Aside from the beautiful presentation of flower arrangements, the owners are extremely service oriented and help you along every step the way to meet anyones need. So far they have never failed me. Received an arrangement via From You Flowers for my brothers funeral. This was, without exception, the worst floral arrangement ever. Very sparse despite upgrading to a deluxe bouquet. Obviously they felt guilty about the lilies that hadnt bloomed so threw in a couple that had clearly seen their better day. A few yellow roses that were fine but then the remaining filler was not much more than those little 3 for $10 bunches at Stop and Shop. For my $61 bouquet intended to be from my children to their beloved Uncle, Id have done just as well to get a $7.99 bunch of end of the weekend flowers from the gas station convenience store check out. Not sure if the order for the standing cross arrangement was placed with David Eng but when I was calling to track it down minutes before the service was beginning I was informed that the florist was unable to make this. Would have been nice to know when the order was placed so I could have made other arrangements. Heartless, unprofessional and plain poor quality. One would expect that for a business which weddings and funerals are a majority of the business that they would have delivered a reasonable product. This was just plain disgraceful. For shame, David Eng!#EpicFloralFailJan 25, 2020 Update: This review/ complaint was posted shortly after my dear brothers funeral when I was VERY upset and distressed. 1 week later, 5 full business days, I have yet to receive an apology or any kind of response at all from David Eng florists. I would recommend the Engs for any occasion! I just had my wedding and chose them as my florist and they exceeded my expectations... just GORGEOUS! They were very accommodating and all around pleasant to work with. My flowers were so beautiful, the reception venue broke them down and used them for the next few days! Last week we lost our beloved Siberian Husky of 11 years. A dear friend sent us a beautiful bouquet of roses.Dave delivered the flowers to me himself, with kind words. He is a lovely soul. The arrangement was exquisite, and one week later, the Rose arrangement is as beautiful as when it was delivered. Thank you!

Mr. Eng personally went out of his way to bring flowers out at 7pm at night well after the store closing. I dont know another company that would go to these measures to satisfy a customer.

The couple who runs this tiny, well curated flower shop, knows their flowers an can hit almost any budget large or small with a beautiful arrangement.
