Staff greets you, the staff walking around are able to help you find what you need, although the lines can get long quickly- the employees keep the lines down. Service has drastically gone down hill. I submitted an online order for 12 x 16 inch canvases and they gave me 5 x 7 inch canvases. When this issue was addressed, they said they based the measurements off centimeters instead of inches. Even in centimeters the canvas measurements were off. They made a mistake and still did not give me what I paid for. They were two young ladies and neither were able to correct the mistake. Had to drive all the way out to another Michaels to get the issue fixed. They have got to do better. Smh

My husband and I had three different interactions with people from this store today. I was given great customer service from someone working the floor. She helped me find everything I was looking for.We called, later, asking for assistance with determining if certain items were in stock and we were helping with genuine care.The last interaction was my husband going in to make a large purchase. His card was declined due to fraudulent charges to his account, (which he told the checker, because the bank notified him right away). Instead of being helpful or cordial they told him to go ahead and step aside. When he asked if he could leave the items in the cart, they implied he needed to put the items back.

This is a very big Michaels. It is extremely easy to find. I went in at about 5 p.m. and the store was Immaculate. All of the shelves were stocked everything was labeled everything was organized. I was looking for embroidery supplies, it is common to find a lot of different thread not available late in the day, but at this particular Michaels every thread available was full and there was plenty of choices. The complete store was attractive clean organized and there was plenty of help. The store is strongly recommended.

Today I went to Micheals and bought some Model Magic clay. When I went to open the package and work on the project, the clay was dry and I couldn’t mold it how I wanted.

This Michaels store is clean, well organized and the staff is very helpful. Their holiday sales have great prices, beating Amazon by a decent margin. i wish all of my retail experiences were as good as each time i go in to this store. This says a lot, as i dont actually use any of their products. This store is a go to point for gifts for many people in my life. The staff help me find the things that fit their hobbies, and that is really cool.

Called the store twice to inquire about dark brown leather paint. The first time I called the team member left me on hold for 8 minutes without answering. On the second call I spoke to two team members after questioning the shades of browns they had the team member said it didn’t matter what color as long as it’s for leather. Conclusion, they didn’t have any brown leather paint.

Love it here. It feels so welcoming, always having a sweet welcoming smell whenever I go there. Always having anything you could need and more. Prices vary from things to things. Checkout lines are longer at might, I would suggest opening more cashiers up at night. Or just scheduling more ppl at night. But overall everyone is friendly. Love the decorations for holidays. Good reasonable priced dog costumes here for halloween.

Great. I left my phone when looking at yarn and when I called to ask if I had left it the staff had already had it in the front desk and after confirming it was my phone they held on to it until I could cone get it. Good service and friendly, attentive staff.

Went in looking for a specific Mod Podge. They didn’t have it which is fine but I asked a woman in the frame area a couple of questions to make sure the mod Podge dishwasher safe was actually going to do what I need.. well she seemed extremely bothered that I was asking for help. Customer Service is a part of your job. Ended up buying it from Amazon.

My experience was good, Nancy was very helpful and very friendly. The cashier was having a challenge with the coupons and became flustered. Nancy came over and calmed her down and showed the cashier how to figure out how to apply the computers coupons. Nancy was great.

Friendly staff. Good prices on frames. They only have one person sometimes in framing so you have to wait. They have great discounts like 70% sometimes on frames. Clearly I hover around the frame portion of the store.

Michaels has almost all of you creative needs, from cooking to arts and crafts. Sometimes it gets tricky to find someone to help. But as soon as you do they go far and above to help you.

Twice I have been present when a customer is having a public freakout. Both times the staff have kept their cool and diffused the situation. Good sales and great coupons. Clearance section is my fav.

A lot of fun thing to shop for wide variety of crafts and projects and fun stuff to choose from however it is extremely uncomfortably warm in there Ive been in there several times and each time I leave because its too hot to shop I told the staff how uncomfortably warm it was in the store and yet is still the problem has not been resolved now itll be awesome in the winter time dont get me wrong but in the summer time its miserable

If you need art supply very urgent and you can not find it in any other supply store then you may have some luck finding it here. Most of their supply may be a bit more pricier than you regular retailer they may have some amazing deals.

Plenty of good stuff. There was no one around to help us out on what we were looking for and the ones that were around were busy. Someone spilled paint saw foot prints around store agian nobody around to clean it. Only one person in register with a big line of people. Arianna was very polite and very patient. Very nice and well manner.

Michaels is well stocked with materials to get craft projects done.

Any time Im in need of art supplies, I will usually buy online (as I can be pretty specific in what I need) or go out to Palace Art Supplies in Santa Cruz. But in a pinch or sake of immediacy, I make my way to my local Michaels and browse around.The store is always clean with helpful staff. Ive never had a bad experience here or any problems but what I have seen sometimes is diminishing number of supplies in stock. Some items that were available before, they just dont stock anymore. Or it may be in the system but just have none in stock.One major tip I do have is ALWAYS check the website for a coupon: Micheals tends to charge pretty close to MSRP for items so if you know you need to get an item there in a pinch, make sure to use that store coupon. Otherwise, youll be upset later when you check online for the same item and you paid double the online price.

Today I was very pleased with my visit due to the fact that I found everything I was looking for. This has not happened for a while and find the need to visit other stores to complete my list.

Purchased $69 worth of items tried to pay with a $100 bill and was asked if I could go find change at another store! What? On a Tuesday afternoon? Needless to say after spending my lunch hour shopping I left with nothing because they had no change in the store.

Love visiting this place, their items are placed neatly on the shelf, but you have to find help at times.

Called the store upon arrival to pickup my order and the employee was extremely rude. She was all angry because she has 500 orders to fill and that I should have read the instructions before coming to the store and hung up on me. WOW
