I am working with Semi Service on my third project build. They have assisted in the design/fabrication/build and continued service on my equipment. I sat down with them to discuss a unique concept several years ago to build mobile Kitchen Trailers to service our Wildland Fire Fighters across the western US. Great, experience in a bad situation. Around 20 Aug 19, my business had a breakdown in the Salt Lake City area and Semi Service Inc changed both of my trailer axels quickly and at a great price. I cant say enough about your professional, expertise, speed and quality of work. Great place to do business with. I was afraid of have a company inflate prices because of situation, but Semi Service Inc did not kick a company when it was down. Would recommend them to anyone in the area needing service.

I go there for parts, most of the cashiers are super grumpy and have a “this is all we have, take it or leave it” attitude. I work for a big company that would normally spend a lot of money here but after getting treated like my business is unwanted we started using other places that appreciate customers much more. If you are in a pinch I’d say give it a try, otherwise find somewhere else.

This is where we get our service bodies installed. I have the knapheide service body and its been great. No leaks, and tough as tough. Came here to get extra shelving for one of my compartments. Had them in-stock and service was great.

Lacey is always helpful with a great attitude. Every time I go to drop off a truck or pick one up she is always there with a smile.

The work that was done is great and the price fair. The issue for me was communication and timing. It took two plus weeks to get a return call from my sales person just to get the project quoted and started. Once the van was in line, I could rarely get a call back. The salespersons voicemail was always full, rarely returned text messages and his office help was not much better.

Greg Johansen is an expert in electrical trouble shooting, he has been able to diagnose electrical problems with my truck that Ford service technician couldnt solve. Semi Services is very fortunate to have him, manage there shop.

Unlike a lot of the other positive reviews, I have not directly dealt with the Semi Service team more than a handful of times. With that said every time I have had to deal with them it has been an exceptionally good experience, Mike Anderson is quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and overall has been great to work with.I would recommend them to anyone for that reason alone.

Took my truck there to get a 24x24x36 box mounted on my truck and when i got it back i noticed it was crooked and some of the welds were exposed, took it back to them to show them my concern and they made it right. I didnt think they would take it all back apart and start from scratch but they did which exceeded my expectations. Would highly recomend them to have any work done. I contracted Semi Service for a van conversion. They installed a backup battery system and new flooring. They even coordinated the alarm system install with a third-party. I want to give special props to Andrew for being so patient with this very difficult customer. My only complaint is that they were unable to install the finish upholstery, but they were very honest and upfront about it. Overall, the conversion was a success, and Im grateful to Semi Service for helping to make it happen.
