This is my number one spot for any beauty products or hairstyles. I’ve personally invested into at least 42 wigs and many ponytails all from Solyana Beauty. I’ve never had any problems going into this store and coming out leaving completely satisfied. If you go here don’t be surprised if you create a strong relationship with the owners and workers there, because they have your best interest in looking and feeling great!

I love the way faiz gives me a great advise what to buy in hairs for my friend and me for extensions. I drive 3 hrs sometimes to get here at Salinas.Keep up the good collection and customer service.

The lip gloss sold here is so thick and hydrating especially the mint one, it looks absolutely stunning. Whether it’s used on top of lipstick/liner or just ur natural lips. Not to mention the owner is so friendly and inviting!

Ive been buying my extensions here for the last 3-4 years and they are amazing quality!!!!!! They have such an amazing variety of colors and lengths! The prices are also very affordable. I style my hair very often so I wear the extensions very often and they comtinue to stay in good shape. Hand down the best extensions I’ve ever worn have been bought from here.

I’ve been buying hair extensions from here for years & I cannot get enough! The quality of hair is unmatched as well as the costumer service. Fes has been super helpful when it comes to picking the color of the extensions & making sure I am happy with them. This is a great store with great selection of beauty products and such. The customer service even greater!! ... Awesome.I was having a hair crisis and needed new extensions but with this whole co-vid pandemic and shelter in place order the mall had been closed...HOWEVER....Fes still came through for me and met me at his salinas store in the parking lot....Did I forget to mention...I had just called that day so my request wasnt an order placed in advance but I still had my extensions in hand with in just a few hrs... Thanks Fes for saving the day!!!

Every time I go there the same gentleman is there. He might be the manager. He is always so helpful. Recommends items that I don’t know about. Having gone thru chemo therapy and losing most of my hair I go there to get extensions love the quality and doesn’t affect my fragile hair at all. Love the customer service and products. Wish I knew his name to let him know how much it means for someone to have the patience to answer all my questions. Do recommend this place. Happy customer!

Highly recommend trying the Olaplex N04 & N05 if you have dry, coarsed, damaged hair!! Years of heat damage gone in like a span of two weeks !! Not to mention staff has always been very helpful and super welcoming. If you want immediate results this is definitely the way to go!!

Beyond wonderful service! Fess, the manager of the store showed great customer service and helped my friend and I pick out some fun wigs! Spent over an hour here trying on different styles and just had a wonderful and FUN experience! We will defiantly be back!! They also carry a great selection of colored contacts, fake eyelashes, and makeup for great prices :)

I have purchased 2 Hair pieces. I love them both. Such good quality of the hair piece. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! The customer service is incredible. Very helpful, had suggestions on what I might be looking for. I even received a follow up call to see how the hair pieces were working for me. The experience at Solyana Beauty is outstanding! You can find everything you need in that place from lashes, makeup, and even skin care!They have many different selections and styles in wigs. Also they carry a variety of options for their ponytails. These are easy to use and look very natural. The human hair extensions are by far my favorite. They are long lasting and luscious. Excellent Customer Service by far!, Due to this Quarantine we are all experiencing together its not easy to just go and buy the products we need, I was pleasantly surprise when I received a text from the owners son Fes that has helped me several times before. He let me know if I needed to purchase the same product or if there was anything I needed he would gladly ship it to me. As most businesses that are greatly affected by this Virus everyone is doing their very best to try and help one another in anyway they can, whether its reaching out to customers personally to ask if theres anything they need, bottom line we need to do what we can to support small business like this. Wigs are amazing customer service overall sucked never coming here again! we brought my mom in for a wig and only two other girls were in the store only older man working here didn’t let us try on any wigs even if we bought our own wig cap kept talking about “I’m busy” but he was not how are we supposed to purchase any products w/o trying them on? I suggest go to the San Jose Oakridge Location way better customer service!!

Love this place! The owners Aster n her son Fes are the best! They are extremely knowledgeable and are always very helpful with whatever questions I may have. I have been buying my hair bundles from them since 2012 after wandering into their original store in Seaside, clueless n simply wanting some guidance as to what would suit my hair needs. Aster was so nice n took her time n explained what would be best for me and answered all the questions I had. If it wasnt for her I honestly dont think I would of known what to do or who to go to cause everywhere else I went they were rude n treated me as if I should already know what Im doing. I love the great quality of the hair n of course the customer service simply ties it all together!

Oh my jeepers this place😍!! So Ive never bought or worn a wig before and I was honestly terrified at first(I tend to be socially awkward majority of the time).The employees there made me feel welcomed and help me with any questions I had on Wigs Lessons 101. They made me feel like I was talking to friends rather than a some random person that works there which made the whole new experience even better!I got the Penelope Wig which is this absolute gorgeous pink piece with the ombre dark roots to make it look realistic and fit really well. Honestly obsessed with this wig! Originally got it for Halloween but now I really want to wear it all the time!!!SERIOUSLY THE BEST!!!

Do not purchase wigs from here, they mark up cheap wigs for ridiculous prices. You can get the same wigs they stock online for have the price.

Placed a call for an item and was told it would be at this store (half an hour away) the next day for pickup (from out of their storage). Called back no answer. Showed up and the guy tells me he wasn’t informed about it. I made sure to ask if it would definitely be available and was told yes only to spend an hour driving and gas for nothing.
