I was a very demanding customer, and Chris kept his cool the entire time. It took 3 trips to the shop to address my concerns regarding the cars drivability after repairs: a drift left, a noisy wheel bearing, some fit issues on the body panels, and a slightly tilted steering wheel. Chris fixed everything except the titled steering wheel (its two or three millimeters off lol) the car does drive straight so I can live with the steering wheel being off, but thats why I gave the shop 4 stars and not 5. As far as the workmanship of the repair and paint job: I took the car to the dealership (to get an estimate on trade in value), and if it werent for the carfax they wouldnt have been able to tell that the car had been in an accident and still offered 16k to trade it in.

They work is of true artisans of their craft. I was backed into near the drivers side door & my vehicle was as good as new when I got it back. They even gave it a wash. Hopefully I wont have to take my car back, but if something happens again, I will lol.
