I would like to recommend Quality Billiards to anyone considering purchasing a pool table for their home. The level of customer service I received was top notch! I dealt mostly with Josh and Sarah, both of who were extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I had requested a Boise State custom cloth and it came in looking absolutely amazing (maybe not so much if you are a Utah or BYU fan...). The delivery/install team also did a terrific job getting everything installed and positioned correctly for my specific space. My basement is finally complete! Thanks again, you guys!!

We wanted a good billiard table and this place came up high on a search so we contacted them. Josh immediately sent an email with quite a few of their pool tables with prices. Talk about service! The store was a great place to see and touch the product we wanted. The price was great and the sales associate was great.The delivery started off very well but at the end they left staples in the carpet that we keep finding and didn’t cover the bottom of the pool table when drilling then left the debris on the base.They covered the floor when drilling but then picked up the covers without rolling them and the debris went into the carpet.So everything was great except for the finishing of the delivery.

Excellent job of repairing my pool table, which had popped a seam in the slate. It was a complex job (see photo) and Joe & Travis completed the task effectively and efficiently. They arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was finished.

I had a great experience with Quality Billiards the moment I stepped foot in the place. The owner was there so I was given the tour of the place. From the Foosball Tables to the Billiard Tables to the Arcade Games. Due to the size of my downstairs I went with the Tornado Sports Foosball Table. The wait for it to be completed from scratch took longer than expected, but I was in no hurray. Once they delivered it, they put it together in under an hour. Very sturdy and wonderful craftsmanship. Purchased an 8ft pool table with accessories. Josh and team were very helpful at showing us the different models and helped us pick the right model at the right price. Installation happened within a couple of weeks for us. We have had a couple of minor issues with the table, but guys were sent over quickly to resolve both times.

I bought my Olhausen pool table from these guys 20 years ago. I had them recover the table a few weeks ago. Great service back then and now. Only took a few days to get an appointment. The guys came on time and did a really good job. Ill be taking my cues in to get new tips soon.

Josh at Quality Billiards made making our game room setup easy and one stop. We purchased a pool table with ping pong top to be added, skee ball and digital pin pall machine with thousands of video games and pinball games available! Everything was of high quality and looks great. Took a couple of weeks to get all items in and delivered. We paid to have professional delivery and setup well worth the money. They did a great job setting everything up! We did have one malfunction on our pinball machine and Josh came up personally and spent time repairing it. We will go back again to purchase more items and I would highly recommend them to anybody!

My experience at Quality Billiards was great! I bought my first pool table here! I decided to get an 8 foot Olhausen Hampton. Josh, the owner of the store, was very nice, answered all my questions, and helped me through the whole process! I loved how I could customize everything on it and the selection to choose from was amazing! I thought it would be super expensive, but I was able to purchase one of my choice that was a reasonable price. The only complaint I had was that it took 3 months from my order to installation, but the factory had a natural disaster happen and Covid-19 had started, so it slowed down production a lot. Josh made it better by allowing me to upgrade a feature on my table! The installers were professionals and did an excellent job! They were very kind, knowledgeable, and cared about every detail! The pool table was beautiful! I would recommend anyone to Quality Billiards!!
