Sweet Rolled Tacos? Are you kidding me? Im pretty sure this is my new favorite dessert spot now! Such a cute little place while a lot of yummy menu options! I ended up getting the birthday cake with sprinkles. Yummy! The whole experience of watching the workers make your ice cream in front of you it is so fun! The gateway did. Great job getting them here. Great location! Will be coming back very soon. Also, great job on highliting mental health month! 10/10 recommend!

Delicious and they make their own ice cream flavors. The avocado ice cream is really special it has such a buttery satisfying flavor its weird I love it. They even gave us a free lemonade because they were out of a favor and took extra time to make it.

We were hesitant to have either avocados or sweet yams in an ice cream, yet ordered it as a novelty. We were amazed at the combination of sweet and savory, yet not over powering. Others tried more traditional flavors like brownie, cookie dough, or cookies and cream. None of us left disappointed... or hungry!

They make fresh ice cream in front of you. The menu at the wall communicates to the client very efficiently what you get from your order and pricing. All the competition should take notes

Loved it! The ice cream was delightful. Only issue was trying to make a decision on which taco I wanted! I definitely recommend this place if you havent tried it. Does not disappoint.

This is super good coffee and ice cream plus great customer service. Male Manager greeted us right when we came in and offered a delicious sample while we were looking at the menu.

Unique ice cream option. Id say its the best rolled ice cream weve had. Appreciate they have extensive concoction ideas. The waffle cone taco wrapping crumbles easily which is fantastic. You get a decent amount of ice cream. Probably the broadest selection of combinations in the valley.

This place is a great example of being close to greatness and missing the mark slightly. The single most important ingredient that takes a dessert from good to ambrosia of the gods is salt, and they dont use enough of it here. The quality is excellent otherwise so I hope they eventually make that simple change and realize their full potential.

Sweet Rolled Tacos is one of my favorite ice cream places! I love the flavor selections that they have and it is consistent every time that weve been. The staff here is super friendly and all wore masks. The dining area adhered to COVID guidelines and were spaced accordingly. The staff was also VERY on top of cleaning all the tables before the Customers sit down, which helped ease any worry of cleanliness. We ordered the Ube and Strawberry Cheesecake rolls and both were super DELICIOUS. I would definitely recommend anyone that wants to try any new and unique flavors to come here and try it out.

Delicious ice cream! Unique flavors and fun, colorful presentations. A little pricey when you have a couple kids, but it is hand rolled and great quality. The staff is not the friendliest but that is becoming more common at many establishments lately.

Great place to go for dessert! I got the strawberry shortcake taco, and I also got a cookies and cream milkshake which I forgot to take a photo of but it was so delicious! The end product is so beautiful you barely want to eat it, and the process is absolutely mesmerizing! It’s located in the gateway and I highly recommend going!

Guys, this place is amazing! They make your taco right in front of you in the style of Coldstone or Subzero but rolled up in a sweet taco shell. I always try something new and I always love it! They have shakes and lemonades too. If you dont want a taco shell, they will put it in a cup and it still looks so cute.

Such a fun, unique dessert experience! The environment and location of Sweet Rolled Tacos is pretty perfect in our opinion. There is plenty of outdoor seating and is a perfect location for summer nights. WIDE variety of flavors, we had a difficult time just picking two. We were blown away by the smooth texture of their rolled ice cream. In our past experiences with rolled ice cream it has had ice chunks, but this was so creamy! We got Strawberry Cheesecake and Monster Ink.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is cute and they have a variety of options to choose from. It was hard to decide because every option sounded delicious. I had the coconut rolled taco. Very tasty! Ill definitely be going back to try more flavors.

This was a fun place to stop for a treat while visiting the Gateway. It was super busy but the line went quickly and our food came out fast as well. We had the strawberry shortcake and smores tacos and both were delicious.

We came here few times, because near us. Love the actions of making the roll ice cream, friendly and fast service. Conveniently price. Too cute to eat it actually. The only thing that I havent try is their shakes. Soon.

This place had Ube ice cream, one of my favorites. The other options were creative as well and the price wasn’t that bad for the amount that you get. It was also really cool to see them make it in front of you. The little seating area outside was perfect for the time of day that I went, it was warm but out of direct sunlight so it was comfortable.

Honestly wasnt sure if this was going to be anything special. I had tried rolled ice cream before and not been impressed. But this place is awesome 🙂. The flavors are great and there are so many choices. The taco seems like the most obviously suitable way to eat rolled ice cream. Why has nobody else thought of this.

Really neat concept and makes for a fun date night dessert place. Presentation is really well done and makes for the perfect Facebook or Instagram *not so humble brag* post.Ice cream was pretty good, creamy and decent flavor, toppings were good. Eating it was a little hard just from the simple concept of how Its made because its so ultra Frozen.Really the only downside to this place is how expensive the dessert is. A little over $7 just as a little bit beyond the mark of where it should be. You get a surprisingly large amount of ice cream but $7 each just makes this especially occasion place only unless you can justify splitting one, and Im I eat like Im 600lbs so thats not going to happen.

Presentation was awesome! The ice cream wasnt my favorite, but Im not much of a fan of rolled ice cream in general. the flavors are great and staff are quick and kind.

Really fun experience. Wish we would have watched them make the ice cream! Would recommend doing that. Also they are big, so you can share! Ube was a fun flavor. But I would not recommend the 24k taco (with the charcoal coconut ice cream) unless you want your insides to be deep cleansed….

I got the rainbow road taco and it was absolutely heavenly. My friends tried other flavors and everyone loved what they ordered. I’m even vegan but I cheated to eat this but it was so worth it! The whole place was also super cute and it was so fun to visit! I’m definitely going to try out some other flavors and try a milkshake!

It was okay... The pictures of the menu items look markedly better than they are in real life. I expect them to be not as perfect, but dang, missed the mark.I wish I would have read the full description of the Green Tea I got also because it had nasty jellies in it (however, Id you like Boba, youd probably be fine with em{Im not a fan, its the texture, for me}). Staff was nice though, pretty friendly atmosphere overall.

Fun treats, that were pretty good. Was disappointed that my strawberry sauce was the super fake syrup stuff. I think the menu gave me confidence it would be a real strawberry sauce.

My experience was absolutely amazing. I had just come in from taking graduation pictures around the city and after a couple minutes they were playing graduation music to celebrate for me!! They workers were incredibly kind and did amazing on our ice cream and drinks. It was very clean as well. I would definitely come back here again.

Super cute place to take your family and satisfy your sweet tooth. We went there on Sunday afternoon after lunch and the wait time was 30+ mins!! But we didn’t mind waiting outside and enjoying the great weather.They have so many interesting flavors for both ice cream & drinks. We ordered 3 rolled ice creams: Monster Inc., Strawberry Sundae & 24K, and a drink...Thai boba tea. All 4 of there excellent!I absolutely loved (& was surprised by) the 24K which is a “Coconut charcoal ice cream, topped with whipped cream, coconut flakes, chocolate drizzle, 24K gold flakes”....it was not too sweet, and enjoyed the shredded coconut in it.Will definitely go back to try out their other items.

Great place for an amazing treat. Atmosphere of the place is nice and clean; great for a date or to spoil your children at. Ice cream is soft, creamy, and flavorful. The taco waffle shells are made fresh and are the perfect crisp. The added color to the shells didnt seem to change the taste at all (which was a concern of mine). I purchased two sweet rolled tacos, the Mint Oreo & a Mosters Inc for a total of $14.14 + tip. Both were great. I will definitely return to try more flavors.

This place is amazing. This is no ordinary Ice Cream Taco. The flavors and combinations are unlike anything youll fine anywhere else. The Ube and Honey Avocado are tremendous. The Chamango drink and Tareo shake were also very delicious.Its obvious This is the place when the line is to the door and the dining room is full, even when its 28° outside. When theyre that busy, you can expect a little wait for your order, but just remember, youre getting custom made gourmet ice cream.

Having worked in fast food in the past for a few years, I understand wanting to close early, but you shouldnt kick people out 20-30 minutes before close time especially for an ice cream shop. Tried going in last night at about 8:30 PM which was 30 minutes before close time and was looking at the menu about to order. When I had chosen what to get and was ready to quickly order, an employee came up advising us to leave as they are closed when literally the people in front of us just ordered and the time was well before close time. Pretty disappointing since the desserts do look pretty good.

Delish! We enjoyed all 4 flavors! Mint cookie, Cookie Monster, coconut chocolate/caramel and fruity pebble.

The ice cream here is on point, so flavorful and fresh. Perfect amount of sweet, we tried a strawberry rolled taco with strawberries and whip cream as toppings and it just tasted so fresh, you could taste the sweet flavor from the strawberries. Also tried the chamango slushee and it was bomb aka delicious!! Definitely recommend for this heat right now, this spot won’t disappoint!!!

Its nestled in the Gateway among some other great restaurants but this one stands out from the crowd!Pros:Unique ice cream menuINSTAGRAMMABLE interiorFree WifiThis place can get packed but they have 5 cold plates so they are able to do multiple orders at one time! You can choose from the menu specialities or create your own! You choose what color waffle shell you want! They have every color of the rainbow.I got the Ube and my friend got the smores! They were both delicious. I love how cute they are and yummy. They have plenty of seating from booths to tables to bar seating. Its also nice to take your ice cream out to the seating areas in the gateway- snuggle up by the fire pits or just chill on a good weather day!

Came here after we had dinner at a nearby mexican restaurant and it kept with the theme of the night. They have a lot of fun flavors to try but also can play it safe with a lot of classic options as well. I love the taco waffle cone it comes in and the servings are big enough to share with a partner if you’re both pretty full from dinner. Also love that you can watch them throughout the entire process of creating your selection, great place!

My new favorite place for ice cream and shakes. They just pop with all the flavors because of the quality ingredients. Not only do they look Instagram beautiful, its really fun watching them be created for you. Im slowly working my way through their menu here but so far have absolutely loved them all. They can custom make things not on the menu as well so dont be shy to switch things up a little. With all the choices to add to your ice cream and shakes the possibilities are endless. Only suggestions are the menu is tough to see and needs to be larger or not so far from where we order and Momis donuts near by seems like a really stupid idea (opening at noon? with no tea or coffee?) but if you two joined forces and sold their donuts with your amazing coffee in the morning you might save them and could get creative with donut topped shakes at night.

They take your favorite Tuesday hand food, cross it with your favorite Saturday hand dessert, and force you to use a spoon. Add a little pointless extra spatula spinning, music you may mistake for a klaxon, and permanent blue tongue dye, and youve got yourself a Sweet Rolled Taco. They are pretty good, though.

Love the creativity in the naming of the combinations you can get, the creativity of the waffle being formed to look like a taco, and the ice cream was great too! Theres not very many ice cream places around the area, so Im glad Gateway included this place! The wait time was longer than usual but I completely understand considering it was the first hot day of the year and everyone wanted to try out this place!

It was amazing! I went there for my birthday a couple moths ago with some friends and enjoyed it! Its so fun to watch them make it in front of you. Theres many flavors to choose from and so many varieties!! If my braces werent just tightened it probably would have been so much better!I reccomend it so much!! 10/10

My roommate likes this place. The boaba is a bit overcooked and mushy, but some people like that. Its convenient that there is an ice cream place in the gateway

Honestly I have been dying to try this place and was so excited to get there. We got there and after 25 minutes of waiting we got a refund and left. (We actually offered to just pay it forward and give the order to someone else and their kind employee informed us she could refund the order with no problems.) Us leaving was at no fault to who was working today. She was literally doing everything she possibly could but it seemed management had set her up for failure. She had a new customer coming in every 3-5ish minutes and just didnt ever have time to catch up on orders. As she took new orders, old orders were piling up and there was no one to help her. She was polite, she helped everyone as quickly as she could and worked hard. (She is a fantastic employee!!!) She just needed help and did not have it. This left us unable to try this place and very disappointed.

Delicious, fun atmosphere. Each icecream is made in front of you and is a work of art. If your lactose intolerant they offer a vegan base to make your ice cream. I had the coconut delight my friend had strawberry cheesecake.

I love that this place offers vegan and dairy free options! Its sometimes hard to find dairy free dessert. Way to go sweet rolled tacos. Both the regular and dairy free tacos were very good. They even offered to clean the plate before making the dairy free one! When we were there all of the tables were dirty, but shortly after we sat down they came and cleaned the other tables.

The ice cream, presentation and friendly staff get five stars. The signs that encourage people to skip masks indoors during a pandemic get one star. While I was here I saw many people look at the sign and take off their mask as they walked in. This is really upsetting. This puts customer and employees at unnecessary risk.
