Came up to Salem to kick off the spooky season and needed coffee on Saturday morning. We got the breakfast sandwich with American cheese and it was SO good. Eggs are super fluffy. Definitely get one when you’re there. Coffee was quickly made and tasted great. Staff were very kind. Glad I decided to stop by.

It seems as though the staff needs to update their system for taking orders as well as brush up on customer service skills for when they get busy. I had been waiting for awhile for a breakfast sandwich to come out and decided to check in on the status after multiple customers who came in after me received their food. The woman making the sandwiches asserted that my order had already gone out. I told her I did not receive it, and she continued to repeat that it had already gone out and that someone else must have taken it. Not once did I hear my name called. Evidently the sticky-note ordering system isnt all that efficient since there seemed to be quite a few other issues keeping things straight behind the counter. After continued back and forth with her not believing that I didnt get my food, she asks me what it was and started making it. She angrily slapped together an egg and cheese (literally just threw an already-made egg and cold slices of cheese on an english muffin and threw it in some aluminum foil and tossed it on the counter) and said here you go. I didnt have the time or energy to argue any further as my friends had already finished their food outside. I walked away in complete disbelief. Its unfortunate to have to call out small businesses and tarnish their reputation but I wont excuse unacceptable customer service. As someone who knows what its like to work in mad rushes in a counter-service restaurant, I get it, its stressful, but theres never a reason to treat a customer this way. It costs $0 to be kind and respectful. Had she owned up to her mistake and apologized, I wouldnt be writing this. Do better.

Not sure if the staff was having a bad day, if they are “so friendly,” but they were incredibly rude. We asked if they have sugar free syrup, and the cashier replied “well it’s syrup, soooo yeah it has sugar. Not impressed.

I absolutely recommend this tiny but amazing breakfast take out location prices are great and the food is even better. I ordered 3 items to try it out.1. The bees knees: a quad espresso shot with milk and honey in my opinion it was perfectly balanced both earthy with a slight bitterness of well made espresso and slightly sweet from the milk and honey.2. The breakfast sandwich: bacon egg and cheese on a fresh English muffin. The bacon was crispy and delicious i had asked for 2 slices of cheddar cheese and was not disappointed its actually cheddar not that big store slice of lies cheddar but actual freaking cheddar!! The egg was perfect Fluffy and moist 10/10 definitely give it a shot)3. A pastry they get thiers from a local bakery A+J King and as always its amazing!I highly recommend this location parking can be a little frustrating as salems streets are narrow but we made it work!

I have been here 4 times now and ordered something different each time. Each and every item I’ve tried was excellent! I am especially in love with their mocha, the cappuccino, and their breakfast sandwich. I’m thrilled they have alternative milk choices and vegetarian/vegan options. Highly highly recommend! I’m so glad they’ve set up shop here in town.

I just moved to Salem and have been looking for great coffee shops. I have tried Brew Box, Frontstreet Coffee house, and Jaho. This place has impressed me with its specialty drink options, affordable prices, and bakery goods. Before I get into my full review, let me say a word about the other coffee shops. If you are a serious coffee drinker who likes a variety of notes in their coffee, I highly recommend Brew Box in Salem. If you want strong coffee and a good meal I recommend Frontstreet Coffee House. If you want to pay premium for low quality coffee and food, I recommend Jaho. Now Wolf Next Door Coffee is a small establishment with a variety of specialty drinks that are cleverly named and deliciously combined. For their bakery options they offer A.J King pastries which are top notch for MA. Finally, the owner is personable and makes you feel welcomed to be there. Overall, I would highly recommend this to any locals and visiting tourist to Salem

I have been here twice now since they opened. The service has been fantastic, the food has been great, and the best part is the coffee! On my first trip, I tried the regular drip coffee and a bacon, egg, and cheddar breakfast sandwich. The coffee was nice and fresh, a pleasant medium roast with a slight natural sweetness to it with no bitter aftertaste. The sandwich tasted like tangy slice of heaven! The bacon was perfectly crisp, the folded egg was nice and fluffy, and the cheddar cheese added a lovely sharp tang to the sandwich! Also worth mentioning: their sandwiches come with a choice of cheeses! When I was there, they offered American, cheddar, and provolone. On my second adventure, I checked out the daily specials. I had the zoom meeting and a specialty latte made with soy milk. (I forget the name, but it was a punny and involved a cow.)The zoom meeting was a delicious cold brew coffee topped with an espresso shot. It was definitely better than what you get at Starbucks. The cold brew wasnt too bitter, and the espresso shot added a nice bold earthiness to it.I was a little concerned about the soy latte as I am not really an alternative milk guy, but this drink completely changed my tune. It was foamy, frothy, and delicious! The soy milk played really well with the coffee and the end result reminded me of drinking a toasted marshmallow. I totally want this special again, and I hope it makes a regular appearance! This place is new, but is definitely on the right track to offering some of the best coffee and food in all of Salem!
