Helpful with my unusual fuel pump parts issue. Couldnt find stock of what I needed but the two people that helped me did their best, even cheerfully staying a bit past close to look at options.

Lousy service. Waited 15 minutes while the employees stood around socializing with an individual. Napa just isn’t what it used to be. Plus the price difference between Napa and Oreilly are like night and day. Not even competitive anymore

I called and asked them to put a few items in will call for me to pick up later in the evening. When I arrived they said they were not held. I did eventually get what I came for, but would have been nice if they did what they said.

This store has always been champ! Had what I needed for the right price. NOT AT ALL HAPPY with the national website telling me their stores are open until 4pm, me showing up at 2:30 and having a store shut down at 2pm. Change the website hours to meet the stupid store hours, its not that damn hard!

Sent to three locations none had the oil I needed complete waste of timeThanks for responding so fast I dont believe it was the staffs fault they looked the oil up in system and it told them it was at the other location if they would have called to varified it could have saved me the drives

Dont order on line they dont know what they have in stock and cant tell you when to expect it but they tell you it will be ready for pick up in 30 minutes then after you pay.you get it when you get it

Im a wholesale customer got a decent price on a turbo it was supposed to come from Denver but was coming from the factory so well be delayed Tuesday or hour to give it a five star its okay though Im just glad I didnt have a customer that was pressing to get their car

Think twice before purchasing parts from any napa. I tried to get my radiator warrantied and ended up getting less than a helpful response. I called about it before I went there and was told they had it, then I show up and that wasnt the case. One person at the counter said it was in the back on a pallet, and the gentleman helping me said in the back meant in another state. Get your stories straight napa. I really dont think I will ever buy from this company again.

Theyve been extremely helpful to my family, letting us run a huge sale in their parking lot & even donating to it to help fund my husbands cancer expenses. In store the employees are very helpful & knowledgeable also. Store is always clean & organized.

I love their parts. Really nice quality parts. But getting the right part seems to be an issue. Every time I get a part there’s an issue and it’s parts for the wrong model. First it was brakes, didn’t fit and I take the parts in and Thor told me that nothing I was sold would fit. And this evening I’m in the middle of an oil change and what do ya know, wrong oil filter. Oreilly hasn’t given me this type of problem before.

For the most part I have a great experience at this store. They carry some good quality parts. Their prices can be a little high on some parts. But a for the most part NAPA is always my first choice when it comes to buying parts locally for my vehicles.

Ill tell you what this is like the hub for NASA for Salt Lake so if you need something this nap Napa well definitely have it if youre looking for electrical you can go no other place they literally are the place for electrical other than that their parts are overpriced theyre fairly Chevy parts leaving their brand-name stuff is seems to be almost second hand so I can warn other than that great staff the service theres a little bit slow theyre very helpful though as far as knowledge about what to look for and where to look may not have it on hand but theyll help you find it one way or the other like I said go ahead and visit if you need electrical definitely the place if you need other parts I would recommend somebody else or somewhere else and they if you look at some of my reviews you can find out where

This was my fourth stop on my search for this part and NAPA had it, which is awesome, and the clerk was very polite. The reason that Im only giving 3 stars is because it took about 45 minutes to get my part. The person helping me went to the back at least 5 times and had multiple wrongs parts brought to him before I finally got what I needed. So, nice guy and they had a part that I couldnt find in 3 other stores, it just took way to long to get what I needed.

Couldnt find all my parts !!! But the service was good. The guy was willing to help as much as his knowledge allowed him.

I place order on line so that it would be ready when I get there so I can run in get it and leave. Simple order. 2 quarts of 5-30 rotella oil. When I get there I give the guy my name and he cant find it. I give Hime the order number. He finds it then walks out to the oil section to get the oil. Why wasnt it just waiting for me? Well after looking in 3 different areas the employee says he has to look in the back but has to wait for his coworker to come back to keep an eye on the counter. Nope, I had to leave. So much for the preordering.

Took my buddy over to Napa I always tell people if you need electrical nap is truly the place to go other than that theyre overpriced on pretty much everything else great customer service really likes it that they were really helpful for us today and I appreciate everybody there today get a chance you got electrical problems go to Napa you need regular parts dont go over there too expensive

You can generally find anything you need for vehicle repair.. unless its a special part like brake shield cover plate. Old model vehicles dont have replacements

Been here four times for electrical stuff and all four times ive had a different person and every person has been extreamly helpful and knowledgeable before the first time here i got sent around by oreilys emplees to different stores who could never help including the main hub who sed they could get the wire i needed but they had to order 100 feet and they stressed how it would then just sit in the back so i came here and ill never go anywhere else these guys ordered the cable i needed happily and have since then proved to have the best service in town

High recommend this place. I found a big socket hard to find an other places. The sale man was nice and helpful.

I love their carlyle hand tools! All Napa tools that have a manufactures defect in them causing them to break or just because you feel like it honestly, you can take the tool into any Napa location and have them honor the warranty with have no receipt . I do it all the time when i have a broken tool from them. I found the carlyle bean hand tool to be far the better quality tool all around and worth paying the extra money for them.

This location always provides me with great knowledgeable customer service. I feel they work extremely well together as a team in order to meet the guests satisfaction. Today I needed just some hose clamps and light bulbs. The Asst manager and Josh went out of their way to find the obscure taillight bulb my Audi used.

Excelent customer services

Came in looking for a Bosch fuel injector retaining clip that was used on millions of cars. Was directed by the counter person to check on an aisle filled with miscellaneous parts in plastic packaging. Spent 20 minutes checking the contents of those packages with no luck. Went to a competitor, they ordered the part, and I picked it up the next morning.

Good quality product but they are allittle pricy

Absolutely terrible service. I came in with two part numbers of parts listed as in-stock and spent over 30 min at the counter trying to get the items. The guy must have asked me to repeat the part numbers 10 times and never wrote them down. Buying two bleeder screws should not be this difficult, I suspect the clerk was stoned or something. We were the only customers and two other staff never stepped in to help.

I went to a factory authorized service center that wanted $37 for a flexible 1 3/4 air intake hose. Napa found me a suitable replacement. I can fit an adequate length of hose on 2 generators for $6. Nice work Napa team!

They know their stuff and will help you hail or high water. Mike is one of their cream of the crop best of the best there.

Been here twice, parts are great but absolutely terrible customer service. They don’t smile or greet you, and are rude and annoyed when you don’t immediately know what you want or how to ask about something you ordered. Not accommodating or friendly at all. There’s other parts stores nearby with comparable parts and much better customer service, so I’d say go somewhere else if you have the option.
