I could not believe in 2021 I was treated the way I was when walking into this store. I am getting married in 3 weeks and needed Swarovski earrings to go with the Swarovski necklace and bracelet already purchased. Two workers were helping one lady and when myself and one of my bridesmaids walked into the store we were not greeted but glared at whilst one rushed over to lock the open case, grabbed the woman’s purse while continuing to glare at us, never once offering to help me. I am sorry but I’m a 33 year old nail technician with tattoos and I could of bought the whole damn store. I am disgusted with the treatment of their customers based on how I looked. As tempted as I was to have a Julia Robert’s in pretty woman style moment, I left and I will never shop here. Disgusting workers, completely unprofessional, and completely discriminatory.

They were not helpful at all today, I buy from this store a lot, and for the first time ask them to give me an adjuster for my ring they didn’t help me.
