These guys here are the best. I started at a new church job in the area and was desperate to get some equipment for upcoming Easter services. I was recommended to go here by a colleague and Im so glad I did. I talked with Shelia and she was so incredibly helpful. Im not very tech-savvy so I was worried I wasnt going to be able to get what I thought I needed. But I told Shelia what I was looking to do and she knew exactly what equipment to use and how to hook it up and use it. And she took the time to explain and show me how the equipment works in a way that wasnt confusing or talking down to me which was pleasant. They had everything I needed right on site and allowed me to rent some equipment for the weekend (at a very fair price I might add). And when I needed to extend my rental, they were more than willing to do so. Im getting a new keyboard eventually for the church and Im sure Ill be back in to get some insight from them. Its nice to have a local, family-owned business in the area instead of larger chains like Guitar Center. I look forward to coming back here again for my musical needs. GREAT customer service - its no wonder they have been in business for over 40 years.
Awesome local business. Knowledgable and helpful staff. Unusually well stocked with the good products at competitive prices. Most of these local gems have long gone out of business so if you’re in the market, I highly recommend and encourage anyone to visit.
Outstanding customer service! I brought in an acoustic/electric guitar that was given to me by family. It needed new strings and minor repairs. The staff were friendly and charged me a fair price with a fast turnaround. I returned and mistakenly bought the wrong cable which sat at my house for nearly a month before I returned it. The return was easy, no hassle, got a full refund. Without my receipt! With all the competition out there, it’s the great service that will keep me coming back!
This shop is great. They all are very helpful, knowledgeable, and from the many times Ive been there over the years they had what I needed all but once. One major thing I enjoy is there pricing and they let you look and dont ask you every 10 minutes if you need help after you told the same guy youre just looking.Obviously the prices are not like the monopoly of music stores we gave in MA/NH and online. It cost a lot to run a small businesses, its not as easy as renting a store and buying inventory. But when items are priced for a few dollars more, hell sometimes even less then online, its a no brainier.Support small businesses, when a harmonica cost $2 more then it does online thats amazing.Highly, highly recommended, and dont let the Ask to play cards on all the guitars, theyre more then willing to help.
Love this place. I go in any time Im near this place. The people there are very nice and helpful! plus they really know there stuff!!!! 👌👍👌👍
Went in with a Epiphone Les Paul Special II and wanted to have some work done. They were very easy to deal with and told me to do a could things and hold off on a few others as the guitar is an entry guitar.I knew it was not worth much but it was nice for them to not just take my money and upgrade a guitar when it would be a better idea to buy a better quality when the time is right. They were nervous to hurt my feelings but the guitar did not have any special meaning or history. Can not remember ever being talk out of spending money at a store. I will be back for sure. Very fair, honest, and great people.
People there always willing to help, good to have a shop like that very close. Recommend
I called about some sheet music and the person who answered the phone was so kind and helpful! 5 stars all round.
Always very helpful with my audio equipment, take time with me and always stear me in the right direction to repair or replace.
These people are crooks. These people only care about money. NEVER let them repair your guitars unless you want to over pay. First experience. I dropped off a 7 string guitar that i wanted the intonation set. When I went to pick it up they charged me for the repair. When i brought it home i relized it wasnt worked on at all. I called them up and they said that i needed to put another $200 into the guitar first. I never got the money back. When i asked them about it they changed the subject.A few months prior to this i had the same repair done on a 6 string guitar. They only charged me $40 They said this was becuase it had a floyd rose. Which is understandable.. A few months later I figured i would change my strings. Only to mess the intonation up again. I brought it back to have the SAME EXACT REPAIR. They charged me $75!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Im a guitar player so I apologize for maybe not covering different types of instruments. I have been there twice now first I bought 2 boss pedals The Super OD was like $40-$45 the rc3 looper was $99 they have a good selection of pedals, some amps and guitars along with a great selection accessories aka pickguards screws knobs etc which is convenient. Prices were very competitive. They have a boss station podium set up for with a good amount of all their pedals to try easily . They have other boutique pedals new and used. Second time in I got a new cord 6.99, a bone nut $2.99 for a strat. Along with a ART A/B spliter load box for running two amplifiers aka wet/dry rig for $39.99. some are exact prices some +/- 3-5%. They also have some keyboards bass and other music equipment. I believe they do lessons too.
