Solid selection, back staff better than front

Due to only needing a couple items and since the staff was very smart and well versed in there products I was able to be in and out the store quickly, happily and extremely satisfied. Wide selection of products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and to top it all off they give Military DISCOUNT!!! Highly recommend these guys especially for pod type vapes.

I’ve visited smoke/vape shops all around the US and this IS the best. Please, don’t ever shut down. I have been coming here since I was 19 and I’m now 24. Yes, the nic addiction is strong with this one but at least I can visit a clean, healthy, and safe environment where I can breath clean air to get what I need and discover new items. I’ve been going to SLC location since I moved but when I lived in Utah county I went to that one too. The points system is my favorite and that’s where I’m really able to get a good deal on a rainy day! Not to mention, I got a HUGE bong there at a really good price. Love what you guys do, thank you for taking Utah to the next level and making it a better place for people like me!

I meant to put this review in over a month ago because Vapes are a device that like a computer or lawnmower takes maintenance and someone who has the knowledge of how they function is definitely worth the extra few dollars you spend to shop here. Because I guarantee you will save five times that amount or more in the long run. Me and my husband bought Vapes on 13th and state and they put wrong tanks on modes that broke quickly and wouldnt replace or give even a discount on new ones. We were out $150. Empire employees customer service is so good its unbelievable. Its also nice that they know their product. Its really the only place in the whole city anyone should shop for this type of product.

I decided to venture out on a scooter instead of driving to try them out. I got to this place and asked if i could place the scooter inside the door, completely out of the way. Some employee yelled at me across the store to take it outside. I replied that it was dark and i was worried about it getting stolen. He said you people need to leave your stuff outside. I replied, fine ill go to smokers guru instead. Cost them a $200 sale He assumed i was some hobo or something im sure. Have a little respect for your patrons. I would understand if you didnt have room or other merchandise near. This guy was just being rude. Go to smokers guru. Allot better customer service.
