They were EXTREMELY helpful. Answered all of my questions directly. No song and dance. They gave me a good reasonably priced estimate for carpeting a small room. I had gone to a big box store and could not find anyone who was particularly knowledgeable. I did get an estimate from them. It was $250.00 more for a similar product.

Be careful with this business!! We did not have a good experienceA little after they put our floors down. It seems as though the workmanship is not good.We I tried contacting them several times and chased them for about 2 years and they gave us the runaround and ignored our phone calls hoping we would go away. We were ignored until warranty was up! I will not go there ever again!!
