Poor service, left standing a waiting for over 10 minutes while management and employees, that werent busy with the only other customer ahead of me, visited, went and did other things, answered phone calls and the manager even left for the evening without making sure someone was helping me. And they extended no effort to check with other stores for availability of what I needed. I used to work making supply deliveries to stores from their Distribution centers and so they were my previous go to source for any auto supply needs, NEVER AGAIN!

This business has most parts in stock and a nearby warehouse that usually has what they arent able to keep in stock (for lack of space). Employees are very courteous and knowledgeable. Some times youll find a new hire who will take longer to get your parts. Be patient, you had to learn the ropes too. When this happens, Ill some times give suggestions to help them out, but usually just let them find it on their own (They learn faster that way).Their prices are very competitive. If you buy parts often, make sure you sign up for their rewards. It really pays off in the long run. No, they dont pay me to write this. My opinion of them comes from years of experience buying parts from them and other auto parts stores. Advance Auto Parts is my first choice to shop every time.

Couldnt help with vehicle ended up breaking and having to buy more parts due to not helping. Never go back with policy that prevents staff from helping me

Best place in town to get auto parts. If they dont have it at the store then they probably have it at the warehouse across town that ships parts to their stores all over the united states. Normally takes a few hours to get it, but it beats taking days to get that oddball part shipped in that you need to get back on the road.

Got me a part that neither Auto Zone or Oriellys could get. Save me a 90mi trip to the Mercedes dealer in Wichita.

They are helpful. And they always have had the part i need. But i think that they are slow. Also i feel the reason they helped a man before me is because Im a woman I have been standing in line longer than him I thought that was a little ridiculous. But all in all I got my part and everything was good.

Im hooping the man behind the counter was new, because other than that there is no excuse for his ignorance on auto parts or how to fill an order. I ordered online, went on to pick it up and it wasnt filed. I ended up finding part of the order myself to speed the process up.

Great customer service and they actually know what they are talking about. Never have stepped into this store but there was this idiot at autozone always thought he knew what he was talking about and never gave us the right part. So then we went to oriellys and they decided to sell us $80 plugs wires and we tried to order a egr block off plate and said they didnt have it. We had to go on there website and get the part number for them. A couple weeks later walk back into oriellys the guy that was at autozone now works at oriellys oh great ordered a gas cap and gave us the wrong one. So then decided to go across the street to advanced and have never had any problems since great people!

Advanced has the biggest selection of parts available today in this area, they have a major warehouse / hub on south ninth street they can pull from that gives you access to even hard to find parts the same day.

Never got the parts I need they rely on the ware house for parts.

Large inventory of auto parts available at store and online to pick up.car batteries available as well.they perform diagnostic checks to see what service you particular car model needs if its acting strange at no charge.

The battery I needed was $30 bucks more across the street at their competitor. The salesman was courteous and went outside to put it in for me without me even having to ask for it!

This is my go to store for batteries, windshield wipers, etc. They check batteries for free, install wiper blades, etc. The manager doesnt like it but if you go online first, you can save like 35% off your brand new battery!
