August 2021 $620 for fuel pump and fuel filter for 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 . Truck was towed in on a Friday morning and was ready to drive on Tuesday afternoon. The staff are all very courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. They were very helpful in explaining the repairs my truck needed as well as made some suggestions. The quote at the dealership for the same work was $800 plus. My truck is running well and I am very satisfied with the job they did. I will recommend this shop to others and I will bring my truck here again.

Excellent customer service! The staff helped me as soon as i walked in through their office door and immediately took my car in for a brake and oil change without an appointment! Very satisfied with my overall experience here. Not to mention they have complimentary coffee and snacks as well as a nice waiting area/lobby, bathroom and foosball table. First off, Stephen makes it seem like youve known him for decades when you make that first step inside the shop office. Super friendly dude, with great customer service. Long story short my car wasnt passing smog, and without Stephen and Adan help they saved me $1200 or more from buying a brand new BMW Catalytic converter for my 325i. They both set me up with a drive cycle follow procedures. Went back the following week to Gomez Auto Repair for the smog and it was a pass. This repair shop would have to be the best one in town for having great customer service and price which I consider it to be an A+. I would chose Gomez Auto Repair rather than any other shop in town in any given day. This was all done without an appointment.

I originally went to the dealer for a check engine issue. The dealer told me that it would cost $1,600 to replace the catalytic converter so I started calling around to other shops for a lower price. Someone recommended Gomez Auto Repair. I called and spoke to Stephen. After Stephen did some research he told me that part should be covered under warranty because I was under the years/miles warranty. I thank Stephen and Gomez Auto Repair so much for giving me this information! They saved me at least over $1,000! Their knowledge was much appreciated!

Had another shop tell my wife that our Honda Accord didn’t pass smog due to having the incorrect catalytic converter. Despite prepaying Gomez Automotive Repair to replace the part, they called me about an hour later informing me that not only did we have the correct part, but that our car passed smog. They refunded me the difference. I can’t say enough great things about Steve, Junior, and the rest of the crew. They were honest, fast, and friendly. I won’t hesitate to return or send business their way! They renewed my faith in honest mechanics!

Was driving south from the pacific northwest. roughing it through that big storm in mid january. the water pump in my old truck finally gave out. they were able to replace it within a day. then my radiator cracked right after the repair. they replaced that too. great rates, super friendly, got a nice lobby with a foos ball table and comfy chairs. if youre passing through this is the dependable shop to go to.
