The employees here are so knowledgeable and helpful. I’m no alcohol expert so I ask a lot of questions and they always know the answers. I have a good time when I shop here and I always get some good liquor.

I hate giving bad reviews because of one bad experience yet there was multiple people working in the store and nobody said anything so that counts as more than one to me… The long hair curly redhead guy Was condescending and rude from the minute I walked in the door and at one point he just stared at me and didn’t answer my questions…I don’t even wanna go into detail or it would be pages!!! Long story short, after ignoring me and making snide comments and being extremely rude I asked him if he was having a bad day, and he told me to leave. I have no idea what I did to offend this guy but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in place.

The staff is always helpful and kind every time I go in there. They greets me and help me find anything I need to. Also the staff wear masks which is a refreshing thing to see since other liquor stores in south Salem don’t seemed to be as concerned with the pandemic.

This is the best liquor store Ive ever been to! Their very helpful and friendly staff are knowledgeable and always willing to provide a paper bag for a very low fee of only $.05. Really a great place to shop.

The staff at this store are wonderful! Always helpful and go out of their way to help you with what you need. It is a bit difficult accessing the parking lot if youre heading south on commercial, simple if youre heading the other way, extremely difficult to get out of the parking lot onto Commercial Street turning left, turning right is extremely easy. Its worth the trouble because of their wide variety of stock and the knowledgeable staff, knowledgeable and helpful staff!

The inside of this place is bright and shiny and looks super clean. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is very inviting and there is all kinds of cool gift items as well as craft beers !!!👌

Been here a couple times after a stressful night at work and I wish they opened at 8 but they actually open at 9am. totally recommend this spot for anyone trying to get there liquor on after work. Great customer service and awesome.

Personable and knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. Unprecedented selection of liquors, but also has wines, growler fills of local beers, bar items, gift packs, oh and cigars. The rotating discount and sales helps to highlight new offerings and encourage you to try something different.

Needs to learn customer service... answer the phone, change the recording to state holiday hours, and allow customers more than 30 sec to look before telling them 5x that youre closing.

This place has a great selection. But the staff watches you consistently like youre going to steal something. I find it very uncomfortable to be in there.

I took over this liquor store in May 2016. I have added over 150 new distilled spirit labels. We have expanded our hours and we offer weekly tastings from multiple distilleries. You are always welcome to come in and check us out, as we continue to look for opportunities to meet or beat your expectations.

The new owners are great, they have remodeled the interior and exterior of the store making it more welcoming and inviting. The store offers weekly tastings and offers a nice selection of wine and beer in addition to the liqour selection. The owner was kind enough to special order a lavender vodka that I couldnt find anywhere else, even though it meant ordering a full case when I only intended to purchase one bottle. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service, easy front of the store parking, and well stocked.Down side is that the 50¢ ice is now $1.50. Fine for last minute but just go to WinCo and get 10lbs for $1.50 instead of 5lbs.

They have a decent selection but the staff isnt very friendly or helpful. In fact, it always seems they couldnt be bothered to even talk to you. Come here to pick up something quick but go to the Liquor Outlet further south for more selection and excellent assistance from their staff.

Very disappointed with this store. They would not allow me to make a purchase due to a 22 year old passenger in my car not having their ID with them. The passenger never entered the store, and stayed in the car the entire time. I used to like this store, but unfortunately for them, they will never see me again.
