I called these guys and set this up 2 weeks in advance... great customer service and friendly staff... and just look at the cupcakes compared to the actual banner... they far exceeded our expectations with the presentation... not to mention that these cupcakes were phenomenal tasting as well... its been almost a week since I picked them up and my mouth is watering typing this lol... so to sum up I highly recommend sweetly baked and I will use only them from now on for anything I do in Salem... thanks for making us look good

Delicious cupcakes of every possible concoction. Lemon/ raspberry is a favorite.Employee that took my order was very nice and informative.

My fiancé had called a tried to order cupcakes for our wedding. She talked to one person and was told to email her order. After she was sent an email we heard no response for some time. My fiancé called and the person on the phone said “she’s out of town”. We relayed the information and where told we would get a call or email back. Nothing. A week later we called again and no answer. We where really excited to use Sweetly Baked for our special day but had to go elsewhere!

Bar and brownies are really good!! Places smells like dream when walking in! My cupcakes were okay. I had more cake than icing on the cupcakes. The places was really clean inside and the staff was very friendly. They have gluten free options as well.

By far the best cupcake shop in Salem. Sugar Sugar is good but they always lack customer service. Sweetly Baked staff are always attentive and friendly. Go visit on Tuesdays. They have $2 cupcakes all day! They have samples too. My new place is here.

This is typically not something I do unless its a positive review for a local business but I think its very justified this time. I have ordered cakes and bought cupcakes before from this bakery and about a week ago, I placed an order for my sisters 30th birthday and pregnancy announcement cake for the following weekend. We went into the store and placed the order but the baker was not there. The lady at the counter took the order and I was told to call later and when I did, they said the baker was still not there. Called to follow up the next day and was told your order is in the queue, the baker is back on thursday and she will call you to ask any other questions if she has any. I asked if I should pay over the phone and was told I could pay when I picked up. I never received a call or voicemail so I figured all was good and the cake would be ready saturday for pick up. Saturday morning, I called to ask what time I could pick up as I had forgotten and was told you never answered our call so we thought you ended up ordering from somewhere else and they hadnt made my cake. I know for a fact I didnt miss a call because I had no missed calls or voicemails. I had to go buy a generic cake and was so disappointed since the family loves the cakes there. Unfortunately will be looking for another local bakery as this place let me down and ruined my special surprise to my sister.

Here from Indianapolis, Indiana on Vacation. Jared was extremely warm and inviting and kind. They had samples to try! I bought the cherry cupcake and peanut butter cupcake and a rocky road cookie! Absolutely delicious! Jared should get a raise! Definitely great service and amazing sweets!

Moist, delicious cupcakes. Similar to St Cupcake but they have filling inside in some of the cupcakes (not all). Frosting (chocolate) was a little hard, but tasty. Punchcard for future free cupcakes! We are going to get more tomorrow.

The store front was nicely decorated. The product was displayed with cute litte tags for what was sold. The prices were very fair. The young man helping me was super sweet and nice. Very patient with my daughter who was everywhere and very polite which is huge to me. We got the chocolate raspberry and sunday cupcakes. The chocolate one was great! The frosting very very sweet and yummy. The cake moist with a raspberry jam filling that was amazing. The sunday was true to its name. My daughter was in love with the chocolate fudge filling! The cake wasnt heavy very light. All around, ill go back. I may even order a cake. I really liked this place. The packaging was awesome as well. It was a white box with cupcake holders inside so the cake doesnt roll away or get messed up.To be noted; they didnt sell only cupcakes. They had cookies(of all sorts), maroons, bars, dipped pretzels, coffee, and covered almonds. And a table outside but only one. A+
