I would say the product is good but the girl behind the counter was very short and was not nice.

The personnel here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One individual, named Chance, spent several minutes with me on the phone trying to diagnose a problem. He wasnt pushy and I didnt feel rushed. We discussed several options. They also have very reasonable prices. Its the only place Ill go for a vehicle battery.Thanks for the great service!~Landon

Hannah the manager here is awesome. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Offered us free drinks and candy and always wore a smile. She took a few minutes and explained why their batteries are better than the competition and had one of her guys install the battery without additional cost. I will definately be back and will recommend to my friends. Thanks Hannah and team!

Called and talked with the manager Hanna. Got a good battery with great service not to mention treating me as a valued customer.Battery was loaded into my car before I even got out the door.I Will be buying from her again.

Never buy used batteries here. Just have 90 days warranty an the battery work no more than 60. Go an buy on pick and pull or another similar place. Will have better results. Just my opinion.

I came in this morning with not only a very dead battery, but cables that were corroded completely through. Mark helped me find the best deal for a battery (witha lifetime warranty) for my car and even installed the battery and the cables! It was a very positive experience with excellent customer service! I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

So Ill be honest Ive tried to work here before as a driver the manager she said I want to hire you then had a second interview with the big Boss he even flew in from California so I thought cool I got me a job crossing fingers the job called for a class b cdl driver so I went for it since Ive had my cdl for 7 years they passed me up said I was not what they are looking for even after being clean shaved dress pants dress shirt looking good and then they pass me up so I find they are looking fir drivers again.....so I try again thinking second time a charm they pass me up again I ask why and all they can say is we see you have applied for the job and thats why I got passed up Im lost so if someone with 7 years driving is under qualified what makes you qualify for the job who knows I wish I did so battery systems is just another company who does not care to hire good workers they hire people who dont want to be there or the new guy would last longer then 2 months so in my eyes this company is a JOKE!!!!!!!!

I gave him five stars because they was extremely helpful they went out of their way to help me to find the correct battery for what I needed I had already bought two other batteries from other places that said they would work and wouldnt but with the help I got at the Battery Systems of Utah I now have the correct battery for the job.

My husband and I were traveling through Salt Lake City in our Roadtrek camper van and discovered that our house (not car) battery was dead and failing to charge. Most places we stopped at or called had no idea what we needed in our Roadtrek. We were on our way to a gas station when we just happened to spy the sign of Battery Systems on the road we were on, so we pulled in. Randy Grant, the assistant branch manager, knew exactly what we needed, offered several options, and explained the pros and cons of each one. We made our informed choice, bought the battery, and he installed it on the spot for only $10 more. We made the rest of our 2000 + mile vacation trip without incident and the battery performed beautifully! I highly recommend this business for being knowledgeable with very reasonable prices and great customer service.

Both the batteries and the customer service are awful. Batteries dont last and then they refuse to honor the warranty. This last time, they sold me the wrong size battery and then when I had to replace it with a new one, (learned my lesson and bought from Napa), they not only refused to give any sort of a refund over $5, but the manager was extremely rude and confrontational. NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! I never will again!

Nothing is good about battery systems.Their batteries sure way over priced and dont last any longer than an OReilly or AutoZone battery.But the worse part is they suck at costumer service and warranty.I have two batteries that are a year old, but because they tested below 10 volts they wouldnt warranty the them. Then they tried to charge me $175.00 a piece for new ones.I can get a premium battery from a regular retailer with a no hassle three year warranty for $120.00 ea.I have had them do this to me on three other batteries, leaving me out several hundred dollars.Bottom line, I will not do business with them any more.
