This is a really good place to go if youre a lady that just wants to play some video poker, be treated nicely and not be bothered by a drunk.Every time I go in everyones having a good time and servers are always very friendly.While I havent gotten anything to eat there yet, I checked out their menu and it looks pretty interesting and reasonably priced.It also seems like this is a more grown-up place, an over 30 crowd which is really nice. Loud laughter is so much better than loud mouths.

Gabe was seriously wonderful and was working soooooo hard all by himself!!! There was a shop full of people there and he was helping all of them just as fast as he possibly could!! Such a super hard worker that guy is going to be tired tonight. He was super sweet and courteous and fun it was our first time coming here and we had a blast I cant thank him enough for making our first time fun! We will definitely be back hes awesome!!!

Had the ohh my, mud slide and monkey-o. Service was exemplary but Ive cream wasnt anything exotic or special. Still the method of making the ice cream made it a novelty for kids. Recommend it for a place to bring the family for a treat, just let the ice cream melt a bit before digging in, it will taste better.

This ice cream is too die for, its one of the most delicious things Ive had. Rich, creamy, and presented in a creative way. You get to pick your toppings and see the process of making rolled ice cream right in front of you -- just stay behind the glass! The place is a bit small, but its so cute and so worth it!

My husband and I stopped here for dessert after dinner- so yummy! Tons of variety and flavors or their rolled ice cream, and everything seems completely customizable. We felt like their pricing was reasonable, especially considering three toppings plus sauce and whipped cream are included.Heads up, the regular size is a LOT of ice cream, even if you love ice cream. If you’re coming after dinner, maybe split one or get a kids size.Atmosphere and attitude of the employees left a bit to be desired, but overall it was a fun experience!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Customer service is ABSOLUTELY terrible. They really need to have better signs. And close a earlier if they stop serving icecream 30 minutes before closing. I have NEVER heard of that

There are tons of amazing and creative flavors of regular icecream to choose from. You can add three toppings to your icecream, no extra charge. Pictured is a regular size serving. Its big enough for two peole, even if youre both having a sweet craving! Highly recommend this place, especially for kids. Place is really great, think Cold Stones but better... everything is hand made to order, It cost roughly $6 for a regular and $5 for a Kids size, you get your Ice cream plus 3 topping for that priceI ordered something called “morning breakfast” which is Vanilla Ice-cream with strawberries and fruity Pebbles cereal mixed in topped with whip cream and strawberry sauce and let me tell you it was next level amazing...This place is busy but service is great and quick... I will be back for sure the next time I’m in the mood for a cold treat on a warm day... check it out, you’re gonna love it

This was my first time visiting 22 Below and I was not at all impressed. 1. The young man working there was super rude. 2. When doing one of my icecreams, icecream was spilled onto the floor, so I didn’t get a full order of icecream in the container (she didn’t remake it for the accident) 3. They messed up my orders, so the sizes were not at all what I asked for. Also, it took a VERY long time. The line was out the door because the workers were going so slow. This place needs some guidance with their employees.

Went here tonight and a wonderful guy helped us. He was super friendly and nice to my kids. He was great with the ice cream rolling. Made a great show of it!

My partner had some sort of fruity concoction, which was also very good. Makes for a fun date night ice cream fix after eating next door at the Thai restaurant... if you have room.

1st rolled ice cream experience. Was not disappointed. The wait was a bit long (due to so many people) but it was fun to watch them chop, freeze and roll the ice cream up. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys ice cream! I had the New York Style (shown below) which was a combo of fresh strawberries and a large chunk of New York cheesecake! It was scrumdilly! :)

Always stopped by the mall location when going through Eugene, but I guess that ones now closed?!Totally worth going out of the way to find this new location, because this is a super unique experience for freshly made, individually customized ice cream, that’s hard to find anywhere else.

I went in excited to see what this place offered only to be told that I wasn’t going to be served because they were closing in 30 mins. I had been waiting for 10 mins and the worker waited until it was my turn to tell me they could only sell me pre-made stuff. If he were nice about it, I probably would have left and decided to go back another time, but we didn’t even get an apology for the wait nor that we couldn’t get served.

What an amazing experience! After watching so many videos of rolled ice cream on social media I was thrilled to have a chance to see it for myself. The staff was friendly, the prices are fair, and lots of options including dairy free!

Popular place for ice cream. Problem is they have no control of the people coming in. It gets overcrowded and not all people are wearing masks. I was unhappy with the lack of control they have. They place is chaos. They need to establish control by not allowing people to eat or wait inside. Have limits posted. They can control the crowds, but they decide not to. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Great ice cream! The place is a little small, and there isn’t much seating available but completely understandable. Lots of different flavors to choose from. Boba is very good, but be cautious they do run out of pearl very quickly.

Super surprised in a great way. My husband is diabetic and can never get ice cream when we take the kids out, but they offer sugar free options and he finally got to join the family in an ice cream outing. We will definitely be returning

I went in recently and the employee was super rude and was out of everything I wanted.

Good ice cream, but Ive never felt more judged in my life. My girlfriend has a severe dairy intolerance, and when asking about their dairy-free selections, the server didnt seem to know what ingredients go into the lactose free option. Instead of checking right away, we had to ask three separate times about it before they went and checked the ingredients for us. We also didnt appreciate that nobody wore gloves while preparing our food. Normally, this wouldnt bother us. However, given the current circumstances of our nation during a pandemic, it seemed inappropriate. Overall, the workers seemed like they didnt want to be there and it showed in their performance.

This place got amazing ice creams! My favorite is the mango and green tea ice cream. I got to say, never had such delicious green tea ice cream until i came here! Anyway, the staffs were friendly and greeted us when we walked in, the cashier asked if we had any questions and explained the whole process to us. After we decided on the ice cream we want, they made it on a cold freezing pan and rolled it up into little rolls that fit perfectly into he cup. That’s not the end of it yet! I also get to choose whipped cream and sauces on top! Then there’s a wide selection of toppings too! And guess what?! I can choose three toppings on top of the whipped cream and sauce for no additional cost!!! I got so much ice cream for the price! And they made it in front of you! Wait, did i mention about their bubble tea??? IT.IS.SO. GOOD!!!! And even for bubble tea, they got sooo much topping choices, not just tapioca. Anyway, I WILL BE BACK!

Fun way to have ice cream (rolled). I had the pink explosion -- rose and strawberry flavors -- and it was delicious. I was worried that this style of ice cream would be hard or have chunks of ice, but it was creamy and flavorful. Its cool that a sauce, whipped cream, and 3 toppings come with your purchase. Also, the staff was friendly and did a great job.However, they only offer 1 size, and in both my husband and my opinions, it was just too much ice cream. We each ended up wasting the last roll or two of ice cream because we couldnt finish them (and I never do that!). We would have opted for smaller sizes if wed had the choice. Plus, we didnt even use all of those included toppings, so we were paying for more than we got. Also, the quality of their toppings is wanting. Hersheys syrup? Cool whip? I would hope that, for the price, we could get something like Ghirardelli chocolate sauce and real whipped cream. Lastly, the Costco folding chairs felt a little unprofessional and killed the otherwise trendy ambience.All in all, it was a fun one-time date, but we probably wont be coming back again.

Amazing ice cream!!! It’s so delicious and fun to watch them make it. The toppings selections are huge and it’s a bit difficult trying to decide what I want, thank goodness it comes with 3 toppings without any extra cost! My favorite is the strawberry cheesecake, with a real piece of cheesecake inside! I love how they use real ingredients and you know what’s going into the flavor, I mean most scoop ice cream, you can’t really tell how much real ingredient is used. So I’m glad that I know I’m getting some real strawberry and cheesecake in it than just some artificial cheesecake and strawberry. The employees are so friendly and nice, I appreciate that they speak really loud tho because it’s hard to hear through all the music, chopping and the glass barrier.

Thai rolled ice cream made to order. Hidden away on the backside of a little strip mall near WinCo, I found this location via Google Maps and was pleasantly surprised. Variety of ice cream options that is made in front of you, with up to 3 toppings and sauce. Can also have it made into a Milkshake. The ice cream is tasty with a good creamy taste to it but the flavor isn’t as strong as I would like. Their pricing considering the amount of work they put into every order is very competitive. I would go again!

This place is so much better than Cold Stone. You get to see them MAKE the actual ice cream. If thats not cool enough, all of their ice cream already comes with whipped cream... My only wish is that there were different size options because I almost couldnt eat it all.

Walked in and it was very welcoming. There was plenty of seating. The place is very clean. There are many options for ice cream and it is wonderful that they have creative flavor ideas. There doesnt appear to be options for non dairy. There are plenty of selection for toppings on the ice cream. The employees were very courteous and helpful.

The ice cream was wonderful, the 2 guys working were pretty hilarious (tho could probably use a touch more professionalism in interacting between the two of them), and the music was good. Lots of flavor choices for the ice cream, too. The ice cream toppings leave A LOT to be desired. Fruity pebbles cereal? Multiple kinds of cereal as toppings! YUCK. Seems like zero was spent on the toppings; lacking creativity AND taste. Same with the decide. Just a couple of small wall hangings and a partial wall covered I chalkboard paint and chalk writing that just looks like tacky scribbles. The card-like tables and child up chairs also get a less than stellar grade based on appearance and comfort.

Its a fun idea and I like the variety. However, I wish they had kid sizes. Even I wouldnt be able to eat an entire serving by myself. Im not an ice cream expert but it seems that because they make the ice cream from scratch they would be able to offer a non-dairy option.

Drove from Portland. Cool experience, good ice cream. Love that you can pick all the toppings you want, boyfriend loved his hot Cheeto ice cream. The staff was also very friendly and chill. The only reason that Im not giving it a 5 star is because the guy opened my candy without gloves on and then went to the bathroom and didnt wash his hand when he returned, they were also standing behind the counter sharing a drink they made.

Would have gave 5 stars if the two employees did not park there cars at the front door.

The ice cream is very good! But Ive gone in asking for lavender bubble tea almost three or four separate times over the past couple of months, and theyve always said they dont have any. If you dont have any, then why is it on the menu? Please take it off the menu, or buy the proper ingredients.

Super interesting place, its cool to see some Thai rolled ice cream in Salem finally. Had the hot cheetos ice cream and it was surprisingly good! Only downside was there was only one worker and so I had to wait about 30 mins. But the worker that was there was really nice and helped my little brother find and pick what he wants.

This place offers great ice-cream gellato and drinks such as bubble tea, Italian sodas and so on. Its a great place to go after dinner or for an evening snack.

Unique dessert and independently owned! Sweet menu (literally and figuratively): Thai rolled icecream, Crepes, Bubble tea, Waffles, and Cotton candy! I even saw them spin up some cotton candy then mix it into the icecream. Cool little spot!

My lady just got back from Las Vegas visiting her sister. She saw the 22 below sign and started to tell me about their ice cream. I said well pull in I want to try it. Absolutely wonderful! The girl there told me that this was a Taiwanese special served by Street vendors in Thailand and very very popular. One visit and youll see why the Japanese take seaweed sheets roll up rice and raw fish put a little soy sauce on it and call it dinner. The thailanders take ice cream a giant frozen pizza dish take your ingredients in the flavors you want whether its bananas strawberries you name it theyll make it and for seeds to do a deal with a couple of spatulas or turnovers spreads it out scrapes it up spreads it out scrapes it up till its thoroughly mixed. Then spreads it out and scrape shes very very long flat strips of your ice cream frozen very hard rolls it up and puts all those in a bowl like logs little whip cream some toppings and youre in heaven! Luke the force wants you to go to 22 below! I think Ill throw a copyright on that. Enjoy!

The ice cream was good, but not very different from regular ice cream, except in presentation. Rolled ice cream is pretty labor intensive, and each took several minutes to make, but it was fun to watch (at least the first time).
