Was treated great 👍. They fixed my truck for way less than I thought it would cost. They even took some off the final quoted price. Ill be going there again if I have any problems with my truck again.

Tony H is a 100% jerk wont acknowledge you when you try to get help from him and when you go back you have to pay him too. Authorized repairs then I had to pay. Then waiting over 25minutes to get me car. I found my car before he even bothered to come out with the keys. Overall poor customer service poor poor.+1 Star because I enjoyed the Uber shuttle rides.

Called one week in advance to get oil change in motorhome with Ford V10 engine. He said come in at 8 am. I told him I couldnt leave it I live in it.When we got there I had no appointment but they said they would do it.After 2 hours they said they had no idea when they could get to it! Really guys? Thats the best service you give?Wish they would have told me the truth a week ago, I could have went some place else.They get an F.

I delivered parts here and I thought it was going to be bad getting into a dock, but it was easy even with a lot of vehicles around in the back. The people are friendly and helpful!!!

Not impressed with much at all here. I knew my truck had an issue, but I found out later it had an even bigger issue than I’d thought. Ford did not advise me of this issue until after the fact. They charged me as much as it would have cost for an engine replacement. I continue to have a faulty engine and when I asked them for some help since they had poor communication in their end, (which they admitted to), they said they couldn’t do anything for me. I am a college student, husband and father and don’t have the time, nor money for miscommunication or money grabbers. I will not be bringing my truck back or recommending them to anybody unless their are some major changes. I Do Not appreciate being taken advantage of.

I have never had a bad experience with the staff at this dealership. Most of the time it feels like were old friends catching up with how friendly everyone is!

Nate the service writer is a beast. thank you. dropped my transit off for a wiring issue and he made it happen. hes a really solid dude. cant say thank you enough.

Service department is awesome and always gets me taken care of! Even if its something they dont normally deal with. Very helpful and never have to worry about my vehicle being in their hands. Nate is the man! Getting me the parts I needed and dealing with my stubborn insurance company, he was on my side 100%

The people working at parts are very friendly and helpful. We made pleasant small talk whilst looking up my parts. They also ensured I left with the correct components to complete my corrective maintenance. Their is nothing more I can ask for in a dealer parts department.

Parts department is very slow and very disrespectful! Most if not all of there employees need to be terminated. I am sure there are a few of them I have not spoke with yet. But I have spoken with several and they are all rude! If LHM were alive he would not stand for it! I sure hope that the Ford Motor Company removes there license to operate unless they drastically improve there customer service.

This is where I get all my car repairs done. Straight forward service.

Parking was limited. There was one person helping a customer. He was taking a long time and it took about 20 minutes to get a second person. Then they didnt have the part.

2 and a half hour wait for an oil change, oily finger prints on my door and steering wheel. Not impressed. The only reason I give two stars, the staff is very friendly.

The people working at parts are loudly discussion politics in an offensive way. Also, when I was there they were fighting amongst each other in front of customers and calling each other a**holes... Unbelievable.
