Very informative as to what the testing was going to be. Talked me through each test as we went. Went over the results of some of the testing before I left the office. Great experience. Made you feel like a friend and not a patient. Highly recommend. Front window check-in staff was polite and helpful. Overall a great visit, just waiting for final results to be sent to my neurologist.

This was a pleasant and easy visit from beginning to end. Parking and location was easy and accessible. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Jeff Akers was professional and kind. I dont believe I have ever had a medical professional sit next to me on the table just to talk. He explained every move of the procedure and answered all my questions. Every visit with a medical office should be like this.

Ive been wearing hearing aids since 2006. For the first 6 years, I was not especially impressed. I am now! Jeff Akers is an amazing audiologist. After one series of hearing tests, he made the judgments on model, fitting and settings he and I had discussed. In one attempt, the model, fit, and settings were absolutely perfect for me. Im happily overwhelmed.Lastly, the office staff at The Hearing Clinic is warm, friendly, and terrific.

Everybody was nice and everything, professionalism was good. However dont have a scent allergy, because they wont care if they activate it and make it so you cant breath, and when asked simply what chemical was in there area I was treated like I was the worst witch in the world for asking.

We love the Hearing Clinic. Jeff is very attentive and knows exactly how to best help my daughter with her hearing aids and concerns, especially when what she asks for something that isn’t in her best hearing interest. We rarely wait, and if we do it’s only for a few minutes. They are a great office to work with.

They are great people,I didnt have an appointment and they had no problem working me in.

Upon arriving at the address given I noticed that the parking lot was full and had to make a couple laps to find a spot for my big truck. After parking I went inside but had to ask the directory service were they were located. Now Im finally approaching the window to check in, after checking in I had paperwork for this was my first visit. Now waiting ( 2 or 3 minutes ) they came and got me thats right they did not stand there and yell my name, then showed me to the testing room. The doctor entered and introduced himself, as he gets ready to start he explains everything as he goes. In no time I was done with results in hand. From parking to leaving it took maybe 30 minutes, Im impressed and very happy with my appointment .

The employee there is very nice. My medical plan covers hearing tests but because it was referred by the ENT Dr. in the same office then it is not a regular hearing test and the billing is considered different. This must be explained to the patient due to the fact that we need to pay the whole bill. I feel played with this situation. I am paying for $60 for a test that I can have for free in different places I have gone. Not fair, not fair at all.Maria Ramos
