Very easy going no hassle or haggle experience, which I normally have gotten at most other dealerships.I would normally much rather buy from a private party to avoid the dealership experience, but this was the best of both worlds where I didnt get any annoying sales tactics but also got their experienced opinion and recommendations based on my needs and wants.Because they specialize in specific types of imports only, theyre definitely experts in their field and pick and choose their inventory super carefully. Whatever car of theirs that you might have your eye on is bound to be very clean in every sense of the word and unique in some way that will make it stand out from all the rest similar makes and models for sale elsewhere.

Guchon Imports has gone above and beyond my expectations. I am from Memphis, TN and saw a 330ci for sale at the dealership. I worked with Moe, and he never left a question unanswered and communicated very efficiently and was always punctual. I made it clear that I would be driving the 1600 miles home in the BMW, and he reassured me with the preventative maintenance already performed, the car was fit for a journey like that. The walk-around, test drive, and transaction was flawless. I drove back home with no problems, and any other questions or problems I had well after purchase, Moe continued to take good care of me. I cannot recommend this small dealership enough. A true enthusiasts dream! Quality cars, quality work, quality business.

Bought a used car from this small, locally owned business. The owners were both very friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable. The car buying experience was so easy with these guys and they disclosed everything about the history of the vehicle before I even looked at the paperwork. These guys are honest and easy to work with. They took great care of me and my wife when we came to look at and buy our Mini Cooper S from them. They dont have ridiculous extra fees that most dealerships tack on to the purchase price when you buy a vehicle. They are very meticulous when going over the vehicles they sell to make sure everything is in order before you buy it. They ended up replacing hood struts, hatch struts, Front suspension strut bearings, and the third brake light before we bought it. They also gave it the once over on maintenance with an oil change and fluid check/top off. We had to put a deposit down on the Mini so they would hold it for us which they did even though they had competing offers that came in while they were holding it. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a German import.

I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs. Not only do they give you the best deals on vehicles but they are honest and amazing for repairs even if the vehicle didnt come from their shop. Had I went anywhere else Id have probably spent over 3K on repairs but Guchon imports not only gave me the best deal, which ended up saving me 2K in repairs (and thats not from 2nd hand parts but quality goods), they continuously kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle and advice for any with my vehicle as well as what needed to be done. So where do I start. I purchased a 2006 BMW M3 from Guchon Imports almost a year ago. It is most AMAZING vehicle I have ever driven. Just picked up an M Coupe from Guchon imports. I live in Los Angeles and purchased this car remotely sight unseen. I had asked them to find me one and provided them with a list of must haves. They found the car, completed an inspection, had it detailed and picked me up from the airport in it! These are the go to guys for enthusiast cars!

Make sure they have the CAR TITLE before you purchase. They said the title was at their flooring business; they also said the car was bought at Car Max. (I had my car appraised at Car Max and they will not buy your car unless you bring the title). I did not buy the BMW from Guchon Imports because they could not produce the title. They should disclose the title complications immediately for obvious reasons! They have a very nice website though.

Incredible experience with Moe and Ali. This is the best place to visit if you are trying to buy a very good used germany car paying a reasonable price. Moe and Ali knows exactly what means to buy, take care and to sell a used german car. Bought a GL550 off autotempest two weeks ago first time I bought a car without driving it, Moe put new tires on the car and delivered it to my residents, car looked good but was dying on me when sitting at idle the battery light was coming on had the car checked and the battery and axillary battery were 7 years old called Moe and they paid for new batteries no more problems they stand by their cars .

I put a lot of miles on cars and buy a lot of cars compared to most people. I despise most dealers and have walked out on every dealer Ive previously dealt with; I usually buy cars from individuals. These guys were totally different, there was zero pressure, they were honest about what they knew and didnt know about the car. They responded to questions before and after the sale by text and phone. They advertised a fair price for a good car. Overall Im very happy and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Bought a Mitsubishi Montero! Super awesome car and these guys were great to work with. It had a check engine light and they helped get it repaired, even when it ended up being a bit more expensive than they thought it would be. Excellent service and super communicative.

These guys are absolutely desohonest! this is my worst car buying experience EVER!! The car i bought it, in the first 1000 miles has tons of mechanical problems.($2000 extra in repairs from my own wallet) and they was know it, but they hide it I will absolutely never come back to Guchon Imports and either will recomended this sellers! i give one star without option but in real is 0.
