Clean store & restrooms. The hand sanitizer does smell a bit funky. Super nice that they have a Starbucks inside. They also have fresh popcorn, hot dogs, & soup! Staff was very friendly!

They dont care here about the drivers. 4 open shows and no one cleaning them. Have to wait over 30 min to clean. The guy was in no rush. The flying j is better in this city

Nice showers, double charged for it, ultimately not worth it. Not much for parking. Popeyes is good usually, over priced as well by about 20% imho. Double check your order, they do get it wrong. Fuel desk staff is about as smart as the kiosk most of the time in my experience. Customer service seems to be 50/50 in my experience.

At about 0755 today the only cashier up front talked to a customer about a glass figurine he bought for over 5 minutes knowing I was next and two others behind me no sense of urgency or respect for our time. I might still be waiting if I didnt say anything. On a positive not clean store employees are friendly

This Petro is going downhill fast! Fuel pumps don’t work most of the time. Bad fuel mix several times after fueling here. Showers were once pretty awesome, not any more and the service at Popeye Chicken is horrible! Too bad… hope corporate invests money into these truck stops.

Very clean, nice staff but a complete lack of any Vegan option to eat/drink. Many Coffee vending machines but should have at least 1 with plant-based milk. Managers please ask the coffee vendors to introduce 1 single option to be more inclusive.

My shower didnt have a TV but it was nice and clean. Whoever worked on 10/19/18 did a great job on the showers! I got a truck wash next door at Blue Beacon too.

Typical Petro truck stop. The staff is very friendly and they have the fresh healthy market in it for better diet selection. There is a Starbucks in the truck stop as well. Churches chicken way to expensive better off going to McDonalds across the street

Wow nicest showers I have ever seen in Petro even better then Loves showers never thought I would say that but they got remodeled showers with TVs in it which is not a bad idea very clean and organized truck stop although there is one thing they have to fix, trucker side bathroom needs to be remodeled with more space and cabins.

This is always been a good Petro Stopping Center. Everything you need under 1 roof, diner, fast food, Starbucks, shop, truck wash, and a couple hotels right next door.

Filled up DEF and disel here and then I got so many problems with my truck and after I drained the DEF I was good here DEF was old or expired stop putting DEF in your truck here not worth it thanks .

Typically TA/petro about 45% of the parking is pay to park.....Greedy and I would dare say immoral company....

On greyhound bus we stopped started to upload, and a lady comes running out yelling you cant stop here you have to leave or ill call the cops WHAT!!!

Store not bad but worthless place they call a service shop made me wait 9hrs just to tell me they cant get to me until the morning, keep in mind I checked in at roughly 3pm, just needing a tire patched. Hahah joke of s shop

This is a good truck stop on the inside but bad on the outside it is all paid parking so do not go to this truck stop

Good truck stop, good food choice, clean bathrooms, Starbucks inside, but parking it’s awful, looks like soon we (truckers) have to pay to park every night. More paid parking then free parking. We are spending a big $ every month at petro and still have to pay to park. ELD are Uncle Sam commercial project to keep track of every trucker and make a huge profit on everything what is related to that.

I was impressed by this Petro, I go to TA s and Petros often. This one had a Starbucks, TV in one shower with a ceiling shower head.

1/3 of lot is paid parking, dont expect to just grab a breakfast sandwich and go in the morning unless you want to pay expensive Starbucks prices. Wont waste my time here again.

Once again stopped in for Popeyes chicken and again the crew cook and entire staff get 5 stars. Food was fresh and hot. Crew was also very pleasant. Thank you for another great meal.

My fellow travellers. If you find yourself travelling thru Salina, Kansas you must stop at this Petro. Very clean store with Starbucks, Popeyes, Iron Skillet and OMG showers. The showers are marble with granite countertops and his and hers sinks. There is a waterfall shower included with the regular shower. The giant mirror has a T.V in it so you can shower and watch tv, hair dryer and all the amenities of home. I recommend

Grabbed a DVD here and unfortunetly it was scratched! The staff was super nice and got me a refund, this was a great pit stop and had everything you could need on the road!

Very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating...much more so than the TA at Limon CO (to which I have marked off my list and plan on NEVER returning). I particularly enjoyed my banter with an older female cashier helping with dispensation of coffee and soda. The truck stop itself was clean as can be expected when entering ANY Petro. Overall, a wonderful experience and I recommend this place for all weary travelers!

I personally am not a big fan of Petro Truck Stops but this one is very exceptional. Its got a lot of parking, the parking lot is clean, doesnt smell like urine, there are plenty of trash cans and the parking lot is well lit. The store itself is clean, very organized with a wide variety of truck and trailer lights, bulbs, reflective tape, oversize load banners, flags, flashing lights, they have straps, load locks, bungee straps etc. They also have a good variety of hands free devices and dashcams. The employees have always been polite and helpful and keep this location at its best. I highly recommend it and will continue stopping here!!Signed,A happy trucker.

The staff were great the parking lot is awful. Very little parking difficult to back into and at least half if not more is pay parking. This is how they repay decades of loyal patronage? By making us pay for parking?

What an awesome truck stop. After I got finished with my shower a gentleman stopped me to insure my shower was up to standards. I assured him that I had no complaints. Should you not like the food choices several other options are near by within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant experience and a truck stop I will add to my list of must stop at for a 10. I got 3 Popeyes Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and now have to be on a bus with 40 other people for 4 hours and my stomach does NOT like this. But boy did my heart and my soul enjoy that. Wish me luck, I aint trying to evacuate in this bus.

The facility was well-stocked and clean. I walked in was greeted immediately, and told where I could find the item I needed. Went over they had plenty of the item, on very well stock shelves. Staff was friendly and welcoming.a large number of gas and diesel pumps can be found outside to suit the needs of any traveler. If youre traveling across Kansas and you need something you will more than likely be able to find it here.

The resturaunt (Iorn Skillet) is not even close to the truck stop, ideal for cars yes. The salad from the store was $7.99 with 3 pieces of dried up chicken an unsliced onion that were not edible and then the only utensil they had was wat looked like a serated spoon????. I had to ask a manage for a knife and fork which she asked starbucks for. How cheap can you go Petro at the drivers expense. The cold spagetti and MEAT sause ( so they claim) was not a good choice . the bathrooms were clean thoigh but I probably will not stop here again. I used a ultra credit to pay, if i paid cash I would have returned and asked for a refund.

Has the best shower hands down out of any truck stop. Showers were clean and roomy, with rain shower head as well regular head. Use both if you like at same time. TV behind mirror was nice touch to catch up on some news.Only down side might be no drivers area but it’s not a point of detracting to the rest of it.It’s a nice stop none the less.

Over 2 hrs waiting on a truck in front of me to get a trailer tire replaced. Now everone is gone, and im still waiting to get a trailer light fixed.

Im a tourist so this is my first time visiting Kansas. Went and took a shower this morning and couldnt get the door to open despite me entering the code correctly a couple times, a gentleman immediately came over and assisted me which was very awesome! The shower was super clean, and relaxing. After I left the shower the same gentleman came and asked how everything was and i replied everything was fantastic, thank you so much for your help getting the door open he was such a friendly and helpful man. Made my morning in Kansas such a wonderful one!

This place always borderlines term of Immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. I cannot say Ive seen and more well chat kept place over the road since Ive been to many this one claims the title. Friendly staff all of the amenities that you would expect from a travel center.

This is the second time in four years that I have stopped at this Petro and I had to deal with the rudest most hateful cashier named Casey. My first experience was bad and this was even worse. I complain there was no 44 ounce cups there were only small cups and she highly overcharged me for a coffee. When I told her, she yelled and told me I am supposed to tell her it’s a refill. Needless to say I won’t be back here again

The petro is very nice, small though, clean bathrooms and showers. The only down fall is the starbucks. There are flies every where there and the 2 kids making the drinks lets just say pple getting the leathal injections are alot happier then they are and the older darker skinned kid has a bit of an attitude issue that needs a streighting out. When im paying $8 for a cup of coffe and suppose to leave a tip a little enthusiasm would be nice. Ive seen sleepy toddlers move faster then them on a bad day. They also need to speak up when calling for the order when done. The kid spoke so low i thought he was trying to tell me some secrets i only knew my coffee was done because my hubby has very good hearing. But the petro is very nice, other than the key pads being broken when trying to fuel the truck. Have a wounderful day.

Got a shower. Shower itself was fine, but the fixtures need a deep cleaning. Too much mold and soap scum buildup. Cashiers were nice. Lots of parking at 2:00 pm.

Extra helpful shower concierge. They have a rain shower from the ceiling, and one on the wall. They have blow dryer and radio in a very spacious bathroom!!

This one star is for the Iron Skillet Restaurant. I about lost my appetite when the waitress brought out the silverware and the cup of coffee. As a restaurant in business all these years, don’t you have $500 to invest in some decent silverware and coffee mugs? Why are you using things 50 years old. OMG! Nasty 🤢 as it can be.

Clean environment, friendly & helpful staff. Always enjoy whatever we buy. The only downside is that the French Vanilla flavorings are often either not working correctly...or not available. Not enough to keep me away...too good of a break stop when traveling on I-70...it just makes sense to stay on top of this when, apparently, many of us enjoy French Vanilla....

It is Right off the interstate...only down fall is the windmills like to stop there and it takes them 10 minutes to get in their entrance because its a tight corner. The store could be a little cleaner and sometimes the cashiers are not very quick with check out. Has a couple mini stores inside so options which is nice when you want to do a one stop shop. The bathroomsare always clean which is nice. They do keep the parking lot clean also.

OMG the shower is amazing. The TV in the mirror was a plus, but as a professional driver it’s all about the shower, hot water, and cleanliness of the bathroom. I definitely appreciate the welcoming smiles and friendly faces. This will be my stop for the night whenever I’m near Salina, KS.

The restaurant is apart from the main body of the truck stop. My friends who went in to the restaurant ahead of me received great service. I went in later and my service was not so good. Food was good 👌.

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the Staff at the Iron Skillet yesterday, during the tornado.Also, best steak Ive had in a while..These employees were very concerned and informative regarding the storm. Even came out and gave us all updates and where to take shelter..Very good food and service..

Showed up at the restaurant at 6 to get some breakfast stood outside the door for 45 minutes lady inside motion like they werent opening but yet there were people in there eating finally let me in and acted like I was putting them out I must be in Kansas I would give them 0 stars but it wont let me for other customers came up each one of them left because it was at 6: 30 and when youre on a schedule I had to get my food to go I had an hour I really would have liked to sat down and had breakfast but thank you Petro as Donald Trump would say youre fired I asked for for over easy eggs and these were to me burnt but I was so upset I just didnt say anything took my food and left

The restaurant served me raw chicken 10/16/18. I had ordered the chicken parmesan the pasta was also cold. Only place Ive ever had this happen at an Iron Skillet. Wont be eating there again. No trash cans in truck parking area that needs to change.

Smaller than average truck parking lot, half is paid parking. Iron skillet not at Petro, its next door. Popeyes chicken was good. Showers were really nice and clean. Ask for shower #3 tho!! It has a TV in the mirror and a ceiling rain shower!!! (along with regular shower head.)

We ate at Podunks BBQ right across from Iron Skillet. Great food, great price. The guy that owns it used to be a truck driver and because of an injury cant drive anymore. So go support a former driver. You wouldnt have gas in your tank, clothes to wear or the vehicle you drive if it wasnt for your drivers. God bless.

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible rude lazy emplyee named Marinyah or something like that at the Srarbucks.

Nice clean facility. Fancy shower was neat but they have hard water issues that are clearly causing maintenance difficulties and made it impossible to rinse anything truly clean. Popeyes was awful dinner, but the Iron Skillet makes excellent breakfast. Over half the marked parking spaces are reserved spots now so expect to pay to park or make-your-own-space if you get here after about 1730.

Great food choices but what I really like is the dog parks. Its great to let my service dog out to run and stretch after driving across Kansas. 😀

Nice place with easy access. Nice Shop and Mechanics. Iron Skillet Restaurant is in a separate building from the Main Building. Its not very accessible.

They need to have a Federal Express drop box there other than that its a nice truckstop.

Very nice, updated location. Starbucks is always a plus! The parking lot is decent, looks bigger than it is, they seemed to have wasted a lot of space that could have been potential for more truck parking. Nice little doggie area too!

Excellent. Super nice and clean. Theres a Starbucks and a Popeyes connected making the already large selections that they have more versatile. You can find almost anything you need while on the road.

Stopped for Starbucks coffee. Was overcharged and none of the 3 employees knew how to make it right.....pastry prices in the case showed $2.95 but they rang up $3.50. They couldnt explain it or understand how to fix it.....void ticket and start over with correct price is how to fix it correctly but, they offered a second pastry out of case to make up the difference. Ok But now you have shorted yourself.....whatever. I tried to have them do. correct way but they really did not understand or know how to. Shift manager present and explained its just how it is, sometimes they change prices. I get that but you have to have correct price in the case next to item. Ugh

Best shower at any truck stop Ive ever been to, been on the road for 3+ years. Clean, big, water came out from the ceiling!! Has a tv in the mirror, also has music but it didnt work in shower 3 sadly.If you can shower here, make time for it! I promise you wont regret it!!!

People was friendly and food was good. Shop experience however was not that great. Called ahead 1hr in advance for a 3 axle alignment and when I got there an hour later the clerk told me she forgot to put my info into the computer to get me in line. So I ended up waiting over 3 hours for the work to even be started on my truck. Wont be using the shop at this location again if it can be helped but the store side was good.

More parking would be plus. Not a bad stop. They had most everything you would need, with extra choices for fast food, truck wash, service, fuel,showers.
