Tis the season! Time to stock up on your favorite scents. I dont know what was going on. They had like H-Vac machines hooked up to the vents. They were in the way of walking and noisy but I guess it couldnt be helped. The selection was okay kind of small and I couldnt find some of the things I was looking for. I will go back again but not for a while.

The ladies are always so friendly here. Lines have been long but they move fast.

LONNNNG lines lol but that means they are taking Covid and the maximum capacity seriously unlike other businesses.

The store always smells wonderful with so many new fragrances and candles. Its well lit and the staff here are wonderful, friendly people who are always willing to help out and ensure you find what you need. I enjoy their sales as they tend to mark down to some amazing deals which makes purchases even more worthwhile. If you need a fragance or some nice candles, this is the place to go for sure.

The worker was really helpful. Unfortunately, Bath and Bodyworks isnt making the triple cream lotion any more, so I didnt buy anything. I always enjoy my time inside their stores, and this location is super nice!

I will give the customer service 5 stars but the products we bought & returned & replaced was a plug in that is scented & a nightlight. Neither really works.it just does not give out as strong as we would like. We got several scents but was very disappointed. But customer service is great.

Susie is the best!! Other then her positive attitude and always greeting you as you step into the store, shes there to ACTUALLY help you find the fragrance youll fall in love. She starts off by giving her own personal favorites, and shell stick around till you find the right one/s.

Karina is extremely nasty to customers and bad mannered. She is the manger also. She hangs up on people and also very unhappy and expresses this to her customers. She mocks you if you are happy. I’ve never seen anything like this. She must be so sad in her life that she is bitter to the happy people around her. I will not be returning and also will share this experience with corporate as well as family and friends.

Employees acknowledged me and quickly made me aware of the specials they were having.

Was here in bath and both works trying to explain to one of the workers that I didnt get one of the products I had paid for last week, part of the buy 3 get 3. I told one of the first workers that was the closest to me about the situation and she said they couldnt do anything about it without the products or recipes. And of course I understand you need proof. She ended up sending me to Suzie? and lucky she remembered us because she helped us and also rang us up but she also said the same thing. She was more calm and cool about the situation. She called her manager for us to explain it to her .I believe carina was her name, if corporate sees this she either needs her position removed or needs some serious training . She got upset really quickly told us which product it was which they didnt have so I had to pick another product, handed it to us and pretty much motioned for us to leave !! For her to be put in a position like that and act like that B&BW needs to think twice about her. Super disappointed.

Friendly staff; advised me of discounts I was oblivious of; operating in a nice new store with what seems like a broader selection of products. Good place for bath products.
