TETON Sports is a great company. I’ve bought tons of their product. I have had backpacks, clips, zippers, and other pieces break over time as I use the product, however, I’ve always been treated right when it came to their customer service. I’ve had items replaced quickly and have been happy with response time. When I go camping, I choose TETON Sports.

I purchased a Teton Oasis 1100 daypack with hydration system. One of the best investments yet. It’s definitely comfortable and holds everything I need for a day trip!

My everyday carry is a Teton Sports backpack. Love the drawstring closure with a pocket over top. Has lots of places to add items or strap extra to it. Also great pockets with tons of spots to organize and keep my gear accessible. Comfortable shoulder straps allow a good amount of weight to be held without pain or pinching. Great color scheme for my style. Awesome material that is durable and looks to last! Plus made by a great company!!

The Outfitter XXL Pivot Arm Cot is just what Ive been looking for for our camping trips. sturdy, comfortable & incredibly easy to set up. It is so much more comfortable than sleeping on the ground. What an awesome nights sleep - ready to go in the morning no stiffness!

I have several Teton products- the Sports Outfitter XXL cot and pad, the Sports Universal Cot and pad and 2 Sports XXL Fahrenheit sleeping bags and 1 Sports Celsius sleeping bag. All of these products have held up well over the last few years. They are durable, comfortable and dependable. The products I have purchased are definitely not made for backpacking, they are heavy and strong. Teton is my go to brand for camping.

Best sleeping bag Ive ever owned. I have the Tracker +5 and its amazing! Ive slept in zero degree Traverse City winters with this and always stay toasty warm. Would love to try the Altos tents!

I purchased several TETON Sports Mammoth (+20F) sleeping bags to sleep in on top of the roof of our houseboat at Lake Powell in May/June. These bags are awesome!! They are incredibly soft inside and plenty big for my girlfriend and I to share. There is nothing better than falling asleep under the stars and keeping warm all night long (temps drop into the upper 50s). We like to keep the bottom zipper completely open and I usually fall asleep with my side zipper 1/2 way down while she keeps her side zipped fully up.I did have some initial problems with the stitching on both bags however, TETON Sports ultimately made sure everything was taken care of. I would have given them 5 stars but it took a while to get things resolved. I am indeed a happy camper now!

Bought a two sleeping bags and two cots. When I opened one of the cots the canvas had a small rip in the canvas. I notified customer service. That was nearly a month ago . Have yet to hear back. Generally decent gear, zero customer service. You lost my biz!

Teton sports is so rad, they have great gear that I have used all over the world. I took their backpack to Nepal and Patagonia and their stuff worked perfectly. They are also the nicest guys that work there, always willing to help out and answer questions I have!

The quality of their backpacks is so bad. I bought two for my boyfriend and in the small one the clip brokes the second time he used it. Also the service is bad too because they sell trough Amazon in Canada but no one take care of the page or answer for the damaged purchases. So disapointed with the brand and the luck of help.

They brag about there customer service and Warranty. I ordered the 12 foot canvas tent. Used one time and noticed it had holes in the canvas. So I got ahold of Teton sports expecting to get the issue resolved because they talk about how great there customer service is and all. But how wrong I was they kept beating around the bush around it never helped me now I have a 550 dollar tent with holes in it that came from the factory. Ill never buy another Teton sports item again what a joke.Amazon took care of me pretty sad they had to do your job. Ya u offered to send me a new tent after 4 days of playing email tag I tryied calling several times goes straight to voice mail maybe u should get that fixed. Dont say on your web site that if the product is vaulty that you ll send a new one so we can go enjoy the outdoor s worry free its a lie. When I first found the holes I had no worries cuz of the things u say on your web site but after dealing with your customer service department I got up set. U guys tell me to season my tent but the tent never came with instructions on how to season it. I dont see how seasoning my tent would of sealed up such large holes. Someone in the factory clearly went off course while sewing the canvas. Look at the picture I sent u guys. everything u asked I included in the photos. But overall we loved the tent the ONE time we used it. I planned on using it on a two week archery elk hunt in the fall. I do have several of your sleeping bags and they have all been great and warm. But I just dont think Ill ever go with your products again. I expected alot better especially for the price of the tent. Before purchasing the tent I researched different tents watched your videos and sadly chose your canvas tent.

Great outdoor products ruined by uninformed/unresponsive customer service. My question over the past several weeks: Do you ship the XXL Tent Elite Rain Fly to Canada? Facebook Messenger reply from Teton: Yes we do. Okay, so I go to their site, their shipping options at checkout? USA only. So, no Teton, you dont ship this to Canada. Its the left hand having no clue of what the right hand is doing I guess. Such a shame. Either theres no response on Twitter, FB Messenger, or Email, and if they do bother to reply, they havent fact checked the shipping to Canada issue. Unfair review? Not really when a companys customer service team dont do their homework, and reply with bogus information. I certainly do recommend Teton products, but be prepared for very poor customer service interaction. And, if youre a Canadian, forget any hope of getting your hands on the XXL Tent Elite Rain Fly.UPDATE: Finally after all my efforts I was contacted by Teton by phone who sorted me out. I was finally sold the rainfly but they covered the shipping. A good gesture and appreciated (naturally). As predicted the rainfly came in handy almost at once when I went camping by Lake Huron. You’ve restored my faith in your customer service and I hope that the shipping to Canada issue has been sorted. Again, I fully endorse Teton products and they’re definitely my first choice for products for the great outdoors. I’ve upgraded my rating to five stars from one because, overall, I’m happy with all my Teton products. (Note: they sorted this issue in August 2018, but I’ve just learned how to update and edit Google reviews).

Terrible customer service ! Incompetent representatives especially “ Brooke “ a nightmare to deal with, avoid at all cost.

The customer service was awesome. I went camping and used my cot tent setup. Great until it rained and I noticed that the rainfly wasnt long enough. I noticed rain between the cot and the bottom of the tent but no water ever got through. Noticed they sold a elite rainfly that extended passed the cot so I wanted to pick it up. Web site no longer had it available and Amazon or eBay didnt sell it so I contacted the customer service through facebook. They told me there were issues with the manufacturing and to send me pictures of the male and female buckle. Luckily since the company is from Salt Lake and I happened to work near there distribution center I was able to just buy it and pick it up. When I picked it up, the guys and girls working there were awesome and they explained to me that the reason why they no longer had the elite rainfly on there website was because the manufacturing company changed the buckle and people were getting the wrong ones that wouldnt clip on. Now I have the rainfly and Ill be more comfortable on buying the under cot storage and cushion because I know water wont get to it. Thanks for standing by your product and taking care of people that have a perticular need in there camping set up. Again you guys are awesome.

Used their ultralight Trailhead +20 sleeping bag on my latest trip up Simi and Hummingbird trail. Nailed it. Best investment Ive made so far in my gear. Super light and extremely warm. By comparison my mates were using Colemen and REI bags. One froze all night and the other spent $300; I was comfortably in the middle with having spent $70 and kept perfectly warm. I will use their gear EXCLUSIVELY. Thanks Teton.
