Unhelpful and misinformed management and crew. FAKE batteries. They will tell you that the pens get returned a lot and advise you not to return non-functional products. I got my refund, but save yourself time and money. FAKE batteries. Ooze, Cookies etc.

Quick and friendly service! Price initially quoted on phone was $10 higher than it should have been. We were told I would get a discount. The discounted price was the actual sticker price??Also, unsure what was happening. My favorite brand makes nicotine and CBD juice. I saw the nico, so asked about the CBD. I was repeatedly told that this brand does not make CBD. Wrong!! Ive been using it for awhile and have a bottle! I was just hoping to try a different flavor.Im thankful to have got a fair (but not discounted) price for my new vape machine, but unsure about getting anything else there.The people behind the counter were nice and checking out was quick!!

Love the old guys but the new guy seems like a prick. Ive hung out with harder than him. He doesnt even say hello. Ill shop elsewhere. UPDATE I think they fired that guy or something, now there is a nice helpful woman. One of the old guys is still a prick but they have cheap prices compared to other stores.

My experience with this pathetic excuse for a business has been sour & one headache after another. I dont know if this is a family-owned shop but the old man and that youngster with that big chip on the shoulder seem to act like they dont want customers even walking in there. I bought two items the last time I was in there and when I asked for the second item the old man rolled his eyes. Im pretty sure theyre there to make money?? If you go into this place to buy something or to look for something, do yourself a favor and slap yourself! They are mean and they dont want to make money and they dont want your business or mine!

Sadlly They dont live up to there name concidering that they wont FED-EX/UPS (Shipping For those Who dont know what Im Talking about) . I Was Very Dissapointed after wanting to buy there product From Los Angeles Ca.!! Get With The times Man !!
