I called a day in advance for a small elopement bouquet. I came in the next morning and got to pick out my must-haves. They put it together so quickly and had a great selection of unique stems already in store. The bouquet turned out even better than I expected. Not only were they happy to work within my budget, the two girls working that day were very sweet. Would be glad to give them my business again if I have the chance!

Exceptional service, unique arrangements, beautiful storefront, follows proper public health protocols. This is the best flower shop in Salt Lake City. Do not go anywhere else.I have used this service several times, particularly in 2020 because not only do they do excellent arrangements and thoughtful, locally sourced gifts - they also support safe business practices, masking and do not allow people to congregate in their store. Its very clearly marked, as are most businesses that are only doing curbside at this time.I first found this company in 2016 when a friend brought an arrangement to a funeral. The arrangement was so beautiful and unique I made sure to take note of where it came from.During 2020, I sent flowers to coworkers, friends and my parents and neighbors on several occasions. I would also stop by their adorable store front during their pop-up shops and could not have been more pleased with the selection and service. The often partner with other local vendors as well - including bakeries. Such an excellent service. I have even kept all their vases that I have received from arrangements because not only are the flowers beautiful but the vases are too.The owner is one of the best people I have ever personally met.You will find unique flowers were that you will not find elsewhere. Wow your special someone, or yourself, with these exceptional flowers.

Native is hands down the best florist anywhere. Not only are their arrangements the most beautiful and unique I’ve ever seen, but they’re super friendly and helpful as well. I’ve received at least 15 arrangements from Native over the last three years and sent several as well; I am yet to have a single issue or not be even more impressed than I already expected to be. My friend also uses them exclusively and she too has had only amazing experiences. They genuinely appreciate their customers and take the upmost pride in their work, and that’s why Native is the only florist we use.

Ive ordered from Native flowers probably three times. Of these three times I have probably been actually happy with the flowers I received once. The flowers are well arranged buy when it comes to the life of the flowers, it is extremely poor. I have ordered from elsewhere and Im always seeing those flowers live for 1 week plus. The most recent order I made for mothers day. They were delivered on the day I chose (Saturday) and by Monday afternoon the arrangement was looking pretty bad. Today (Tuesday) the major piece of the flowers all pedals are drooping and looking bad. I emailed customer service last night around 5pm and I havent heard anything from them yet

My 15 year wedding anniversary was today. I found Native through a google search. Their profile looked good there and on Yelp as well. I called and they had purple and white calla lilies just like we had at our wedding!They killed it on the arrangement. Called me to confirm what style I wanted and then suggested a few things. East pick up and check out as well. Great customer service.

Native Flower is always my go-to flower shop for when I want to show someone I care. They have beautiful, unique flowers, great customer service, easy delivery and they always send you a picture of their creation. Definitely recommend!

We hired Native Flowers Company to do the flowers for our wedding and they were phenomenal! Pam was such a joy to work with, she took my vision and turned it into a spectacular masterpiece. The bouquets were free flowing and earthy, and the centerpieces were so unique and beautiful. I would definitley recommend them!

I couldnt have imagined the beautiful designs she created. Relaxed, bright, lots of local blooms, and totally us! We had so many comments from our guests. Add to her talent that she and her team are professional stat to finish and Native Flower Company is a sure bet.If you want flowers that will outdo any Pinterest board, this is where youll find them. I called Native Flowers from Seattle to place a bereavement bouquet and was so happy with the responsive level of service. They went out of their way to accommodate my last minute request and the receiving party was so happy with the arrangement. Their level of care made a very difficult situation much less stressful. I reached out to them a few times for my wedding several months in advance. The first time they answered the phone and asked me to email them with pictures of what I had in mind. They never responded after that. I tried to call them and they never answered their phone any of the times nor did they respond to the email. I ended up finding amazing service with Brown Floral in Murray instead.

Native Flower Company did the flowers for my wedding. I was a little nervous because I didnt know exactly what I wanted--but turns out I didnt need to. Pam looked at a Pinterest board, asked me about my wedding colors and my dress, and immediately had some wonderful ideas. She worked with my budget and was super responsive to email and text. I loved my bouquet, the wooden arch they set up for the ceremony, everything was more beautiful than I could have imagined, and arrived on time. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them!

I just received a picture of the arrangement our dear friend received yesterday. As the instructions indicated, this arrangement was for a friend who has not many more days left with us, so I wanted it to be special. While I’m sure it was a busy day for Valentine’s Day coming up, I feel the arrangement he received was very sub-par. The arrangement was pretty sparse compared to the example arrangement online. I know the product received will never look like they do online, but I feel with the amount I spent on that particular arrangement, more care and more blooms should have been added. Also, the website indicated to download the Shop app so I could receive real-time notifications on when it was going to be delivered. It was never updated and had no idea when it was going to make it to our friend. It wasn’t until 11 PM my time that our friend’s daughter texted to say he received it. Sadly, Native Flower Company didn’t live up to its hype for me.

So rude as soon as we walked up to the door, saying they are not open to the public as she’s rushing towards me with her arms stretched shooing me away. which I understand no service inside and was gladly happy to purchase but after the experience with being pushed out so rudely not even wanting my business.

Terrible.... This is the 2nd time I have received flowers and both times the flowers have last 2-3 days and then look terrible. I am not impressed at all. I received flowers on Friday for Mothers Day and they were left on the front porch at 12:37 pm and I got home from work at 5:00 pm and found them and then saw on the camera what time they arrived. Who leaves flowers on the front door step. The time before that I received flowers at my office and I threw them away on day 3. I dont have the heart to tell my daughter that she is using a company that spends more on the gold metal plate to hold their business card than on the flowers.

Wanted to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday while she was visiting relatives in SLC. Ordering online was super easy and the people at the store were super helpful on the phone. They went above and beyond to make the perfect bouquet, even going as far as finding sunflowers (theyre not in season) to put in when I mentioned they were her favorite flowers.I recommend this for anyone looking to buy flowers! Pam did the flowers for our wedding, and I could not ask for more tasteful and beautiful arrangements. She exceeded everything I imagined. Not only that, she was so easy and wonderful to work with, and accommodated our location change without any issues.Hopefully, this is the last/only wedding I ever have, but if there is any other event for which I need flowers or if friends need recommendations, I will go to Pam. Also, I want to be her best friend.

I live out of state. I wanted to support a local florist to send flowers to my dying niece. I had to order $50 worth of flowers so that they would deliver them. They made up the dinkiest, most pathetic 3 roses arrangement and charged me $68 for it. Previously, I had used an online service and the arrangement was awesome and it cost $75. No longer will I use this florist.

Came in right before closing the day before Mother’s Day doing the last-minute thing. I could tell they were wrapping up for the day but they still greeted and helped me. I needed a corsage and they seemed hesitant since it was so close to closing, but after a little checking they said “We got ya.” The lady spent the time to help me pick flowers and put it together right there for me while I waited. Great service, adorable shop, fresh beautiful flowers. I will definitely be back.

I absolutely ADORE this flower shop! Do yourself a favor and forget the other shops — just come to Native Flower Company! The bouquets are gorgeous and I always buy flowers from here for every event. The prices can be high, but you can tell they care a lot about the presentation and quality. You won’t regret coming here.

Native supplied the bouquets, boutinnieres, and centerpiece bulk flowers for our wedding back in June of this year and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Pam was so friendly and the flowers turned out beautiful, matching exactly the look we were going for. We wanted a natural, wildflower, textured feel with muted colors and they were perfect. It was also very convenient to work with Native over email with electronic payments. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful arrangement I have ordered to date! So unique and impressed that they did not use typical flowers, but created an arrangement that was special, yet reasonably priced! I LOVED the fact that they send you a picture of the arrangement they create, which is great when you are not close enough to see and to know what your recipient is receiving. I highly recommend!

The employees there are all very respectful, and try to cater to your needs as best as they can. They order flowers every week so the customers can get the freshest arrangements possible. They make arrangements for all occasions and events, which includes flower crowns, leis, and wreaths. They make arrangements, and deliver them the day requested to guarantee freshness. Although it is a little expensive you do get what you pay for, and must keep in mind that the flowers being used are imported from various parts of the world. They not only do arrangements for events and special occasions, but Pam the owner also teaches classes for floral design. This shop also has contracts for weekly arrangements which shows the dedication that is put into a business. Native Flower Company has been featured in some local magazines including Utah Bride and Groom magazine. I have not only gotten arrangements from there, but I have also worked there and I can honestly say that they deliver to the best of their ability what they have promised.

You will not find better flowers in Utah! I have ordered flowers from most every shop in the SLC area. I have never had a bad experience with any of them. I can’t even remember what turned me on to Native, but I am so glad I found them! I still get emails from all these other flower shops advertising their arrangements and it amazes me at how bland and generic they all are. The arrangements you see offered at Native are so original and distinctive. Every time they blow me away. I can’t tell you how many times they have made me look amazing to my wife. Bravo to everyone at the shop and thank you for helping my marriage to be fantastic! 😉

Walked in (on Valentines Day mind you) was immediately greeted by not 1 but 3 awesome ladies! They were able to drop their crazy orders and build a custom bouquet for me in less than 10 minutes. I always work with Pam and am continuously impressed with the bouquets she creates. Ive sent around 5-10 bouquets using Native - every single time theyre on time and EXTREMELY professional. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone that doesnt want to worry about the aesthetics and timeliness of the delivery.

The ONLY reason I’m giving them 4 stars and not 5 is because the parking is SOOOOOOOOO inconvenient... The girls that work there are GREAT, reasonably priced and BEAUTIFUL flowers. Flowers never hurt anyone’s chances of getting laid. My only deterrent from getting flowers there again is having to walk 5 blocks with a big ole’ glass vase filled with water for that distance, it’s inconvenient...

Beautiful flowers, but beware! If the picture online says Designers Choice, it is literal! You WILL NOT get the what is shown but rather whatever they have available and choose!!! ALSO: BE AWARE that their website is terrible, time consuming, and the $15 they promise off on your first delivery is worthless.(BTW, my $80+ arrangement looked like it cost closer to $45 - $55.)

I googled flower shops nearby and Native Flower Company came up. I was originally going to just pick up some flowers from Wholefoods but thought some from a florist might be nicer and fresher. Im so glad I did. I called the company on the phone on my drive there and told them how much Id like to spend and they said they could have something ready and waiting for me when I arrived 5-10 mins later. Perfect. The flowers looked great and were wrapped up prettily in paper and string. The assistant was very friendly and nice. I would happily recommend this place.

I stumbled apon this shop by accident and have since purchased 6 bouquets. All of which were the most beautiful flower bundles and the best price I have ever received. I will never go anywhere else for flowers again. Also, each bouquet was so original yet I just asked them to design me something of their choice.

These designers take pride in their talent. They are accommodating and efficient. The arrangements are a work of art - not a bunch of random flowers stuffed in a vase. Prices are comparable for the area.

Stopped by based on the other reviews here. The employee here was totally fine with the fact that I had no idea what I wanted or what it would cost. She helped me get the most for my money and I walked away with a great bouquet and a great experience.

This place will rip you off! I had a horrible experience here, and will NEVER return! The manager there, Pam, is totally unfair and very greedy. I went there in the first place because it was a little neighborhood shop, and I always like to give my business to smaller companies whenever possible. First of all, Pam was critical of the size of my order. Apparently she didnt think I had spent enough money on her overly-inflated priced flowers. My dtr had an emergency 5 days before her wedding, and I called Pam to let her know that the wedding had been unavoidably delayed, the very next morning. She was the first of all of the vendors I called, and the ONLY vendor who was difficult to work with.She told me that I couldnt have any of my money refunded 4 days before the wedding, and insisted that NO florist would give any refund to me. She hadnt put any of the flowers into any arrangements yet, yet she claimed she had processed all of the flowers since receiving them the day before. When I asked her what that meant, she finally admitted that just meant, stripping the leaves off of the stems, snipping the ends off, and putting them in water. And for this alone, she was charging me over $220.00. I had spent all of the money I had budgeted for flowers at her shop, and had no money left for more flowers. She finally refunded a small portion of what I had spent there, after I asked her why she was trying to get double payment for the flowers I ordered, as she had just turned around and sold them to other customers. And that small refund didnt even leave me with enough money for my dtrs bouquet, let alone the entire wedding party. One of her bridesmaids made a small bouquet for her, but because of this situation, NO ONE ELSE had any flowers at all. I have NEVER been treated as rudely and unprofessionally as I was at this shop, and by the manager, no less!All I can say is... BUYER BEWARE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND SPEND IT AT A REPUTABLE FLORIST WITH SOME SCRUPLES!!! With Pams attitude and unethical business practices, Im sure that that store will NEVER make it!!!

If their flowers are anything like their aggressive, dangerous delivery drivers, then a dozen roses from them will probably leave you shanked and bleeding out in an alleyway.

Roses looked a little drab when we got them and the next day they were droopy and dead. We will not return to this business with our patronage.
