I took time off of work to go in for an estimate. I was going to pay out of pocket for my repairs. The verbal estimate he gave me was what I expected the damage to be and I wanted to proceed so he told me he’d send me an estimate via email. I told him perfect and then we’d schedule a drop off a day to repair damages. It’s been over two weeks, I have called twice saying I had not yet received the estimate via email and still nothing 3 weeks later. Poor customer service for someone who was willing to pay to pay cash for them to fix my car.

Just picked up my Jeep from having minor repairs done. It was completed in 2 days and looks as good as new. Great office staff.

Work was delayed and extended completion date several times. When I was told it was ready to pick up finally I had to wait for extended time while parts were still assembled. Work was told to me that was done was not actually done. There are still broken parts on my truck and new parts that were installed arent actually new.

Overall the most professional body shop Ive dealt with in my 50 years of auto ownership; fortunately Ive not need auto body work that many times but it has occurred over the 50 years on a few occasions. Not cheep but excellent overall

Just picked up my Mercedes at Caliber Collision in Salinas. First time dealing with this shop and they totally exceeded my expectations. Hector Quiroz was my service advisor; he was professional from the time I dropped off the car to the time I picked it up. Hector was knowledgeable of his job. He responded to my questions and concerns promptly throughout the process. He dealt with the third party insurance, Hartford (which I do not recommend) with patience. The shop manager Eddie was also very helpful over the phone and went out of his way to help during Hector’s absence. I’m so glad I took my car to Caliber’s. Not only I was happy with the awesome work they did, they washed and sanitized the car. Also, they are tech savvy, I received repair updates daily via texts and emails . It was just nice and convenient to know the progress of the repairs. I thank the staff’s professionalism and enthusiasm in getting my car back to me in great condition.

I had to have my car repaired do you to my car being rear ended. They did an outstanding job and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. They got my car finished before the estimated time and cleaned it inside and out! Hector answered any questions that I had and waited until after closing time for me to pick up my car because of my work schedule when it was finished. I would highly recommend them if you have any car repairs that you need.

Had a little accident and was recommended this place. I am glad I had listened. Very friendly personnel at the front. They guide you through the process. The estimated time was spot on. They offer a ride in town if you need one and a pick up ride to the facility. The prices are on the high side but the quality of workmanship is awesome. Car looked brand new when I picked it up. They replaced my driver side panel above the front tire and replaced the front bumper. They blended the paint well, cannot tell where the factory original paint started to where the new paint begins.

Comfortable, welcoming waiting room and I was very impressed with the staffs willingness to attempt repair on my beater car, which might very generously be described as vintage with plenty of patina. The repair was completed quickly and for a very reasonable price. I chose this shop for the location but will be more than happy to return for the quality service if I need work done in the future. Special thanks to technician Epp for resurrection!
