This was a completely disappointing experience.I dont remember ever being treated more poorly by a sales person. I am providing a great amount of detail so that you can fully understand my rating. I arrived at the store and the woman behind the desk (lets call her B) did not greet me. I looked around for a while--and saw a number of things I liked--the inventory is great. I asked her where to find one thing in particular and only then did she actually get up, speak to me and show me where to look. I found something that I really liked for one room, and returned to the desk to ask for an estimate. She responded by saying that they really only did big jobs.When I asked again, she took my contact information and said that shed get it to me. I went outside to meet a friend in the parking lot whod arrived to look at the used carpet that was free for the taking. One of the contract-installers wandered over to look at the carpet. The three of us had a brief conversation about the used carpet. B came storming out of the store, rudely interrupted our conversation and told us not to interrupt her employees (who were actually contractors) because they had work to do. A one star rating is very generous.

Mike was great to work with. Knowledgable. Been in the business for years and he’s a straight shooter. Not many like him these days. Would absolutely recommend. Never got the run around like typical sales places. Thanks for your help Mike. Carpet and engineered wood looks great. We’ll be back.

Spent $10K on LVP. Install was terrible. Trying to work with them to fix the job was a joke. They would not even supply me with caulk to fill in the gaps they left in the floor. They would also not even tell me what it was so I could purchase something similar to what they used to fill in other gaps. I finally just paid the balance due to be done with it.Watch your bill. They also tried to charge me over $500 for Ram Board they never even brought to my house. Very unprofessional.

Oh how heavenly the new carpet looks and feels! It is definitely worth the price I paid.This is the second time I bought a carpet there. And I plan to order two more, one at a time.The two guys who installed it were friendly and helpful.

These guys were awesome. I ordered a custom rug for a cabin and Cyd was great to work with. She even volunteered to delivered it out to my house when it would not fit in my truck. Great service.
