Chris, Bryce and Nikki treat you with respect and understanding, listening to your wants and concerns. I didnt know that you had so many options to fit your life. I was in a couple of weeks ago as I have been having trouble at times with my hearing. Chris James and his employees were great! They are an honest and professional business that didnt try to take advantage of my situation nor try to sell me on services and products I didnt need. Helpful, professional, listens really well. Always willing to spend enough time to accurately assess any problems..then corrects it. Encourages you to come back over & over till its right! Come here. This is from a person whos had hearing problems since 5 years of age. Now 68 & can hear VERY WELL!1/2021-because of mask mandate lost one hearing aid in set. Looked for it frantically ALL over house, (many times) in car, (many times)on hands & knees in bank parking lot (once) combing through leaves and other detritous on asphalt in evening the day I found it lost. Embarrassing my son as he watched! Didnt care what it looked like when thousands of dollares were at stake! Thought Id have to spend much more than I did to get a single replacement. This company worked a deal w/me to get whole NEW SET for a great price! Go here if you want personal, caring service w/people who care if you can hear well in any environment. Plus, you can always do what I do; just turn em off when you dont want to put up w/the worlds BS!😂🤣😁

Chris has generally been great and has taken care of maintaining my devices at little or no charge.However I had an experience today as a customer that left me questioning coming back. I went without an appointment and just wanted to purchase a wax guard kit. The receptionist said hi and I thought it was my cue to speak about wht I came for. When I got done she looked at me and said Ill be with you in a moment; have a seat. She proceeded to work on her computer for several minutes. After which I got up and let her know I would come back another time when she was not so busy.Her response was Im done. I had to get this information entered. What do you want? I politely declined her offer and left anyway.Not the kind of customer recognition I seeking. There are many other places In town and I will likely go there in the future.

My grandfather needed some hearing help, it took some Convincing to him to agree to go in. Once we got there, Chris & Bryce took it from there & grandpa opened right up & happily Accepted. They put hearing aids on him and I’m happy to say that he hasn’t taken them off since! He loves them and calls Chris & Bryce “those nice men”. I was very pleased with their office & how clean it was. Their PCC (patient care coordinator) at the front desk was very sweet. The whole experience made us feel like we went to visit friends.

I cant recommend SHAC highly enough. Because they offer a 75-day trial period, I was able to hear the wedding vows of my son and his bride and enjoy all the celebration of the wedding without worrying about either my hearing or its cost. When I got back, they helped me find financial support and offered an easy payment schedule for the balance. They are patient, kind, sympathetic and generous. Ill never go to another hearing specialist again. And the ReSound aids are miraculous - controlled by an app, they provide total control in every environment. I can hear my table mates in crowded restaurants, my nieces whispering in my ear, and the Bluetooth feature feeds both my music and my phone calls directly into my ears.
