Caroline was phenomenal in the back room. I worked mostly with her, but the rest of the staff was happy and helpful to point things out. Caro was incredibly educated and very easy to talk and open up to especially about intimate questions. I’ve never had a problem every time I’ve come here! Thanks BB!

All I can say is WOW. These employees go above and beyond to help their customers. They are genuinely caring and happy to help. They were able to answer all of our questions with detailed information and my wife and I both learned a lot and were able to make informed decisions about our our purchases. Meagan and Caro were so nice and when they didn’t have one of the items we wanted they took the time to call there other locations to find it for us. Really loved this experience and the friendliness off the staff. Great store, great employees. I had never been shopping for special un-mentionables to wear for my special someone, but I had something classy as well as sexy in mind. It was his birthday, so it really needed to be perfect. I travel for work and had no idea where to go, and I came across Sugar House Blues. Website looked like it was a fit, so I headed over.Upon walking in I knew I was in the right place. The classy 1940’s style dresses upfront were to die for!Everything was just truly beautiful and well made.Finally I found what I hoped I’d been looking for and aimed for the dressing room.Can we say HOT?!When I came out I was greeted by Kelly who asked me how everything fit, and I was ecstatic!Now I needed the finishing touches, so she turned me to Chelsea who found me the perfect item!I left feeling like I made new friends and had a really comfortable experience!Thank you! I have been to this location multiple times. I love the layout and all that they offer. I was helped by Margarita O. and got the items I needed, the only issue I have had is with the point system you have to remember to remind the cashier BEFORE putting your card through about your phone number. I spent quite a bit on stuff and didnt get my points for it because they didnt ask for a phone number.

Literally such a rip off I bought a corset as a Halloween costume didn’t even wear it. It has a HOLE in the front by the zipper and they won’t let me return it. I haven’t even worn it AND it was like 100$ soooo cheap

Great local lingerie shop. Cant believe people are giving this place a bad review because theyre claiming they can find similar product online for cheaper. If we all need to support local businesses as much as possible instead of China, then we wouldnt need to penny pinch so much. Not to mention when you buy online you might get scammed, it might not fit, and it might be lower quality materials and/or stitching

I bought five pairs of underwear from this shop, including a $50 bra. They were kind when we were shopping but now a few weeks later, I decided to wear a pair. It’s black with two bows on the bottom, a few hours go by and I can feel stingy in my lower regions which never happens. I went up into my restroom to check and my entire butt and front area are dyed the color of the underwear I was wearing from this store. This has never ever happened to me before! My mom called the store and tried explaining what happened and the women on the other end was very rude, she than spoke with the manager who told her to get a lawyer. And that’s exactly what we will do.

This place is an over priced rip off. The employees are ignorant, perfidious, pernicious and rude. I suggest you visit a top tier online retailer or another fine local establishment such as All for Love (3072 S Main) where you will find better value, better selection and friendly staff.

So disappointed in this company. I’ve always heard great things but it was very obvious that as a trans person I was not welcomed here. I got many nasty looks from the employees. And the employees ignored me when I asked a question the assistant manger rudely told me she was on break. I was just so appalled at the treatment. And the more I’ve looked for other people experiences the more I can see they are not lgbtq friendly.

Everyone in the staff was very knowledgeable on the products and being a plus size girl, they let me know how their items were sorted so so I could find what I wanted. They were also so SO sweet! For what my bf and I expected, this place was seriously underwhelming. Everything is overpriced and can be found online for cheaper. The 18+ section wasn’t exciting and also overpriced. From viewing the strobe lights outside at night, you’d think there’d be a party going on. There wasn’t.

I was here tonight with my husband to find some intimate items I was in need of. Blue Boutique is the only place we go for items like this, since we moved to Salt Lake 10 years ago.The staff is amazing, the selection is incredible, and the selection is so on point! Its just a great shop, with phenomenal employees.Tonight I had a pretty unique item I was shopping for, and Becca was the most kind, intelligent, and professional service agent Ive ever had! To put it mildly, she was outstanding!!!! She helped me find exactly what I needed, wasnt embarrassed about my openness, and was so incredibly helpful. I wouldve never been able to find what I needed without her help. She absolutely deserves to be commended, and get a raise. Shes one of the best employees Ive everhad there (although all of them have always been great over the years).I just want to personally thank Becca for her help, patience, and kindness.
