Arrived 15mins after they were open and no one was there to greet me for a carwash, none of their employees acknowledged my presence. Terrible place to come early, their not on time and can not communicate to their customer. I ended up driving off with no Wash :( you need to work on customer service.

They did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of my car. I was very happy with how detailed they were in their cleaning. It wasnt too expensive either.

They have always done a good job, but they missed some seriously dirty spots the last time I had a wash and vacuum. Prices arent bad but hard to justify when the cleaning isnt always up to expectations. Overall good service and will come again hoping for a more thorough vacuum.

They take a GREAT DEAL of time and care to detail a car. It doesnt cost an arm or leg. This place is so worth it. Wish they had an atm for a tip!

Place is the nicest in the area. A little pricey, but at least you feel like youre getting a good wash out of it.

Good and fast car wash, but the last 3 times Ive gone I swear the same dang employee comes out and starts talking to the car in front of me for over 15 min... you can tell hes obviously hooking them up... its annoying because my company takes their vans there and they always take so long it makes me late.

My go to place when I want my car detailed.The waiting area is always clean.The men always do a nice job.

Took two of my cars today Alejandro and Carmelo did an awesome job on my truck my truck look brand new, BUT THE OTHER TWO FELLOWS ON MY JOURNEY DID A POOR JOB STILL DIRTY FRONT BUMPER AND SIDES OF THE CAR ALSO THE WHEELS STILL HAD MUD ON THEM AND THE INSIDE WAS BARELY TOUCHED, SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES OBVIOUSLY DIDNT WANT TO BE THEIR AND YOU COULD TELL I HAD TO GO TWICE TO SEE IF THEY HAD CLEAN THE REAR SEATS AND FRONT DASH AND STILL THEY LEFT IT ALMOST THE SAME, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ASK FOR ALEJANDRO AND CARMELO BECAUSE THEY PUT A 110% ON GETTING THE WORK DONE THE RIGHT WAY. OF YOU WANT 5 STAR YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE AS DEDICATED AS ALEJANDRO AND CARMELO

I always get a great car wash here at Acme..

They are hit and miss here. There have been times that my has come out looking like new and other times I would have been better off in one of the drive through car washes. I have had better luck with Acme than with Splash.

I paid almost $30.00 and I was very happy for the service I received. This the key and secret in running your own business keep the customer happy

I come to the Acme Car Wash in Salinas because they are all polite and professional. My truck gets very dirty and the crew there makes sure that it gets a very good wash and wax inside and out. I couldnt be happier with the service there.

Ive taken my cars here for a while now since another carwash joint has closed up. Overall, Im happy with the service and the pricing seems to be pretty fair. Good labor aint cheap and cheap labor aint good!

The worst. The manager is horrible and does a worse job than the employees. Low quality product use just to save a buck. Really don’t recommend.

They do an amazing Job! This is my first time here and I am impressed at the amount of time they take on the inside. I work near a car wash in Monterey, and this is by far much better for about the same price.

You cannot get a better car wash in Monterey county. Good prices and great service.I will they would open one over in the Monterey area.

Terrible car wash service. Workers don’t know how to properly wash cars and clean the interior. Over priced for lousy service. If you value your cars paint, then you would take your car to a professional to clean. Otherwise if you dont care about your car and just want a half a** wash then go at it.

We had our daughters car scratched up pretty bad with a micro lead pencil. Got an exterior detail job and they did what they could which was quite a lot. Got it all off except some of what went thru the paint, and that they cleaned the pencil color out of the white paint
