This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Jay-R was my sales rep and he was FANTASTIC and I got the car I wanted! I had several dealerships calling w/voicemails, texting and emailing but Jay-R stood out from them all. He sent me 2 personalized videos including texting and calling. When I got to the dealership, I was very comfortable, despite the stresses of purchasing a car. Jay-R was not aggressive in trying to upsell me he was extremely friendly, easy going and patient with my questions. Id cannot recommend him enough!
They resolved the main issue I had with the car. They were very helpful. Took more time than I expected but its okay.
My MX5-rf got it’s paint chipped on the top side, driver side during the scheduled service on October 4. I told the service advisor as soon as I got to my car. She said that the service would give me a call since the person already left for the day. One whole week goes by, and no call.I also stated that one of my tires was losing air. Service technicians didn’t find anything wrong with it. Went straight to a tire shop and found the nail within 30 seconds.I would never recommend the “Complimentary” car wash they offer since they would give the car back half wet. The side mirrors wasn’t even wiped and looked like it just rained.I bought my car from a different dealership together with a Mazda Gold maintenance package for $2k for 11 services. That’s $180 per visit. But this dealership said that the plan is only worth $55. Maybe it’s Mazda as a whole, but don’t get that pre-paid maintenance plan. This is very unfortunate because a month after I bought my car, my mom and sister decides to buy a Mazda 3 from this dealership with the maintenance package as well, and they drove that car from Sacramento, adding 160 miles or something to it as a “brand new” car.
We took our Mazda to this dealership for a repair that turned out to be difficult beyond imagination. Over a period of time I had quite a few conversations with the service manager, Steve Poma.Our vehicle, as well as a series of events, created several situations that were frustrating for both the customer and the service department. Through out the entire process Steve was a skilled professional customer care expert. Several times I was becoming exasperated with the series of unforeseen circumstances. In each instance Steve was an excellent communicator who was able to provide me with thorough explanations and examples that shifted my frustration into understanding. I found him to have the ability to take the edge off of the situation the we both found ourselves in.This repair was unusual at best. Steve and mechanic Rick did an incredible job for us, going above and beyond to get the car back on the road within the budget.I can highly recommend these guys to take care of you car service.

Very professional, quick with paper work, explained what each signature meant, we left there with a cool car, and very happy with our purchase. I only have experience with their parts department but both times that Ive needed specialty bolts for my 95 Miata they were able to get them in around two days. I am also not great at describing what I need and they are always able to get me what I need based on my description of where the part is. Tony is always very helpful and friendly and I will definitely be back for parts again.

I purchased a brand new mazda last year never thought I would consider this brand but gave it a shot since it was a nice looking vehicle and spacious for the family. Ive gone in to get regular routine service done oil changes and tire rotations every 5 thousand miles. Service gets done and Im on the road again. Aside from that, Ive experienced bad service unfortunately from the service advisors which seems to get worse and worse every visit who always seem like they are in a bad mood that hate their jobs, never smile and confront customers with unnecessary aggresive behavior that escalates a simple service appointment to a negative experience. If I would have known this is just the same routine each time I wouldve browsed else where and gave a different dealership my business.
I purchased a used truck a month ago and had a service light pop up almost a week later. I took it in and the service department was able to help immediately to fix the issue. Quick and friendly customer service.
Great experience with Art and his team. I selected this dealership over many others that were vying for my business, based on the good feeling that I got from these guys. They showed me all the cars that I was interested in and all the possible options available.It came down to two cars at the end and Art made sure that those were brought in specially for me to test. Great experience all around. I’m very happy with the car I selected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Mazda or the other brands represented. I thought I was going to walk into another dealership that just wanted to make a quick sale, but not this one. These guys made sure to accommodate me and went beyond what was required of them. Im surprised that theres such a gem of a business these days. They were honest, accommodating, respectful, and above all, they made sure to take care of everything and make my purchase experience as affordable as possible.I would definitely come back again. They are very nice and polite. However, told me that they did lower the price and when it came to doing paperwork. They hadn’t. Dishonesty in something like this makes me question how they truly work.

They sold me a car that I immediately had to send back in for them to fix, instead of checking out the issue in a major part of the car before selling they waited for someone to purchase it and now they have had it longer than I have. Everytime they say someone will call, or call back they dont which leaves you calling like a crazy person. But other than all of that they have a gentlemen that does that paperwork that is fantastic, and makes the best exiting experience.
I enjoyed the no pressure atmosphere. They were very flexible and accommodating. Art and JR went above and beyond to make my visit an exceptional experience.

Moises is awesome, never pushy and answers emails and calls up to confirm appointments. I bought a CPO with a few minor things to fix. You do need to do your due diligence in finding the issues, but they will do reasonable requests.

Do not buy a vehicle here, I bought my car 3yrs ago and had some recent recall issued with my Mazda 3. I tried getting this fixed but, their service department doesnt know what they are doing, I was hoping their manager Hector would be helpful, but in fact he was really rude. They are trying to get me to pay out of pocket for their mistakes. Will never buy a vehicle from them again.

Not happy with the experience! And they ran excessive credit reports. Over 8 inquiries and no deal! I did not buy a car although they really pushed me to buy one that I did not want. They have not followed up. The building is gross. I would say NO!

Went in to look at a Chevy Silverado I was interested in but unfortunately I didnt but the truck was nice truck staff wasnt pushy and they try to help you getting as close to a payment your looking for thanks on the help for that but the only thing I would have to say if your really trying to sell a vehicle you should at least detail it or something of that nature to clean it up a bit that may help a bit on a sale just saying.

Bad experience, especially following a stellar experience across the lot at Cardinale VW....Mazda accepted a deposit on a car to hold it until it was ready for test drive and sale...called us 2 days later to say the car had been sold to someone else. Classy moves. Maybe we arent completely soured on the Cardinale way but only time will tell..... 😢
