OK.....JoAnn Fabric does not have high end fabrics....but the store does carry fabric needed for quilting, and family type sewing projects.

I love everything in the store. There is such a great variety. I always come in looking for something specific, and leave with a ton of extra fun things that I had to have.

Pros:The store itself has tons of cool stuff for projectsCons: Wish the staff was alot nicer. Megan in the fabric center was extremely rude and not precise on her returns. Megan tried to refund me an incorrect size of fabric and it wasnt until I asked her to measure it in front of me that she issued a refund for the correct amount of yards. Asked Megan for help and both times she wasnt interested in helping me. Megan definitely belongs in back, maybe as a stocker because helping customers wasnt her obviously strengths.10/10 wouldnt come back

It was a struggle today my anxiety was going through the roof and I had already asked one women for help and was disappointed in the quality of attention to my questions as I was doing a run for my mom who is immune compromised and all she could do was sit in the car in front of what to her is a toy store. But just as I had given up my stress at a 10 this beautiful young girl came up to me and asked me if I needed any help and oh how I needed it in this moment she had such a kind way of speking to me and I started to relax right away and she then told me she did not know what I was looking for but would definitely help me find it or find a way if she could not. But she found all of the stuff I had not and to top it off she found the button snapped my mom had wanted that the other girl had said we dont have anymore. She was so sweet if I get the chance I would love to thank her and let her know how much I needed that helping hand today and that she really did more for me than just helping me find button snapps she helped me find comfort in a place I feel completely overwhelmed.I dont know her name but she is a beautiful soul and I hope she will see this and know how important she is in this world.And also girl you are adorable you can pull off any outfit you want go get yourself a sweater and rock it your beautiful inside and out 💜💜💜

I will never shop this store again! The last three times I have come in, items that are on sale do not ring up correctly with the discounts marked. When I question it at the register they tell me not to worry it will be adjusted at the end. (Why do some items reflect discount while being rung up and others do not?) I then review the receipt after leaving to find that, in fact, many items did not ring up correctly, without the 50% discount and on top of it my purchase of $89 (before taxes) only got a $10 credit for a coupon that reads $15 of your purchase of $75 or more. I have also had items ring up at a lower percentage off than what is marked. The last two times I brought it to the clerks attention I was only met with an attitude and just simply not knowing what to do about it or being capable of basic math. The manager was not much better and went on to tell me how complicated the adjustments would be. This time, the 3rd time I am just done with this company. Also, 2employees in the back talking and complaining about the scheduling and cussing. Not professional at all!!

Great local spot for grabbing project fabrics. I was impressed by their selection of patterns and selection of thread. Easy to get lost in the craft possibilities.

Very nice staff.. although store was a mess. May be just because the holidays are coming. I dont know, it was my first visit to this location. My cashier was very nice and personable. Customer Service is EVERYTHING in this day and age. I wouldve given 5 stars if store was a little bit cleaner. I will definitely be returning to shop. Thank you..😊

I needed some fabric for a birthday gift I intend to make for my grandson. I drove over to Joanns Fabric Store to see what I could find.I was pleasantly surprised. They have a lovely, and large selection offabrics and with the help of the counter clerk, I found exactly what Iwas looking for. I am grateful to Sabrina for being so helpful, efficientand patient. She is a credit to the store.I probably wont be needing any sewing items/fabric etc, for a whilebut when I do, its nice to know that there is a well stocked, well keptfabric store in the area, that I can go to.I enjoyed my vist to Joanns Fabric Store and left with a very positiveimpression. I actually would have liked to have looked around a bitmore than I did, but I was in a hurry to get back home to get startedon my grandsons gift. I will go back another day for sure.May everyone in the store keep safe during this difficult time.They are working every day to make sure customers can buywhat they need, and they so deserve praise and gratitude forthat.I will enjoy going back there again.and I intend to go back to Joanns Fabric Store when I need somesewing materials.for sure.helpful, efficient, and patient. My wife and I went in and were denied a 40% off tag attached to a product we wanted because it was last months sale”supposedly “.The worker there didn’t even try to see if she could get it honored by the manager.(2 -$70 items)

A friend and I were working on a costume for a convention and decided to get our material and supplies from here. We went in a slow day and the cashier helped us pull up the application for some coupons. Our total dropped by $20! They have a wonderful selection of fabrics and supplies for fun craft projects. The employees are very helpful and welcoming.

I ordered online for curbside pick up because they were advertising they did curbside to avoid shopping inside during the shelter in place order. Called multiple times, no answer(they had said to call first) and when I arrive their doors were open for all to shop inside. The lady said it’s easier for people to shop inside so she doesn’t have to answer the phone! False advertising, they should be trying to follow these preventative measures like the rest of the stores to limit contact. I did not want to go inside for a reason, that’s why I selected curbside pick up and they weren’t answering on purpose🙄

Plenty of parking, and I always find what I looking for.

Customers m.h es service dog e is just so so and too controlling with mask nonsense when I have asthma. Little girl is not my doctor nor did she know much about her job when asked about products limited supplies monreal die cutters either they are stuck on cricut only. Didnt know about fee a lot tics either. They have some nice fabrics but use coupons.

They didnt have what I needed or wanted. But they appear to be well stocked and I will go again if for no other reason than just to browse.

Only place that carries fabric, though its a bit expensive. But carries a variety of craft stuff.

Wish they had stocked up on yarn! Hardly any bbn to choose from. Guess everyone has the same idea as I do! Making sweater for my granddaughter.

I like friendly staff but pricing is much higher on crafting supplies. With Hobby Lobby coming they wont be able to stay competitive. Michaels pricing is better.

Hey, you! Gonna use a coupon? Good luck.I had a certain percentage coupon and it very clearly stated on it that it wouldnt work with anything on sale. Fine enough, so I picked out a cutting mat that most definitely wasnt on sale. Checked the website, checked the tags, definitely not on sale.Got it up front, oh look, its on sale for some unspecified amount! Your coupon is null and void. Same thing happened to my girlfriend. Picked up something that most definitely wasnt on sale, and some stealth discount was applied at the counter that made the coupon null and void.Otherwise I guess I dont mind the place but these tactics arent cool. My guess is that they hope youll just shrug and buy it anyway at almost full price, which is stupid.I just go to Michaels from now on.

Dropped the wife off to shop and I went to best buy. Came back to get her and she said they had everything on her list. The one thing she was most happy about was ball point needles for her serger. Well she sewed away last nite and guess what? Today we go back for more material for her next project.

My girlfriend loves this place. You can find almost every thing you need to make what ever art project you got in mind come to life. Big store and great selection.

Shaiann did a GREAT job cutting our 15 different fabrics for the quilt we are making. Wide variety of fabrics. Coupons made the cost a bit better. Convenient hours and easy to park.

Great amounts and types of fabrics

Great deals on stuff I needed for projects.. ( i have never been in there before, so the following observations are just my opinion,It was definitely clean, the clerks were friendly and knowledgable, it was not to busy, isles were wide enough to have space, even if there were people looking at things behind you..aisles were pretty easy to navigate, and well organized. It seemed visually to have less items then stores like Michaels, but more than a store like beverlys.. prices seemed better than both, .they have a 90 day return policy with receipt.

Decent selection for a small store. Terrible staff with no sewing knowledge. I couldnt locate an in stock fabric but neither could the manager on duty. I even had to listen while staff tried to up sell a man to a $20 item when he wanted a crochet hook..

Havent shopped Joanns much lately. I can no longer find products that are newer and keep up with the crafts I do. However, their fabric selection is the best around, especially since Beverly Fabrics in Salinas closed

Had alot of selection, more knowledgable than the staff at Michaels, cheaper than Beverlys fabrics

One of my favorite craft stores. Staff isnt always 100 % helpful. Several times I have asked for help finding something and am told they dont have it. Then end up finding it myself. They sometimes seem they cant be bothered.

Well StockedOddly enough they didnt have leather patch or repair kits.

For a paper crafter, especially stamping or mixed media, this store is just sad.Very little inventory and what is there is disheveled and messy.The only redeeming feature is the ability to return online purchases there.

Came in at 5:22PM and there was four people in line then a store associate came out from the store and placed a shopping car with words saying line closed. The store states that they close until 6pm then they should close at 6pm-false advertisement.

Small is not always bad... but it is when it affects your product selection and is in a state of disarray. Being the only fabric store in the area for a good distance, I was very disappointed with my visit.

JoAnna is ok . The crafts dept. Does not really have much for the do it yourself person. Most items are nearly finished projects. Such as put together jewelry pieces, Pre assembled flowers, pre assembled bird houses, picture frames etc. I was looking for glass paint which I was surprised they did not have.On the Fabric side, a little pricy unless you have the coupons. Mine always seem to be expired before I can use them. Either that or certain coupons for certain days. I dont have time or organisation to keep up with all of that. I cant always run to the store at a scheduled time.
