They are the best in the area for uniforms and supplies and they offer tailoring to make sure everything fits. That being said, if you dont need tailoring search online for better prices.

The only thing that holds this place back is their selection of tactical gear and apparel. They could easily be the regions tactical apparel providers.Their close ties to the First Responder community is awesome and their alterations are spot on.

The best service I have received at a uniform shop...ever!! I have been to 7 or 8 uniform shops since I started my career 25 years ago & the customer service here at Salinas Valley Pro Squad was top notch! The prices were pretty good, but comparable to others I have patronized...highly recommended & I will go to this uniform shop again in the future!!

It was alright the lady helping me was fast (way too fast) I literally walked in the store without even taking in what else the store had to offer to a “can I help you with something,” while the lady stared me down. Also the lady helping me on two different visits has shoved the debit card reader at my hands and tossed/slide my debit card at me rudely even after I politely handed her my debit card. If you’re looking for a polite friendly service I would not recommend this place for Peace Officers but if you want quick service and don’t mind rude lady’s then this is your spot. As for me I’m taking my business somewhere else.

Locally this is the only shop in town to obtain LE uniforms and equipment. Service in generally friendly and they have majority of peoples needs.. alterations are on point. This is not a one stop shop as some equipment you will be required to order online or drive to another store in San Jose.They were kind enough to fix and replace a missing button on my duty shirt for free. Thanks guys!

Good prices & all but the first time I got something done there, they gave me a different estimated time over the phone than in person. When I got there I had to tell the lady that I was told I would have it before a certain date not the date she had gave me in person. They told me they would call me when my shirt is ready but I had to call them because I was never called. When I called they said it was ready and that there was no reason why someone didnt call him I have another shirt that I sent to them and they told me you would be ready by Friday or Saturday, it is Sunday and I was not called and Im almost positive that my shirt is ready. I plan on calling Monday once they open since I have to call and verify if my shirt is ready rather than being called as I was told.

Great uniform shop with on-site seamstress should anything require alterations. Wide selection of gear for law enforcement fire and first responders.

Best service in the county. We buy all of our stuff there and they taylor the uniforms as well

The staff are very friendly and helpful. If they dont have it they try and order for you.I do enjoy going get uniforms here.

Walked in to have trousers hemmed. Was out in less than 15minutes. Trousers fit well. Ladies there are wonderfully helpful without being intrusive or annoying.
