Jeff the son is very knowledgeable. On the phone he was able to tell me who the manufacturer of my very old saw is and all the details about it with nothing more than my description. He was very pleasant I was so impressed that I am going to make a long trip to have them do the work for me. This family owned business is a rare find.

These guys are something that is rarely found anymore ! Walked in with a motor issue I was having and they dropped what they were doing and were willing to help! They got me what I needed, no charge and wouldnt even charge me for the capacitor they gave me! Great to find customer service like that and to find guys willing to help. Thanks Nelsen electric!
