Our rep Angel was awesome! He was so helpful, and straight up with us explaining the differences between the phones and how upgrading with the trade in promo works. He got me the 2 phones that myself my daughter wanted and was just overall super helpful answering all of my questions no matter how dumb they sounded lol. Thank you Angel, you are an awesome sales rep!

Went in at 3PM to purchase a MIFI full price (not finance or lease) and walked out around 6PM.We were asked for a $400 deposit 😂 so I said WE CAN GO TO BESTBUY and purchase the same thing without a deposit (I was irritated at this point). Sales rep tried to tell us that it’s because it’s for business. I said to him we shouldn’t have to put a deposit since we’re buying outright AND it shouldn’t take THREE long hours to finish the transaction. He obviously think we were dumb 😆Not a fan of financing nor leasing, especially dealing with crook sales reps. I’ve also reported the transaction to corporate with sales rep ID. Personal or for business, STOP running credit scores without informing customers first. Ask for their permission!Oh! And we were also lied to for their “monthly service” to keep the MIFI “working”. “If you want no lines attach to the device, you’d need to get the $90 per month plan. If you want something cheaper, we would need to activate a line.” So we chose the $90 per month plan because this is our first time of purchasing a MIFI device.After contacting corporate, we were apologized to for this sales rep unethical behavior and mentioned they’ll do a follow-up interview. Now our monthly bill went from $90 down to $45 with NO line attach to the account.I thought about switching from TMobile to Verizon, but after what I encountered personally - I changed my mind.

Despite COVID, we received excellent service at this store. We purchased two iPhone 12s online on Verizon’s website and had trouble activating one due to a SIM card problem. Our agent replaced the SIM card at the store for free and had the new phone activated and working perfectly in under 10 mins.

Went to go buy 2 phones in store which employees are pushing for online orders which I get because of covid. But I hated the fact that orders doesnt go through for same day pick up. I didnt want to have to drive back the next day when we live 40 mins away. They ended up helping inside but it cost an additional $20 per phone just to activate in store. Also, they are selling screen protectors but cant install it and recommend another company on the other side of the street to install it for additional cost. Its just an inconvenience.

The staff wasted my time. I came in looking to upgrade my phone and asked for a 64g iPhone 11 but told me they had none in stock and asked if I wanted a 128g instead for $2 more a month. I politely declined this offer and told them I could wait, but the staff later went to the back to double check for a 64g and they ended up finding them.

I waited like 30+ minutes to exchange a phone. It was all worth it. Sometimes being slow but having amazing customer service goes a long way (for the record there were 6 people ahead of me). My 5 stars are for Carlitos and the gentlemen by the door on Saturday 12/14 evening (I didnt get his name). Thank you guys for being so friendly. Your customer service skills will keep business booming. Ill be back here instead of calling customer service over the phone. You guys are awesome!

Made a appointment with three of us at their suggestion then didnt let us go in, just gave us a phone number that took days to get through. I bought a new version iphone11 & they wont even give or sell a sim card. Not happy. Last phones they sold us had no sim cards either.

We showed up with questions, and left satisfied with 90% of the answers. I tend to be volatile when confused, and George smoothed my ruffled feathers, helped us with a program upgrade, and was friendly and fun to talk to. I may still have issues, but now I know they can be addressed and hopefully, solved. Thank you.

This place is HORRIBLE. I got there 15 minutes before closing to pickup an item for my wife under her business account. I was not an account member so they said i couldnt pickup the item. I told the guy greeting people, she is calling to add me and it will get sorted out. He smiled and rolled his eyes saying yeeaah we close in ten minutes. If shes calling, shes calling a call center and people are working from home so like i said, we close on ten and there is nothing we can do.Wife called and got me on the account with 2 minutes to spare. Hey dude, you are not a club bouncer, youre a salesman at Verizon. Also, if a customer comes to your store with minutes to spare, shouldnt turn them away like you did with others.

They easily assisted my daughter with her defective phone, swapped it out as needed and she hasn’t had a problem with her phone since. Last Verizon store switched her defective iPhone 2 times and she kept having the same issue. I advised her go to another store because the last store may have received a bad batch of iPhones and sure enough no more issues.

I upgraded my phone online and chose the pickup at store deliver option. Huge mistake. After arriving at the store I got put on a waiting list to pick up a phone that I already paid for. After 20 minutes a sales associate spoke with me and spent an additional 20 minutes trying to convince me to change my plan when all I wanted to do is pick up my phone.I recommend against the store delivery option when buying or upgrading a cellphone.However, Verizon Wireless is a great cell phone company with great service!

Horrible they love to tell you one thing and do another added to $70 to my bill and never give me credit like they were supposed to I will be calling them shortly to fix this but I feel like they’re always scam artist and they’re worse than a car dealerships. Be aware the lifetime warranty glass is a lie paid 40$ for nothing not being charge for replacing the broken glass $10 dollars really upset about hidden fees though Verizon was better than sprint but after becoming a customer they dont care about you

Phone was stolen, went in to have them deactivate it and help me file a claim. They wouldnt deactivate it. Only gave me the insurance number and sent me on my way. Called Verizon support and they did everything for me and were friendly.

I have been having software issues for more that a month. I have traded phones and upgraded all the way to the IPhone 7 and I am unable to see my pictures and video on my computer. I will have to be making my 3rd trip to the store. I am very dissapointed.The people are very nice - its the newere equipment that has a lot of bugs to be worked out.
