Thank you Menards for your courteous help, keeping your store clean and sanitized, and requiring that all wear masks during the pandemic. I saw Menard employees enforcing the mask wearing policy and I praise you for attempting to keep your employees, and the general public safe and healthy. Those who didnt want to abide by the simple requirement need to stay home.
Very interesting store with lots of different items. I bought a house plaque and numbers. I had been wondering where I was going to get numbers big enough to see from the street, and I found them at Menards. The store is clean and well- stocked.

Worst store policy ever on warranty exchanges!!! Bought a mower the end of May, sent original receipt in for their 11% rebate. Mower locked up middle of July. Menards refuses to stand behind their warranty and Ive been getting nothing but the run around from them no matter what avenue I pursue, either in store, by phone or online. WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANOTHER MENARDS AGAIN!!! Especially if thats how they honor their warranty exchanges!!!!
Didnt have what we needed. Clerk was very helpful, John, and the store was sure cool enough. Had to go to Lowes to find tall toilet as Menards had none.
I am normally very happy with this company but, in this case there needs to be some serious improvements. Over a month ago my wife and I ordered a play set for our children. I got the notification on my app that it had been delivered to the store. When I showed up I went back to the online order pickup area and one of the employees took my paper to go look for the item. After not seeing come back for half an hour a manager then came up and asked me if he could help me. After I told him what I was waiting for he proceeded to say oh. He then told me that my order had been given to another customer and that they would have to order another one. When I asked how long that would take he proceeded not really show much care and said he did not know. The lack of caring and customer service that this manager had was very disrespectful. After our conversation I went back to ask him about delivering the place that went arrives and he informed me that in order to continue this conversation I would have to wait for all the other customers to be done and then he would have time. We will see if and when the other playset arrives and if it actually makes it into my hands.
Found several things I needed & got expert advise on yard & garden equipment. Store was clean with plenty of helpful employees everywhere.
The Employees are always extremely helpful. I came here to get my birthday gift from them. However, I couldnt find the free gift on the shelf it was supposed to be on. Within seconds, an employee shows up to help. Soon after I was told that they were out of stock and didnt know when they would be restocked. However, the gift coupon allows me until March of 2022 to use it. I was a little discouraged that they would offer a gift not in stock, however, Ill wait it out for the restocking of the item.
Great customer service and awesome selection of products. Ms Kelley in the tile and tub department went above and beyond with assisting us find exactly what we needed.
All these employees and NO HELP and if you do get help its after you chase someone down. CAN NOT cut carpet strait for the life of them! Only place in town that WILL NOT let you in without a mask! All other competitors DO NOT say anything about a mask! Wont let kids in! Who does this! Managers are SUPER rude same with 95% of the employees! Place is a JOKE! Well worth the drive to home depo Id Lowes does not have what you are looking for. Also dont think ordering off app or online will guarantee you your product. Twice now they have sold product that was already paid for and was weeks out from getting more!
I was so trying to avoid returning a whole bunch of materials from a recent double bathroom remodel. I found out I should have done it sooner! It was a breeze to return all of it as we had our receipts. Loved it!

I wouldve purchased a new washing machine from Menards if they offered free delivery to Concordia. They do NOT so I did NOT purchase a new washing machine. I did buy a $29.99 clock.

On 2/20/ 21 at 1:30 pm looking to purchase a new clothes dryer. Waited for help and asked a worker if she could summon a salesman. She finally came back and said she could help me. My wife and I picked out the one we wanted to purchase. The lady got on the computer and advised me there were 7 in stock. I said fine we will take one. She filled out the sale and I told her we would pick it up the next morning.Arrived at load out, a Male took our sales recipe and added it would be 10 or 15 minutes.Was told they were out of the dryer. I explained when I bought it there were 7 in stock, he then stated he had sold 6 of them last week. I said show me the records. He then kinda looked down and turned to doing something else. I asked about the floor display and was told by another person that it was gone from the display. I then asked where the complaint department was, then walked by the display and the dryer was still there. Was lied to and asked if I could get the display unit and ended up getting the display model.Very disappointing to have employees lie and wont try to resolve this. I dont feel that it would do any good to talk to Management as well. LAST time we will shop there and would rather spend more for better service and honesty in employees. If there was a negative star I would have posted it. Sorry for my rant,but if they continue to treat customers like we were.so be it.
Im grateful for a store to get the things I need but Im so annoyed by the loud music. Often Im trying to discuss a complicated issue with someone and between the loud music, the mask and barriers we have to yell. Geez, somebody turn down the disco
#1. 120lb female buys sheets of plywood and not a single employee asked to help load it! 3 guys watched her take it out the door and not 1 offered to help! (Yesterday)#2. 5 employees walk right past you and not 1 ask you if you need help! (Every time)#3. Ordered a tub and matching sink. Told me the day it was going to be in. I show up to pick it up after they call me just to find out they already sold them all!? Was already paid for and all. Got a refund and went to Lowes. (Months ago)#4. 90% of the employees and rude and have not a clue what is going on or what they are even doing there. Hire people that know what they are doing in that department! (Everytime)#5. I have heard all of these from numerous people plenty of times. I gave them plenty of chances! Never again will I or any employees step foot in there. We will drive to wichita if the only place that has it is this place!
Multiple employees yet no help. All I needed was a granite top... two in stock and yet nowhere to be found. Zero customer service. Luckily I found the exact same one at lowes for $30 cheaper.

The management is rude they dont stand behind their word. They said they are not corporate owned so they can make their own rules. They cant seem to cut carpet strait needless to say I am done with them and know two other people who are done with Menards also for their own reasons.

The staff was very rude. No one could be bothered to help. There is a line service desk no one called for back up. Wait time 15-20 mins to be told they cant help you. Trying to walk and staff is rolling stairs right into you, no excise me or sorry. Then pushing a cart that doesnt work well. Staff cuts you off so you have to stop and start pushing a heavy cart, again no excuse me or sorry. Staff gives 0 cares.
The customer service is terrible. Three bad worker experiences in one evening. Since when did service stop considering the shoppers important? I will not be shopping at Menards again. We found everything we needed for cheaper and much better customer service, more polite and helpful, at Tractor Supply. We rewarded them with memberships and a large purchase.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Had 3 employees YELL at us infront of other customers about wearing our masks when I was taking a break from wearing it! Then was accosted again when I didnt wear it completely covering my nose! We will no longer do business in Menards but rather go to Lowes where they do not criticize customers rudely! DROP THE MANDATE!
Went in tonight and front door greater was very rude because of person I was with could not wear a mask due to health issues worker called manager who was also very rude. You are not supposed to refuse service to customers who can not wear masks

Im hard of hearing and medically exsempt from wereing a mask and a employee walked up to me an my friends who help me hear things and translate what other people are saying. He looked at me and my friends and said you need to put a mask on we politely told him that we are exempt and that it violates the state laws the worker looked at us and said ‘ we don’t care’ so I politely went up front and requested to speak to him and he simply told us that this is how it is if we want to we can buy on line and pick it up. This is how they treat the medically disabled people? I guess the bottom line is menards just doesnt care about its customers needs. We will never shop there again, and will be sure to tell all our friends to do the same.

If you like wearing useless face masks, this is the store for you. If not, I suggest a competitor. I spent over $300 on landscaping supplies and plants, but not at Menards. When they insisted on us wearing masks, we took our business elsewhere.
Rude staff and horrible cleanliness!
I went there to pick up an online order. Which should have been ready, they had plenty of time. I received the worse customer service I have ever witness. I had track down employees who sent me to other areas where I was sent to other areas only to find out that I was given stock that was on the shelf and some of it was the wrong color.
Menard is a great store. Id like to see the employees engaging with the customers more. Not to thrilled about the layout of the store.
Watch out for the MASK POLICE when walking into any Menards. I’d rather go to Lowe’s or Home Depot anyway.
I usually go to Menards and get everything that I need for my home to upgrade and repair, and it is a little better to upgrade through their, store and the prices are, normally reasonable, much better than, Lowes or Home depot and, the people that work there are more professional than the other stores, and that makes it easier for me and my family....

Staff are so helpful here. They directed us to what we needed and answered our questions. I like the fact they walked away so we could make our decision then came back to see if we needed anything else.
Employees were very friendly and helpful. However, coming into the store felt a little like they have trust issues. I get wanting security but making me walk through a turnstile just to shop kinda makes me feel like you dont trust me. Pricing is also a little higher than I would like. Overall probably wont return anytime soon
Menards was fine. Just needed a few things that we always get there. Made it only 45 min before their closing. You could tell they were getting ready to close, but all were helpful. Only in store short time. But got what we needed.
I went in the morning about 8:30 am when there were a lot of people putting out the stock. Everyone seemed willing to help me find what I was looking for. But I was surprised that they didnt have 2x2s only 2x4s for a building project Im working on. That was pretty disappointing. I guess Ill go to the other home store next time. Maybe theyll have 2x2s.

Great prices! Friendly workers. After wandering around in a different store with no help, we came to Menards and encountered several helpful workers. Even at 10 minutes to closing! Got everything we wanted for less!
The employees that I dealt with were friendly & very helpful with finding the materials that I needed. Everyone was wearing a mask including myself. I chose to load the one sheet of drywall myself as nobody showed up after asking for help. They could have been on their break since it was just after 8:00 a.m. I was in a hurry to avoid the rain. Otherwise, all went well.

Very obvious that customers dont come first when they turned my 80 yr old handicap father away after going in the out door. Not only turned him away but management then told him he was not welcome again! Who does this???

Everyone was so nice from the man helping me find the lawn mower and oil to the staff that checked me out and loaded mower into my car. I love Menards I have a good time shopping every time I go there.

Their website said they had the pipe we needed in stock. Not only did they not have it in the store the manager of the plumbing department was no help in getting more. We need 26 pieces. The website says we have to order in lots of 212. We will be going somewhere else.

Help was considerate, loaded my merchandise since the man with me refuses to do any more business there since he is forced to wear an unsanitary mask. He is a contractor. The mask enforcement offends many people. It is unconstitutional . You are taking away my freedom to make that decision for myself and for others. I do as little business as possible in stores that are taking away my rights.

It wasnt good. I was kicked out for not wearing a face mask. To bad for them lost out on a big sell. But Lowes took good care of us.
Couldnt shop here cause I had my son with me. They wont let you shop if you have children with you. Drove an hour to get there. What am I supposed to do leave my son in the vehicle by himself. Dont think so! So went to Lowes instead! Lowes will continue to get my business and will not be coming back to menards!

Lumber is not gone through by employees that often. So, even though the quantity may say 40, there actual maybe only 3 good pieces in the lot.I was told by a supervisor that the lumber is automatically ordered when quantity becomes low. This only works if the employees actually pull the bad items off the shelf and update the quantity that will actually sell. Using ordering software without a high demand on quality assurance is a great way to lose tons of money.Purchased 18 boards online. Left the store without being able to take even one. Most like just refund my purchase.

This placed just chased around my grandad who has medical breathing issues and he stated what the issues where and the name of the medical conditions and they told him to leave even though he told them everything. They literally chased us around and circled around all of us like a pack hyenas. Everyone of us was wearing a mask except him due to his copd. I will never shop at this place again. Horrible horrible
Needed to buy a air conditioner and carpet for a room over my garage for college kid home because of corona. Took my daughter with me she small but a sophomore in high school they told me she didn’t look 16 so we couldn’t go in. We went to lows only a few block away much better service and they got my $1,400
The best place to go-to for DIY / home improvement and a lot of other things. If they had grocery / food I think it would be the only store I would ever have to go to. I find myself going into Walmart and finding that they have nothing that I need, but when I walk into Menards they have yet to disappoint.

Before reading my review, understand I was a former employee. My time began during store set up and I was apart of Grand Opening. Following that I worked there for about a year. This place has gone down the drain. Nothing wrong with the products or the pricing, by all means if you are a well knowledge shopper youre okay. If you need help, or have any kind of questions you will run into uneducated employees nearly all across the board. I have shopped about a total of 7 times in the past 3 months. I cannot give you 1 time I had an interaction with an employee that offered nothing more but a blank stare and a sub par answer. When we worked there we took pride in customer service. Greeting every customer that walked past you, keeping the shelves CLEAN and ORGANIZED, making sure if a customer was trying to find something you didnt just point to a general direction, you dropped what you were working on, walked the customer over to the products, and offered answers to questions they may have. There is absolutely 0 customer service being offered in this store.

Good as long as you know what you are after. Good luck finding any employees. Even checking out only two aisles open and over 6 customers in each line. If I wouldnt have needed the parts I would of left my cart and walked out. I remember the Menards when they had knowledgeable staff and the customer mattered!!!
‘Menards’ at Salina Kansas has been our preferred store for our DIY home improvement projects ever since we moved in this area about 7 years ago. The staff at the different departmental professional desks has been willing to assist us in various needs for our projects. Getting professional and custom-oriented assistance made our projects much more doable and forthcoming. Kelly, the manager of the flooring department graciously and professionally assisted us to obtain the products we needed, spending her extra time and effort to reach out to other Menards locations to obtain what we needed. She coordinated the process in such a professional and kind manner. She also gave us a follow up phone call which doesn’t happen very often nowadays. Not impressed with cashiers location. Needed lumber. Had to go to back of store, find help(took 25 minutes). Then go clear to the front to middle of the store pay for lumber them drive to back of store, wait yet again for someone to load it for me. (Another 10 mins)
They lost the last 2 special orders we ordered. One was 1 of 2 pallet of siding. The second one was a case of caulking. After a considerable amount of investigation and looking they did finally find both of them.
