with setting up a new phone, and I appreciated him showing me the new features and getting me equipped with everything such as a new case and screen protector. I would highly recommend this store and Juan, it was a very pleasant experience!

I visited the West Salem AT&T store yesterday to upgrade my phone. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by all three employees that were working. They were busy helping other customers at the moment, but took the time to acknowledge I had walked in without making the customer they were currently working with feel ignored. The manager helped me set up my new phone and was so kind, patient and beyond helpful! He answered all of my questions and never seem annoyed by all the million questions I had! I 100% recommend this AT&T store hands down, and will be going there from now on for all my cellular needs!
Excellent customer service and very responsive especially since I was in during the Holiday season! Everyone in the store is helpful and acknowledge me as soon as I walked in the store, even though they were helping someone; they still said hello. The location is convenient and less crowded! Keep up the good work Juan (manager)! Juan resolved my issue and is very good at putting on the glass screen protector .....no bubbles and it is on perfectly!
Have to say that this visit to the AT+T store was probably the best so far. I stopped in to pay my bill. Was greeted within seconds of opening the door. Told them what I needed and less then 5 minutes I was done.
I was due for an upgrade on my phone, and going in there was very much a relief. I was helped by Juan (who I believe is the store manager too), who went above and beyond in helping me. Although they didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, he ordered for me and even helped me get it set up. Both of the guys who work here are very helpful and informative, doing everything to help make your experience the best it can be.Thank you guys!! It really means a lot!
We had been to the hawthorn location here in Salem and the kid that helped us, informed us that our bill was around $50 more than we were initially told it would be. After explaining to him that we had been told by multiple sales reps at multiple stores that our bill wouldn’t be that high, he sat and argued with us rather than actually sitting down and going over our bill. We left that store and went to this location here in west Salem. The gentleman that helped us immediately acknowledged the issue, took the time to go over our bill and actually helped us lower it without changing our plan at all. As long as he’s managing that store they will forever have my business.
My experience here was amazing!! Rachel helped me get a new phone and hooked me up with a great deal. The staff here was so welcoming. Definitely will be back!!
When i arrived i was greeted by a lovely young man named Alex. He was extremely helpful and knew what he was talking about (love that!) he was able to get me to where i wanted to be and even showed me a few tips and tricks on how to use my new phone! I didn’t know it was possible to bring my bill down a few bucks but Alex made it happen! I’m so satisfied. Alex was patient, sweet and enjoyable to be around. He was full of energy which resulted in my bad day turning into a great day! I’d recommend you all to come into this store and get help from Alex and sign up for Direct TV with him as well.
Terrible problem with I phone 10. They could not fix. Told me to take it to Best Buy to fix it. Then asked me to leave. All after I paid $600 for the phone. Terrible place. Be careful not an accredited ATT Store
Excellent Customer Service from the Team at this store! Juan went above and beyond when my initial set-up did not go as planned bringing 4 different phone numbers from 2 different companies across 2 states. Juans team in the store in West Salem did a great job setting things up, but when it came to the Arizona number, the store down in Arizona refused to cooperate with my family member about the one phone number, which required me to call AT&T Customer Care. Let me tell you, I did not receive very good care from the Customer Care folks on the phone. The gal created a whole host of problems for me, with double bills and delays in getting service. Juan worked with me over 2 months to make sure everything was sorted and the billing duplication fixed.I highly recommend working with Alex and Juan at the West Salem AT&T store.
My Galaxy 7 edge died, so I stopped in for some help. They were able to reset my 7, but had just got in the Note 9 and had a super deal on it. This is the only time Ive changed phones and had a seamless experience. They transferred all my contacts, photos and apps, and all my settings. This phone is the bomb!!
Since I was the only customer at the store at the time, I received excellent customer service. The AT&T employee gave me undivided attention and set my phone up for me. He was good at answering all of my questions and I left feeling that I knew what I needed to about my new phone.
Outstanding overall experience. I particularly appreciated Juans sales style: highly informative without applying pressure, friendly, positive, clearly a fan of his product but able to let me make my own decision.I got all of the detailed information that I wanted before the sale and good consultation about selecting particular options during the sale. An amazing store with employees to match! After visiting multiple stores in the Salem area we found this location, with no wait time and representatives that were excited to help! Both the assistant manager & store manager were very thorough when explaining what the issue at hand was & went above and beyond to correct the even though it had bee caused by another store! After overpaying for well over 8 months this store was able to resolve my issue within 1 hour & even managed to get all my charges credited back! I will never work with any other store again! I would definitely recommend this location to all who ask!
The moment I came into this store I was so impressed! I was welcomed by a very nice man named Juan. I was having troubles with bill and he was able to give me a great deal, much less that I was previously paying. He also gave me a great deal on Direct TV, alot less than I was paying for Dish. I would absolutely recommend Juan and this store to anyone!!
Our first experience wasn’t so great with the old manager, we were over charged every month and he added things that we never wanted. We went in ready to turn in our phones and change carriers.We met with Juan and the District Manager and shared our experience with them. They took our concerns to heart and made things happen within 12 hours, which included some credits to our account and a promise that they’ll go to bat for us anytime.Anytime I go into the store I’m greeted by my first name and they have demonstrated a level of customer service and care that I haven’t experienced in along time. Thanks Juan and team for your care and devotion to this At&T customer!

In store staff were awesome. I went in for a Sim card, and while we were checking out they told me I was paying too much money for my family plan. We double checked and they were right. So now we save $30 a month AND have unlimited. Pretty cool of them. Thank you! 11/17

Told me to call customer service line, which I already had done and spent 40 min on hold only to be connected to their collection dept. Very amateurish and un professional. I still have unanswered questions, and someone still has my stolen information but they dont care

I love that when I go to the AT&T store in West Salem its not over crowded. The other location I visited had a longer wait. Even though they were nice there, I like how efficiently the West Salem employees help their customers. When I walk in they acknowledge me and get to me pretty quickly. I was also happy to switch to Direct TV from Comcast, where I got tired of unexplained charges on my bill. Its nice to have my cable and phone bill in the same place.#Thanks for telling me about the Samsung Note Shelly! You Rock!
Very disappointed. Classic “Bait and Switch” experts. Im ashamed that I fell for it. I caught it after a couple of months, but they simply did another bait and switch on me (So I fell for it twice). Since I was working with the manager and assistant manager I felt I was safe – Not So!!! New manager simply shrugs his shoulders as if he doesnt care about what his employees do, & says: “Gee, sorry you were quoted the wrong price.” Mgmt quoted the prices to me on multiple occasions! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Try the South Salem Store (Vista & Commercial). They helped fix some of the West Salem Stores mess - just dont use the West Salem Store, try different location instead to avoid being ripped off after you sign up.

Please hire employees who are at least somewhat knowledgeable about your products and services. Was essentially given the run-around about how I would not be able to set up my own Go Phone and account without them. I was told that I cannot buy a SIM card from AT&T stores and even if I could it would be useless because it does not have a phone number attached to it (????). I explained to them that I simply needed a Go Phone SIM kit so that I can do the set up at home myself but apparently they dont sell them at AT&T stores! I was then told that he would be able to do it for me in about 30 minutes. I guess Im not smart enough to be able to do this SUPER COMPLICATED procedure myself but all of a sudden he can it do it no problem in half an hour. I walked out of there pretty annoyed but then I noticed the Walgreens across the parking lot. I walk in, almost immediately find a $10 AT&T Go Phone SIM kit, pay, and DONE! This AT&T store couldnt help me but a Walgreens could? Sad.Now I just wish I could get those 20 frustrating minutes and brain cells I lost back from talking to this super-smart-all-powerful AT&T employee.

I went in to compare prices with T-Mobile. ATT is too high plus T-Mobile give me a military discount. The service in the store seemed to be good and the store well organized. The woman I spoke to was very nice. Sorry ATT. Staying with T-Mobile.

I went in yesterday, the manager helped me. You could tell he was new at this. Even so I will Never shop here again. Do yourself a favor. Go to the Hawthorne store and avoid any of these retailers. Just a horrible experience.
Terrible customer service. Ive been down there 3 times to pick up the phone I ordered, they keep telling me it hasnt arrived even after a manager promised it would be. They promised they would call but they have failed. My phone quit working and Im without a phone, so frustrating! Ive been an AT&T customer before cell phones existed. You guys stink!
Employees sent me home without helping set up my phone. told me im going to be locked out for 48 hours and that if i want help go to the MAC store in Lancaster after i just drove home from west salem. On top of that the employees didnt seem interested in helping or explaining to me what was going on, I recommend AT&T hire employees that know what to do when theyre at work. And of the devices their jobs are centered around.

The West Salem AT&T location is a hot mess. There arent enough agents and frankly the agents they do have arent particularly friendly. They need to take a customer service class.
