Touring the country on our BMW K1600. Coming up the Blue Ridge Parkway we noticed the rear tire looked pretty fried. I called ahead to check availability. Not only did they fit us into the service schedule but they had the correct tire and a BMW tire pressure sensor that had been faulting for the last thousand miles in stock. The service writer was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She greeted me at the door when I arrived and did a thorough walk around inspection. Offered me a coffee while I waited and the bike was in the back before we finished paperwork. Awesome shop with a great selection and the new tire was mounted before I had time to sit on every bike in the showroom. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this shop!
Craig, Chris and Tommy were a pleasure to work with from the start. I live ~250 miles away from the dealership and they were upfront, detailed and professional throughout all my interactions with them about my new Triumph Street Twin. They made the virtual buying experience feel like the real thing. Im happy with my decision to have gone with Frontline Eurosports and I recommend them to anyone looking to get a bike. Thanks yall!
Start to finish, my experience was top notch. Craig was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Applying online was easy and Frontline provided a financing option at a better rate than my credit union that I have been with for 30 years! Chris helped me though the purchase agreement and Tommy even delivered my new Ducati to my door in NOVA! What a great experience. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend Frontline Eurosports!
The staff is great. I find them friendly and knowledgeable. All the service work I have had done is top notch. I feel safe having their technicians work on my bikeThere are two reasons why they aren’t a five star. The prices are high. However, I think BMW motorcycles are the best and you got to pay for the best. Secondly, I have had issues with some accessories. They have worked with me, but I felt I didn’t get what I paid for.Overall, i have recommended it to friends and will continue to be a loyal customer.
Awesome experience!! First time buying a motorcycle from Frontline and I sure am glad I did. Craig was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Had every answer for any question before I even asked. Showed me everything I needed to know about the bike before I rode away. Chris was awesome and also extremely helpful he walked me through all the optional coverages and explain everything in detail to make sure I understood what I was getting. Thank you guys much and I will definitely be back you guys rock!!!
I traveled from Wyoming to pick up the 2019 F850GS from Frontline. Chris was great to deal with. Paperwork was mailed back and forth quickly leaving nothing to do but pick up the bike. Chris made certain the bike was ready to roll including elective shop work being completed before my arrival. I would reccomend Chris and Frontline Eurosports to anyone looking for a new or used motorcycle.
I cannot say enough about this dealership. From initial contact to out the door we were treated like royalty. Came from Ohio to take delivery of an Indian roadmaster. When they found out how far we were coming they offered to provide us with a hotel room!!! The entire staff treated us like we were old friends not customers. Ever met a dealership owner that wants to talk you, not has to wants to?!?! Please please please go visit this place even if you not in the market for a bike just go hang out in the environment, youll want to spend money I promise
Great store, amazing staff always ready to answer your questions. They carry good-quality items and you can expect discounts in several of them. Havent tried their service department, but it seems to be on par with the general working philosophy of the place.
Craig was fast and made the transaction smooth. Still waiting on my certificate of origin but thats out of his hands. A Keychain or free t-shirt would have been nice. But overall bike was delivered and Im happy to be a BMW owner.
The entire staff was friendly and helpful. My personal sales representative was that and more. Listened to us, heard our likes and concerns and worked on getting what was right. I would drive from NC to VA anytime to purchase from this group of people. Icing on the cake was that they had a veterans event scheduled for the second day we were there to pick up the bike. They also care about their community.
I can not say enough about the professionalism and attention given during any of my visits to Frontline. I have purchased five bikes and they all have been professionally serviced there. My most recent experience was enjoyable as usual. The shop is newly renovated with the addition of Indian motorcycles and is very modern.
Starting with Josh. He was great listening to my questions about my BMW RT and what I needed to have done in the service Dept. Took care of everything like I knew him for years. When I decided to trade bikes I first talked with Rob who went overboard to help me on my choice. Then Pat gave me the details on the bike I chose to buy and hung with me, calling several times, to get me the best deal. Super place to buy a motorcycle from. Finally Chris got the paper work done quickly and efficiently. Thanks to all of you guys, Gary
Just bought my first bike seven weeks ago and then I discovered Frontline Eurosports (FE), and now I own my second. I know, crazy, right? From the outside FE didnt catch my eye except for a few bikes in the parking lot. But when I walked in there were so many high-quality bikes to choose from. The showroom is very roomy and clean. Craig W. greeted me right away and we got right to talking about what I was looking for. I ended up putting a deposit on a bike and came back four days later to finalize the purchase. But before I did that, Craig suggested I take a test ride. And that test ride removed any doubt whether or not I was definitely choosing the right bike for me. And accessories? They got them. In fact, I chose some and FE will install them before they deliver the bike. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the whole staff and the whole environment at the Salem location. Highly recommend anyone to stop by and take a look and chat. Very relaxed atmosphere!
My husband is a longtime customer of Frontline Eurosports, so when it was time for me to purchase my first bike, this was the first place we visited. Craig is so pleasant and genuinely loves to ride, and working with him was like talking to an old friend excited about my new hobby. After a few visits, Craig even kept an eye out for a bike that fit my image and my smaller stature. Rob was also wonderful in recommending comfortable, season-appropriate gear for a woman rider. Chris was extremely helpful in giving a few pointers for me, as he also rides with his wife.I’m genuinely impressed with the community feel of this shop. I felt very welcomed and unintimidated. I even got advice from experienced folks in the parking lot!The place is clean, well laid out, and has a great selection of gear. (And, of course, it has beautiful machines!) Several team members used to work at a local outdoors store, so you can easily get advice for off road adventures.Overall, I’m extremely happy and can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks so much, Craig and the Frontline Eurosports team!
My experience is this is a great place, owners, sales and service department. They’re always friendly and helpful for me. I’ve done business here and their earlier location for a very long time now. I have bought and sold bikes here. Bought accessories. Warranty and non warranty work done. The brands sold and service is not cheap but it’s all been quality, practical and, in my experience, work has always been well done.
Outstanding visit to these folks. Called on a Saturday morning to get a new tire. Service manager was very polite and professional. Quickly got me to parts who confirmed they had the tire. Then service department immediately scheduled me in that same morning. Got there and they took me in about 15 minutes early. Did a visual inspection of whole bike even though I was just getting a tire. Very organized. Nice shop for waiting for the work to be done. Coffee. Water. Hot dogs. Etc. And, of course, a bunch of really nice bikes to see. Highly recommend this place.
What a great experience I had at Frontline Eurosports! Everyone I met was very knowledgeable and polite. They have a large inventory and a clean showroom. Craig was wonderful as he returned all my phone calls and went over the features of my new Rocket 3 R. Chris in finance was very patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Thank you guys!!
I scheduled the 625 mile break in service on my F750GS with Josh knowing I would be on the road. Even though I did not buy my bike from Frontline, Josh treated me like a long time customer. I was quickly checked in, Josh when though the particulars of the service and made me feel at home. Mike from the parts department was very helpful and took a lot of time helping me solve a tank bag mounting issue involving my 16 year old Marsee bag. Throwing in belated thanks to Ellen for help she provided me a couple of years ago fitting new riding boots and mount a Bluetooth comm unit to my helmet. I keep coming back to Frontline because of the people and the service. Keep up the outstanding customer support. Ill see you next time Im in the area.
Hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced. I shipped my 2020 Indian Scout Bobber Twenty to Frontline for a 5k checkup from San Francisco during my recent move out to Roanoke. I had never been to Salem or this store but they treated me like I’d been a regular for years. Everybody at frontline went above and beyond with the care of my bike! I literally cannot rave enough about the communication as I was trekking across the states. Had the brakes and tires replaced on it and picked it up yesterday. It rides like a dream! I will definitely be giving Frontline all of my motorcycle business from here out. Outstanding!
Awesome experience from the time I called them until the work was finished. Very professional and knowledgable staff all arounnd. I could not imagine a better experience having ridden in from Oregon and needed urgent maint. to continue my tour of the US.
I have been going to Frontline for about a year to service my Ducati. I also own Indian motorcycles and Frontline just became an Indian dealer about 6 weeks ago. This is awesome since I only live 10 minutes away. Their service department has been great to work with (i.e. Tiffani, Josh and Andy). They have now serviced 4 of my motorcycles in the past year. Ok...that seems excessive now that I write that :)I was in the dealership on Friday and talked with Craig Eggleston who is a salesman for their Indian motorcycles. He was extremely nice and discussed with me around an Indian Challenger they had in the showroom. I came back Saturday and test drove a Challenger.Craig helped me put together a great deal on a new 2021 Indian Challenger with several accessories. I was in there today buying the motorcycle and couldnt have had a more pleasant experience (both Craig E. and Chris W). I bought another Indian motorcycle about 3 weeks ago from a dealership in NC and did not have a great experience. That was a transaction. My experience with Craig was true customer service. Frontline truly cares about their customers and makes you feel extremely welcome. I think about how many times I have come into the dealership and I am always met with a friendly greeting where they know my name. I usually see Pat M. first who is always welcoming.I am so glad I was able to buy a motorcycle locally. Great overall dealership and kudos to Craig Eggleston. I now can get my 3 Indians serviced in my home town.ThanksJeff
This is my first street bike and the whole team made it one to remember! From start to finish everyone went above and beyond! Such a great group. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bike to stop by look at what they have.
These guys are amazing!!!!! The helped us for a second time and made it work!!! We absolutely adore them.
I have been a customer of Frontline for many years. I will continue to be a customer. The primary reason for this is the stellar customer service and knowledge I have received and continue to receive. It doesnt matter who answers the phone, every attempt is made to do their best to assist you. But specifically yesterday I needed a non-standard part for my motorcycle. They were incredibly busy and Rob took the time to take measurements and answer my questions, to ensure what they had would work for my application. As stated, they were incredibly busy. I stopped in to get the part I needed and it was sitting on the counter waiting for me. I did not need to check to see if this would be the case. Also Josh came out to assist with much needed information I didnt even have to ask for. They just wanted to make sure I had the right info. I knew with all my previous communication, that I would be taken care of. Why is this. Well in short this is a top down approach which can be summed up with this phrase. When good people, hire good people, good things will happen. This was just one transaction of many, so I chose the 2 team members I dealt with for this transaction. However I would like to emphasize, I have always had excellent service no matter the person I have dealt with. Not only that, they are incredibly knowledgeable and know their stuff. If you are looking for a motorcycle shop, look no further, you will not be disappointed.
First time purchasing a bike from Frontline Eurosport’s and my experience was great. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my experience and they went above and beyond my expectations as a customer.
Yesterday I traded for a new Triumph Bonneville, and what can I say but that the entire experience was excellent. Everything from the trade evaluation, the test ride, Craig’s extensive knowledge on every bike I asked him about, Chris’ efficiency with paperwork and securing a fantastic financing opportunity, the courtesy of all the staff....all of it was just superb. I dont think Ive ever had a better buying experience than I had yesterday at Frontline Eurosports. Well, when I purchased a bike last year from them that was excellent too. Really though, from start to finish I was incredibly pleased with the service I received and the deal we made. I found myself comfortable throughout the entire process, and in the vehicle buying world that cannot often be said. I’m already a repeat customer but I know that I will come back in the future again. I cant recommend Frontline Eurosports highly enough.
Service done promptly while waiting. Friendly and helpful staff
I had an amazing buying experience. Craig Wickersham the sales guy was just great and helped me make a good choice. Chris at finance was also really helpful and was always there to answer questions regarding my paperwork. Thumbs up to the dealership.
I want to take some time and talk about my first time Motorcycle buying experience, I was working with Pat who helped me fulfill my dreams. I have worked with many dealerships in the past, but this experience with Pat and the Trio (Pat, Chris from Finance and Rob from Parts) was absolutely outstanding and incredible. Pat has this incredible way of connecting to his customers and, making sure they get the best always. it was more of a relationship oriented approach very open and fair and honest discussion about the motorcycle, the pricing and the history of the motorcycle that I was interested in.I was working with 2 other dealers who were also out of state, but never received the same response and commitment, in fact they didn’t even bother to get back to me, whereas Pat followed up with me every day to make sure I had all the information, he was critical to my decision making as he was genuinely interested in fulfilling my dreams.Pat and Chris worked out a really sweet deal for me based on my budget and they took care of every little thing. I saved some good dollars cause of Chriss recommendation of Culver motorcycle insurance. The entire finance process was such a breeze, they had everything ready for me and made sure all I had to do is sign the agreement. And here comes Rob, another Santa from Frontline Euro, we quickly got connected talking about bikes and accessories and parts etc. and he got me fitted in to the right gear and recommended the most important things, we spent close to 3 hours with Rob, and he was extremely patient in answering all our questions. Even though we were so tied up with time, we were enamored by Robs knowledge about motorcycles and gear. They are like a life line for me and #forever buddies.Thank you so much Pat Chris and Rob for truly making my life a ride and fulfilling my dreams. You guys don’t sell bikes in Frontline euro sport, you make Dreams come true for your customers. My first partner of choice for my motorcycle needs will always be frontline Eurosport. Thanks a zillion for a lifetime of an experience.
Another great experience at Frontline. Riding several bikes and then walking away with a new Triumph Scrambler. Friendly and patient help from both Craigs. And the entire team. Including staying well past closing time Saturday to get it done!
I would like to thank the staff at this great dealership. They helped myself and a friend get a few things straightened out while doing the MABDR. Special thank you to Rob for going above and beyond his duties. Can’t recommend this dealer enough if you are doing any traveling in the area. They have a great selection of aftermarket items in stock as well as motorcycle clothing and camping gear as well. Again, thank you all for your help and professionalism.
The service team at Frontline is great. I like to do my own maintenance, but its nice to have the support of a professional group of folks when needed. Andy is super knowledgeable, Josh is always helpful and kind, and Tiffani really keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently. Thanks again. Jay
Little Craig was great in getting me on the right bike. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly satisfied customer
Top notch people. Ive been in and out of Frontline several times over the past few months trying to make up my mind what I wanted and if I could afford it. Craig was awesome. From the first time we talked until the rode my new Bonneville T120 Black off the lot. Dude knows his stuff, you want to know about Triumph, he is the man. Chris was my first contact the first time I went in, he showed me around, showed me a few bikes and built a rapport with me, and was constantly with me until i signed the papers and rode off. I could tell they wanted me there and wanted to help me. That means a lot to me. Mike was awesome too. Helped me find a great helmet, then installed mine and my friends Cardo units in our helmets. I also spoke to several other folks there who were very nice and helpful, even when they were walking through with a tire in each hand, or just passing by. My only regret is that I dont have the money to buy another bike right now. Return customer guaranteed.
Frontline personnel have without fail been professional, courteous, knowledgable, and exceptionally accomodating. For years my experience dealing with both sales and service has been outstanding. I would recommend this dealership without reservation.
Great people at frontline. Always have what I need.
What a great dealership! I was in the area for a rally and realized I had a tire that was worse than I thought. I called about getting it replaced on a Friday and they had me in early Saturday morning. Tire price was more than fair, did a state inspection while it was there, really saved me some time. Service department was fantastic. Had been in once before to look at a bike but it had been sold. Got talking to Pat in sales and when he found out our rally was right near where he lived he made plans to come by. As most of the rally goers were on BMWs, Ducatis and Triumphs, he answered everyones questions and gave us some good local road tips. We had a great time getting to know Pat. A very friendly dealership.
Best Ducati dealer nearby, expert service.
No hassles and professional service from the staff.
Fast shipping...one of the few dealers that hadThe part I needed...
If you want a new bike these are the guys to go through. Excellent service every step of the way. Worked with Craig over the course of a couple weeks to get everything set up. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
Absolutely wonderful team here at Frontline Eurosports! Highly knowledgeable and professional!!
A proficient team providing excellent service work.
I have to avoid this place or I would spend all my money there. Just too many fun toys. The staff is top notch too. They know what they know and dont BS you.
I love frontline. I bought my Bonneville here, and have always had a good experience. Just bought a new helmet. The staff made sure to let me know they would like to have the opportunity to match the price of any accessories I found at a lower price.
Friendly attentive staff. Excellent showroom with good inventory attractively displayed. Nice selection of supporting gear.
Emergency flat fix. My decision to get new tires. Reasonable cost, great service and friendly staff!
I trust these folk w/all my gear. They do a great job of servicing my motos and communicate well. I like to use there pickup and delivery services bc I often do not have the ability to shuttle the motos myself.
I talked to Pat Metheny about riding a 2020 truimph tiger 900 rally. He let me test ride the motorcycle and was very nice and even helped me to show me a great riding route. Then even talked to me about other adv bike options. I was super impressed with the experience I will definitely return to this dealership again.
Im not from Virginia and dont even ride one of the motorcycles that they sell but theres some of the nicest people in the world when we were talking about my Honda. In the future I will always go here just because of the atmosphere and the really good people that work there.
Thank you to Craig and Chris for making this happen! I got my Trident 660 earlier than expected and its everything I hoped for! If youre looking for a bike definitely go to Frontline Eurosports in Salem VA!
Josh was very tactful and diplomatic in explaining why the part on my bike was not covered by the warranty. He and Tommy were very accommodating in getting the repair done and the bike picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
Great service and helpful and friendly staff.
The parts and service department here are awesome guys! They did everything they could to keep my bike going for a long trip
Great service, inspected my Rocket 3, and checked out my right fork on a Saturday morning. Was out in no time.
Staff knows their products well and they care about their customers.
I live in Massachusetts. Frontline had the best deal around on a new Triumph Speed Twin so I dove into what could easily have been a stressful and frustrating process. Craig and Chris made buying a new bike over phone, email and FedEx overnight mail a breeze. These guys know and love their product and were a pleasure to talk with and work with. My only regret is that Frontline isnt around the corner from me so I could keep coming back for service on my new bike. Despite the distance Ill be looking them up for any future bike purchases.
I was very happy with the way l was welcomed sales service people nice and professional. Best dealer l have ever dealt with. Thanks craig, chris.
First off, Id like to mention that I never leave reviews but everyone at Frontline deserves a round of applause. If youre looking to buy a motorcycle, parts, accessories, etc look no further. Ive purchased 4 motorcycles in my life and have never been treated so phenomenally by a dealer. Frontline Eurosports exceeded my expectations by a long shot and I could not recommend them more. Specifically, Id like to give a genuine thank you to Pat (sales), Chris (finance), and Rob (parts).Pat went above and beyond regarding the bike sale. He was extremely communicative about the bike and would always call to give status updates. Pat also gave some amazing suggestions about bike accessories and areas to check out! Could not recemmend this man more!Chris made financing the bike easy as can be. He had everything set up when I went to pick up the bike and all I had to do was sign a few papers. Even after the bike was sold, Chris went above and beyond. As some may know, the NC DMV is not necessarily up to date. Chris truly went out of his way to be communicative and get everything regarding tags and registration situated. He’s on top of it!Rob in parts is the man when it comes to bike accessories. I asked him a couple questions about the best luggage options for my kind of riding and he recommended a soft tail bag and I have loved it ever since! I’ll be getting the tires he recommended in a few months when my tires are due!Even the people who’s names I didn’t catch went above and beyond from a friendliness perspective. I’ve never felt so at home at a dealer before. To everyone at Frontline, thank you!
Just cant say enough good things about this shop. They consistently provide exceptional service. Worked with Mike yesterday for a small purchase. He always delivers great customer service. It doesnt matter if its a major purchase, or just a small item. Everyone at this store is great. This is what a motorcycle business should be!
One of best motorcycle shops I have seen. The employees are the best! They strive to see you leave satisfied.I am just super pleased with the ease of getting my bike inspected. Josh the service advisor is one exceptional employee.
Thanks to Tommy, Josh, and the rest of the service team for keeping my bike running well, despite my best efforts to foil them. Ive worked with many shops over the years and the folks at Frontline are the best by far. Always attentive, professional, friendly, and patient; they go out of their way to get things done quickly, to the highest standards, and at a more reasonable price than I could ask for. Im lucky to have such a great shop so close to home - they earn my business and gratitude with every visit.
Brought my BMW R NineT in for its break-in service, plus repair some self-inflicted faux pas in my botched attempt to install a windscreen. Went as smoothly as can be imagined. Got it done on time, below estimate, and pickup and delivery was at my convenience (this is January in the Blue Ridge Mountains, not much fun to ride to the shop). Josh and Tommy kept me informed every step of the way. Been riding for 4-plus decades and this was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Great organization all around!
Apologies if I missed anyone or got the name wrong on Mike. Im bad with faces to start with and everyone wearing masks just makes it harder. I had already spoken to Tiffany very conveniently via email several times about service I wanted. I wanted to switch up the tires I was getting though so came in to discuss with Mike. Was not disappointed at the enthusiasm of putting completely inappropriate tires on my bike with the absolutely terrible longevity. These points were all discussed, clearly but with enthusiastic nods of approval implying the fact that it was going to look badass made up for all of that. That was exactly the encouragement I needed for my toy purchase validation and justification. These guys get it. Chip (I think, again mask..) popped around the corner at the mention of the tire model excitedly telling about his experience with them. They burn up quick, are loud as hell, maybe a little rough on the roads but they dont quite break away on you when getting it in corners like some of the other models! I was sold. He did answer my serious questions about wet weather performance with the same serious and important tone I used when asking it. Serious questions are important to ask when making ridiculous purchases such as these, and Chip (or the light haired masked man) knew this. Went back to service to schedule everything and Tiffany was on the ball, had my printout and got me squared away. Josh somehow recognize me in my mask and raincoat asking me if I still loved my scrambler. We commiserated on the challenges of riding this summer, said our goodbyes and I walked out of there into the rain with a giant bill that would make most people cry all with a smile on my face. Justified and happy with my choices
Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Pat and Rob were super helpful!
Whole crew is super friendly, pro-active and committed to take care of their customers even if they have to go above and beyond ! The transparency with quotes or services is also part of their routine and they have a lot of patience to go over the details, explaining everything until they make sure its all crystal clear. Whenever I schedule an appointment, they are always ready to check-in my bike and the service usually takes exact time they estimated, which is great if you want to plan what to do during the waiting time. To be fair, Id like to extend my overall satisfaction as a customer to the whole Staff and Management from Frontline Eurosports - they are always there for you, giving your customer experience a totally different level. Thanks to everyone! :)
I was in the middle of a long journey on my GSA. Needed a new tire and the folks at Frontline not only got me in for service but got us back on the road in record time. Amazing support from all the staff members I encountered, from service, to parts, to sales desk everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I cant thank these folks enough for getting me back on the road safely! Worth a stop for sure!
Cant say enough about this place. Came in on a road trip and they took care of our needs quickly and professionally. Needed a helmet and they got it straight away and even moved over the SENA comms system from the old helmet, no problem. Thanks so much!
Pat was great. Very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to my many questions. He kept to his originally presented price, even though there was a difference in the final numbers. They set the bike up the way I wanted it with accessories at reasonable prices. Looking forward to warmer weather and break-in miles. Motorcycling is a great way to keep social distancing!
UPDATE: Ive had experience at several motorcycle shops and dealerships over the years and can honestly say that the level of professionalism and attention to detail are far superior at Frontline Eurosports. This was evident from the first phone contact through the entire sale and delivery of my new BMW. They also left a very favorable impression on me when purchasing several parts over the phone/internet in the past couple years. Pat was outstanding in answering my many questions, being clear and up front with the financials (and fair with my trade), and being consistently responsive, kind and respectful. Chris in finance and Mike in service were equally great. I highly recommend this dealership.Original Review: I made a few online orders from Frontline and they all went really well. Mike in parts was always responsive and helpful to my questions. My orders arrived on time and in great condition. Highly recommended!
Even with the virus problems Frontline worked to get me the bike I wanted. Craig is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with clarity. Financing worked hard to get me a great rate and helped me get a very.good deal on insurance. I highly recommend these folks.
What a great dealership, these guys are very professional and a joy to be around. Anyone out there looking for a BMW, Ducati or Triumph, this is the place to go.
Being from out of town I needed to get everything just right for a smooth transaction. Throughout the whole process the team at Frontline went beyond my expectations for a really great experience. Chris was very professional with every step, Pat was phenomenal, then once I got down there Rob jumped in as if I was a close friend to help even with packing the bike for the 400 mile ride back. Thank you again guys.
A big hats off to Tiffani and Bob. My poor old airhead had sprung a rather significant oil leak...bad enough she couldnt be ridden at all. Tiffani went the extra mile to find us a slot in the OR. And Bob put hands upon the patient. The result was a full recovery, and we are back on the road again. Happy, happy, happy!
Great customer service…The Best. I would challenge anyone to find an equal or a better staff who are as motivated to assist...You Can’t! For my convenience, I was able to pickup my purchase on a non-business day and all questions were answered and demonstrated. Thank you Frontline Eurosports.
Cant say enough about the great service. Weather Im buying a bike, picking up parts or getting a new tire mounted everyone is always very nice and accommodating. Add a Keurig coffee maker and I may never leave.
Enjoyed the open house on Saturday. Got my bike inspected for free. Everyone was great.
This was my first bike, and Pat was incredibly helpful and informative. The whole team made the process quick and easy. This will definitely be my first stop next time I am in the market for a motorcycle.
I am a little late with this review, but back on 06/13/2020 I had a front tire replaced. During the bike inspection for safety issues I was informed that I might should consider replacing my worn rubber brake lines. Seeing as how my 1998 Bmw R1100RT had 94,929 miles on it at the time, I did not argue with the finding. I purchased a stainless steel 5-line brake kit from Galfer. I live three hours away so I have to schedule service when I can, plus it is hard to stop riding to have service done when it is nice out. I finally made my appointment to have them installed 2,285 miles later on 10/21/2020. When I arrived that morning, like before, I was made to feel right at home. From the front door, to back to service, everyone spoke and offered help and coffee. Josh got me signed in and Tiffani spoke as she was back and forth taking care of phone customers. Once again Bob did a fast and fantastic job. He installing my brake lines and had me out well under the time I was expecting. What a top quality crew this dealership has! I will return with no hesitation.
I got Pani V2 on 12/03/2020. I consider myself a bit peaky when I purchase cars and motorcycles and typically spend at least more than a month to negotiate dealers for the OTD price since I personally have quite bad experience for purchasing automobile before. But here, Frontline Eurosports, is a different story. It took for me to decide less than a week. Even before meeting Craig in person, I could feel that he is professional, honest, and kind for all processes compared to other big shops in D.C. area which typically behave like more or less like a business and always call for a quite higher price from MSRP. I am aware of that this is the way dealers earn money but the D.C. area was too much. Every single price including Freight, Prep, Taxes, DMV fees, they put additional money too much. Here, not only the price is better, but also people including Craig (My apologies for missing other people, I was too excited and forgot your names) are really kind and enjoy talking about motorcycles. I could feel their passion about motorcycles. They are all riders rather than just dealers. They try to help me by sharing their experiences with being honest. I can confidently say that this is the best motorbike shop I have ever visited. You, checking reviews like I did before visiting here, wont regret even if you dont purchase anything here. Just stop by. Appreciate all helps Craig and others! (again Im sorry for not remembering your all names) Happy holiday and stay safe.
Scheduled some warranty work and a replacement rear tire. The service director, Tiffani wrote up the order, but moments later brought me back to have me look at the front tire. A casual look would indicate the tire was fine....yet Tiffani had observed, more than casually, that the tire had some small cracks and deformities that she brought to my attention.Nice to see a dealership that looks after the safety of their customers!Thank you, Tiffani!Doc StickelBMW 310GS
. Had an issue with my GS Saturday morning. Rode straight to Frontline Eurosports to see if they could get it sorted. They were very busy, but Tiffani said they would work me in. Bob, their master tech BMW specialist had me taken care of and back on the road in no time. Bike is running better than the day I purchased it....!!! Great job...!!!!!
This was my first time dealing with Frontline Eurosports but was very impressed with the transaction and the dealership. I live 4 hours away but they are the worth the drive, so I will make the trip, hopefully riding next time as there are some pretty good roads in the area. I had a friendly greeting from everyone I met from the sales team, financing and parts. I bought over the phone and Craig had everything handled and waiting for me when I arrived. Sadly since it was January I had to haul the bike back but they also assisted with loading.
On my road trip to Willville Bike Camp from NJ I stopped over night in Waynesboro,Va.I discovered my front tire would not make the trip.I called Frontline and spoke to Josh, said they had the tire and if I could be there at 9am the next morning they would take care of me.Got there at 9am and they took me right in and got the tire installed. Thanks to the team at Frontline! Also told the story too many at the campground and heard many praises for Frontline!
I live 6hrs away from Frontline. The guys at Frontline went out of their way (Pat and Chris) to ensure that the KTM I purchased from them was exactly what I wanted. Offered several choices on financing and gave me a great offer on my trade. For your Ducati, BMW and Triumph needs These are the guys to see. Ill drive past 3 KTM dealers to come see the guys at Frontline. 5 stars
I bought a new Triumph Tiger from Frontline last summer. Decided to upgrade my tires recently. In all of my dealings with the staff they have been very helpful and efficient in addition to being pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend the team at Frontline.
Very friendly techs and sales staff that seem to actually care and know what they’re talking about
Despite Covids best efforts Chris worked tirelessly to get me on the road and enjoying my R9T. Due to the back log of registration applications at the DMV, Chris had to get me not only one, but three temp tags. A feat mind you that up to that point was unprecedented. However, because of his efforts I had no laps in riding time.Additionally, Chris worked with me to ensure that I got the best financing possible and even went the extra mile to contact me after completing the purchase that he discovered I had been eligible for an even better rate and worked with BMW financial to get it applied.Although there are closer BMW dealers I will gladly go out of my way to purchase my next BMW from Frontline knowing that I will be taken care of by staff like Chris who take pride in their work and offer the best customer service Ive had in a VERY long time! Thanks!
Frontline has a great group of people working there. They definitely put their customers first and are a pleasure to work with! Theyre the only ones that will be working on my bikes and will always be my go to place if Im looking for a new bike!
This was my second Triumph purchase from Frontline. The dealership isnt convenient for me as I live 3 hours away but its certainly worth the drive to do business with them. Thank you Craig for your product knowledge and professionalism in handling my purchase. Will see you again.
Very friendly staff! I worked with Pat and he did an amazing job. He knew all of his products very well. He took his time with me, and at no point did I feel pressured into a sale. All in all I would definitely buy another bike from them again.
Easy to deal with. No pressure to buy anything. Will do business again.
Frontline has the best customer service of any motorcycle shop I’m aware of in VA and NC. They’re always on top of their game!!!
Every time I go by Frontline Eurosport I am glad to know I am part of the family. Your products are outstanding, your friendship is unmatched and your service is unrivaled!
