Ordered a big brake kit from Torq Motorsports in MAY 2019. The big brake kit was never delivered. After several phone calls and emails over 6 months, the parts were still not delivered. I requested a refund and they never provided it. I would not recommend this company or their products as they do not follow up to their order commitments or requests for a refund to customers.

Ive had my Torq14 resurrection axle for years and have abused it regularly. Bang for the buck there is no way I could have built or bought a comparable axle with the same budget. Thanks Torq

What an amazing place. They build the best 14bolt axles and side by side accessories anywhere. Jim is a great guy(maybe too nice) and is honest and goes the extra mile for everyone that needs his help. This is a great example of the things that make america great. Give them a shot for your offroad needs.

Doug would like his 16.5k back since the company will not deliver. Delivering a product 2 years late is not acceptable business practice. Its too late for customer service and its too late to save the company.

Weak customer service, there are complaints all the way back from 2013 of customers waiting months for their parts. Customers calling in for whereabouts on their parts have been met with profanity and being hung up on.

Takes deposit in parts and never produced the parts or a refund. Dishonest and shady company. Do not to business with them if you like your money or having a product.

Had to dispute my credit cards to get my axles to ship after being months past the deadline. Then had to pay a shop to rebuild the axles. Ended up getting rid of the front axle and replaced with a spidertrax. Take your money elsewhere.

Generally frowned upon to postpone a refund of over $15k for 2 years after never delivering on a product.
