We were in the market for a new mattress so we went into Mattress Firm on Klumac to take a look for one. Eugene was working and was very helpful in our search. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and types of beds they sold. He even took the time to ask us about the issues we were having with sleep and based on that made recommendations. I truly felt like he was genuine about wanting us to get the right bed and didn’t look at us as just a dollar sign. He was very friendly and thorough. If you are looking for a hassle free experience when buying new bedding please stop by this store and ask for Eugene aka Gene by name, I guarantee your buying experience will be excellent!!

Stopped in because I was in need of a new mattress because my current one is giving me back pain. Gene helped me and was very friendly. Initially he showed me mattresses out of my price range but after a while he took me to the Serta mattresses that were more in my price range. I saved $170 and he was able to go lower on a bunkie board for me. I didnt save as much as I had hoped but since it was pretty important that I find a mattress this weekend I bought it. If it was a holiday I probably would have saved more. The benefit to stores like this vs online is that you can try out different mattresses and get a good feel for them. With such a expensive purchase you want to make sure youre getting something youre not going to return.There is a 120 night sleep trial but youll have to pay a $99 restocking fee, not the end of the world I guess. Ive attached a picture of the policy for those interested. I can say with certainty Im glad I didnt buy a mattress online and took my time trying different ones in the store. Delivery is scheduled for Saturday and I purchased it Thursday. Pretty excited to try out my new mattress and think overall for being new, Gene did a good job. Keep in mind these are nice quality mattresses not Ikea stuff and youll walk out paying a least 1k.The mattress I purchased was the Serta perfect Sleeper Willowbrook Plush Pillowtop. It got mixed reviews online and several people complained of sagging but based on the pictures it looks like body impressions which is normal and not sagging. Out the door for mattress, bunkie board and free delivery it was $1300.Once Ive tried out the mattress for a month I will update the review. This review for 4 stars because i was hoping for better discounts.

My husband and I we mattress Firm KlumacRd. Salisbury NC and bought anew mattress, MIDNIGHT MATT KING PRIME. Absolutely the best mattress ever. Kristopher Maillet, was the best associate I have ever met. He knew about the mattresses, he was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them.

Gene was so helpful and did everything he could do to help me and my husband to get a mattress that worked for us . He worked for over an hour to show us and explain everything about each mattress we ask about. He was so polite to us and we really appreciated it. My first experience here a year or so ago I was quoted 3000 dollars for a mattress so I didnt come back until recently.. my fiancé and I went to go look around and we found the queen mattress for twin mattress price which was a steal.. 1000 compared to 3000. It also included a free adjustable head base and free shipping if we chose no disposal or setup.. We also found these amazing pillows called Sleepys Cool Pillow.. turns out they were discontinued so they sold us the display ones at less than half the price and even found a second one for me to pick up at another mattress firm! Awesome experience, will definitely recommend.

I hate shopping but needing a bed, this was to be my first stop. I had selected Mattress Firm on 1357 Klumac Road in Salisbury, NC based on reviews I had read on-line. The initial greeting from Jaron changed everything as he became My Friend which entitled me to a discount per their ad. He and his associate spent at least 20 minutes telling me more than I thought Id ever need to know about mattresses. When my wife finally arrived, I got to watch as she received the full treatment. Fortunately, we quickly agreed on the same model and The Art of the Deal began. She fell in love with the Columbia pillow and the protective mattress cover which were combined with our mattress and support frame purchase. The idea of having to shop had become a forgotten nightmare. We enjoyed our visit so much that we felt we were leaving a friends house as we headed home. We get our mattress on Friday and look forward to enjoying it as much as we did the buying process. Thanks Mattress Firm.

Tristian was awesome! We planned to shop around but Tristian did such a great job teaching - not selling - that we chose to purchase immediately. Tristian guided is through the different options, letting us test the different mattresses & allowing us to pick which we liked best. He didnt pressure is in any way but pointed out pros & cons to each mattress we tried. While he did offer some of the higher prices add-ons, when we said no, her didnt try to change our minds or push. Not a very good experience. The manager was great and knowledgeable, however, when it came time to set up delivery things went south. We were told since this store’s warehouse is out of Rock Hill, SC they can not deliver to the High Rock Lake area. Our home is 19.6 miles from the store and less from the Albemarle store. He offered $50 toward U haul-really! We ended up purchasing nicer product at great price from Shumakers in Lexington and had the bedding in our home within three hours.

Stopped by the Salisbury store looking to replace my sons twin bed with a queen size bed. Hes finally outgrown his kid bed. The store clerk, Jaron, was very prompt and courteous helping us choose a new bed. We explained that we really didnt want to spend too much money, but were still concerned about quality and comfort. We also let him know that we had found one at another store that we were interested in purchasing. He showed us all the options that Mattress Firm had to offer, including some floor models that were marked down to exceptionally low prices. However, we explained to him that the mattress set from the other store was a little less expensive and of similar quality. He was quick to point out their price match guarantee. He made a quick call to check on the price match, and just like that quoted a price that we couldnt beat for that quality of mattress anywhere in our area. The whole experience was pleasant and Im sure my teenage son will absolutely love his new bed, although Im strongly considering keeping it for myself and giving him my old one. Lol!
