Photo center is horrible. Customer service is horrendous. Ordered photos from here and they came out very saturated and looked nothing like the finished product online nor like the professional photos that were taken. I tried seeing how we could fix the invitations and was told several different things of why it’s my fault. First it was “the way I sent the photos” then it was bc it was on card stock then it was bc the invitations were double sided and then it was bc the photos were “edited that way” which clearly they are not! I showed them the picture of how it should look and regardless it was not their fault in any way and there was no way to just order new invitations w the corrected color (not Saturated). Do not waste your time or money here. Worst customer service ever.

I echo what other reviewers said. The pharmacy manager definitely hates customers. It was Halloween and she definitely was playing the witch

Well other than trying to send me to the ER with seizures due to incorrect label directions on a narcotic, Im sure this place is great. I was discharged from the hospital and dropped off my paper prescriptions to be picked up later that afternoon. They filled the narcotic with the instruction to take ELEVEN every 4 hours. Cool, cool. Good thing I was of sound mind after major surgery and wasnt elderly, young, or otherwise naive about medicine. I tried calling them several times to report this, but they never answer their phones. Im sure the state pharmacy board will, however.

Always have great stock, and have some great finds! The problem lies in the employees. This location, for some reason, NEVER has pleasant employees. IF they say anything at all, it’s more grunts than actual words. Not great experiences, but they’ve got neat stuff, so I keep going.

This place was not friendly to my friends service dog, I also went to pick something up for Parkside pick up and they told me it wasnt in stock.

If theres no one in the store and no one has come in, they are allowed to close at 11:55pm.There is a kiosk where you connect the your phone or other device to upload photos to our system, then the staff presses print at their station and assembles them.If you are picking up photos, often theres only the cashier working the photo station so stand in line and your last name is all thats needed. 😊Pharmacy hours: 7am-10pm 7 days a week, excluding major holidays.

I went there today at 8 am to take my sons picture from the computer and nobody helped me expect one lady she said to do it your self I am very disappointed at the customer service

Why say open until 12a if they refuse service & shut down registers a quarter till?? Just say yall close at 11:45p so that I can go somewhere actually open until midnight. All I needed was laundry soap, I wouldve been out before this store even closes. 🙄🙄

Had some really positive experiences and some negative but all together clean store.

Please read the rite aid reviews also. I love rite aid and cvs and some walgreens but not this location. I do not go to this murray Walgreens ever now Rite aid had excellent sale ad prices

Pharmacist Rebecca was very rude and impatient.

Close to home and convenient.

They never answer the phone, there is no automated system to refill prescriptions and they always take forever to fill your prescription. I do not want to come to this pharmacy again.

Great staff very knowledgeable

Came to this location, because another Walgreens said I would find the product I was looking for here. When we asked where we could find the product, we got attitude and they said they did not have it. After looking around we found it no thanks to their help. When we told them we had found it, they gave us more attitude.
